KOMOS® Matte Black Stainless Draft Tower Kit - Scratch & Dent

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a sleek, matte black draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with the KOMOS Kegerator. Includes EVABarrier draft tubing and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. These towers can be purchased without faucets, or you can choose your preferred faucets from the add-on options above. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great! Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line. EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing. • Sale -16%Low stock! KRYO Nomad Portable Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished KRYO Nomad Portable Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished

KRYO Nomad Portable Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished

Portable, Inline, Keg Dispensing unit that can be powered via 110V outlet Replaces a traditional Draft Box/Jockey Box with no ice required Differs from the regular Komos Kryo Inline Chiller in that there is no glycol reservoir / The Nomad is liquid-free and easier to transport Can chill up to 2 gallons of room temperature beer, inline, per hour NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Mobile draft dispensing has never been easier with the KRYO Nomad electric keg dispenser. As with a jockey box, beer is chilled inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils which are chilled by the electrically powered solid carbon based heat sink. With a standard 110V outlet, you can serve ice cold beers from an unchilled keg, and unlike the KRYO glycol unit, this model is absolutely liquid-free, making it the ideal choice for mobile draft dispensing. No need to wait an hour for glycol solution to chill, once you power on the Nomad, you'll be ready to go in as little as 15 minutes! Carbon Heat Sink The secret to the KRYO Nomad's incredible chilling capacity and portability is the solid carbon based heat sink. This heat exchange technology requires no liquid whatsoever, so you'll never run into issues with emptying or spilling coolant when you transport this chiller from place to place. It provides roughly 300 watts of cooling power which allows you to chill about 2 gallons of beer per hour. Just be sure to give the unit about 2 minutes to recover for each 16 oz pour. The Nomad is very power efficient, drawing only 60 watts of power when the compressor is running. When idling, the chiller uses only 1.6 watts of power, meaning it it averages only 15 watts of power draw when turned on and periodically cycling the compressor. NukaTap Flow Control Faucets These stainless steel forward sealing faucets allow you to make instant adjustments to the beverage flow as you pour. A perfect faucet for those who often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Adjust the flow control level to dial in the flow rate and pour perfect pints every time! They also have the lowest thermal mass and best laminar flow design to further reduce foaming issues. Duotight Bulkheads Draft lines connect directly to 8 mm Duotight bulkheads located at the rear of the unit. To hook up your kegs to the KRYO Nomad, we highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. 8 mm OD EVABarrier plugs directly into the bulkheads, then depending on what type of kegs you'll be pouring, you can use these Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters for sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs, or for homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. Includes: (2) NukaTap Stainless Flow Control Faucets (2) Tap Handles Stainless Countertop Drip Tray w/ Removable Grill Features: Chill 2 gallons of beer per hour (based on 68°F ambient) Duotight bulkheads compatible with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing AC Voltage via IEC Plug: 110-120V Max Power Draw: 300W Dimensions: 9.25" x 13.7" x 18.1" (not including faucets / drip tray) CE Certified Temp Controller: Follow these steps to adjust the SET temperature on the controller. Press and release the 'SET' button to enter into the user menu. Press 'SET' will display the value of the target temperature setting. Press the 'Up' or 'Down' button to increase or decrease the set temperature. Press the snowflake icon button or wait 30 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

Marchisio Variable Volume Tank | Flat Bottom | Stainless Steel | Marbled Finish | 100L - Scratch & Dent

Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, short-term wine storage, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Tank & lid are made from 304 stainless steel with a food-grade, clear plastic gasket for the lid Air pump with pressure gauge, dry airlock, and spigot are included Made in Italy by Marchisio Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha.  Considerations for Winemaking When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks.  This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy.  All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage.  Marchisio We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration.  Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside.  Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes 1/2" chrome plated spigot. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Spigot 100L Specifications: Nominal volume: 100 Liters (26.4 gallons) Effective volume: 93 Liters (24.6 gallons) Diameter: 50 cm (20 inches) Height: 60 cm (24 inches) Valve size: 1/2" BSP Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. Kreyer Fan Unit | MR 210 | 1 Ton Cooling Capacity | Triple Fan | For Rooms Up To 8,750 ft³ | 220V - Refurbished

