1.6-2.3 °L - BestMalz - BestMalz's Pilsen is malted from choice, well modified, low-protein German barley. The resultant beers are light colored, clean, full-bodied and malty. Perfect for Pilsners and Kölsch, Wits, and Tripels. Works well for malt focused beers, as the clean character will allow for the full flavor of specialty malts to shine.