Use your existing glycol system to cool your cellar Eliminates the need to purchase an entirely separate refrigeration system MR series fan units offer quieter operation compared to the SD-S units Sized for well-insulated rooms up to 8,750 ft³ Made in Germany by Kreyer Cool your cellar using your existing glycol system. Save energy and money! These units work under the same principles as standard refrigeration but use cooled glycol instead of cooled refrigerant gas, eliminating the need to have a separate refrigeration system. It is a fantastic use of your glycol system for a majority of the year when typically glycol systems are on but are being sporadically called upon. Glycol systems do need to be sized to accommodate both these fan units and peak duty during the crush to be able to accommodate all tasks at once. Glycol from your main glycol chiller is recirculated through these fan units. Aluminum fins act as heat exchangers drawing heat out of your room as the fins are cooled by the glycol. If you have a Kreyer chiller/heater you can even heat a space in cold weather environments. The heat exchangers inside the units are made from corrugated aluminum fins and internally grooved copper tubes. The white ABS casing looks great. Because of its rounded corners it has no water retaining areas favorable to germ development. Units are outfitted with stainless steel screws and show no sharp, cutting edges. Fan Unit Temp Control Upgrades: 1/2 in. Solenoid Valve - Allows or blocks flow of glycol through the fan unit. Needs to be connected to a Controller to function. A filter is recommended to protect the solenoid. 1/2 in. Solenoid Filter- protects the solenoid valve from any particulate or sediment. Glycol Fan Control Unit - Set a specific temperature on this controller and it will open and close the solenoid valve. Solenoid Connection Cable - This 2 meter long cable is required to connect the Solenoid Valve & Control unit. Specifications of MR210: Will cool well insulated spaces up to 8750 cubic feet while drawing 1 Ton of cooling power Triple Fan Unit 220V connection required to run fan You will need to connect to your existing glycol system Inlet and Outlet: 3/4" Male BSP

AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Still Top w/ Barb Connections - Used

    2 reviews

The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0mm hole and 0.6mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit. If you want to make whiskeys and gins we recommend checking out the Copper Pot Still! This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top. Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet. Brewtools | B80pro Brewing System | 240V | 6kW | 44LB Malt - Used

The B80pro is a brewing system without compromise. Built for enthusiasts. 90-liter (23 gal) tank volume and 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity 30-80 liter (8-21 gal) pre-boil volume for flexibility 6kW heating power (2x3kW) utilizing two mains inputs makes heating and boiling fast High accuracy with 2 digital sensors Conical bottom with center draining for fast and easy cleaning Powerful control system with 7" touch-screen, Wifi and Bluetooth 4.2 The B80pro has an 80 liter (21 gal) boil capacity and about 20kg (44 lb) malt capacity. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch-screen. The wort is circulated up through the center-pipe and the pump is fitted using Tri-Clamps making it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full. The malt pipe has latches that folds out when you lift it, so you can use both your hands for lifting. Sparging is done without tubes or pipes outside the tank. A sparge tube installed on the outside of the centerpipe follows the malt pipe when lifted also lifting the wort spreading device. This makes it very easy to sparge from a separate tank without making a mess. After brewing with the B80pro, you never have to turn it upside down for cleaning. The centerpipe is removed easily, and you can easily clean the unit, and all the trub will be drained directly to a bucket or the drains. Use the included circulation device as a CIP solution to save time and cleaning chemicals. The system has two digital temperature sensors - one in the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maxium static offset is ±0,5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It's also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort returning from the counterflow cooler, so you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is right. With powerful heating elements combining over 6kW (230V) of power, heating the water or wort is very fast. During the boil, the PID system is deactivated and you can adjust the power output to achieve the perfect rolling boil. You can also adjust the maximum current of each mains input, to 10, 13, 15 and 16 Amps, to make sure you never blow a fuse. All ports are 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. As standard the system is shipped with one 3-way valve. All silicone tubes are 16x25mm food grade silicone. The control system is custom developed and features high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi. Replacement PET Tank for 30L All Rounder FermZilla - Scratch & Dent

    2 reviews

Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL15219 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

Stainless Steel Draft Coil - Open Box

    8 reviews

This 50' x 3/8" coil, manufactured in the MoreBeer! metal shop, is perfect for the enterprising homebrewer who wants to build or upgrade a jockey box. When compared with 5/16" coils that are usually used to make draft boxes, the 3/8" coil holds more beer and offers more surface area for faster cooling. And, because there is less resistance from the larger diameter tubing, the beer can be pushed through the lines with less CO2 pressure. Lower applied CO2 pressure means your beer will not over carbonate and foam wildly if a keg is left on tap for longer than an afternoon. Over-carbonation is often an issue for homebrewers or beer drinkers who are using a draft box for an overnight party or weekend.   8 1/2" wide x 10" tall. 304 grade stainless steel

Features industrial-style power switch, dial knob, and digital amm meter mounted on a splash resistant stainless steel enclosure. Pre-cut mounting holes allow you to hang the controller on your brew stand on the wall at eye-level. We highly recommend mounting the controller so you don't have to worry about keeping an area of your table dry where you might lay it down. L6-30 connections with 4 ft. cords on either end. Compatible with all 208-240V elements 30 amps and lower. While L6-30 are the most common elements available, yours may need an adapter. The Boil Vigor Controller uses a generously overrated SSR with a very large fan-cooled heatsink for better reliability. An SSR's life expectancy is directly related to its operating temperature, and this unit is built with the lowest Q heat dissipation system offered at the homebrewing level. It includes a contactor to fully shut off both legs when you throw the power switch, making the free end of the cord safer when the element is not plugged in. The display gives you a reading of the actual current being consumed by your element in Amps. On some systems, a small change in the adjustment makes a large current change at the element, especially at lower settings used during hop stands and distillation. The BrewBuilt controller provides a linear control and a digital readout to eliminate the guessing, allowing you to focus on your process and not your equipment. If you'd prefer not to mount the controller to your wall, consider the stainless steel Controller Stand. **Caution: In order to avoid injury or death we strongly recommend using a GFCI in any circuit used near water. You can find one here.**

The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with four built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of multiple separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers. 4 Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels. It features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to four tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 4. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters. BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation. CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 4 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 4. The cooling coil for standard Ss Chronicals and Brew Buckets are not sold a la carte and must be purchased with a submersible pump, which is not needed for the Max 4. For standard Chronicals and Brew Buckets you might consider the IceMaster 100 for cost savings. Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 4 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller. Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank. Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter. Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation. Capacity calculated at cold crashing to a target temperature of 38°F while the ambient temperature is 75°F with neoprene insulation (double tank capacity for ale fermentation temperature control): 2 - 1BBL (31 Gallon) Jacketed Tank 2 - 1/2BBL (15-20 Gallon) Tanks 3 - 10-14 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5-7 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controllers read in °F/°C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD barbs Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: R134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 16.1" x 16.1" x 26" Wheels included CE Certified Max Head: 21.3 ft (6.5 m) Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

Marchisio Variable Volume Tank | Flat Bottom | Stainless Steel | Marbled Finish | 400L - Scratch & Dent

    1 review

Includes 3/4" chrome plated spigot. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Spigot 400L Specifications: Nominal volume: 400 Liters (105.7 gallons) Effective volume: 405 Liters (107.0 gallons) Diameter: 65 cm (26 inches) Height: 130 cm (51 inches) Valve size: 3/4" BSP Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. Speidel Fruit Press | Wine Press | German Made | Stainless Steel | 20L - Damaged Box

Expertly crafted stainless steel fruit press made by the original manufacturer of the bladder press Features a slotted screen which mirrors commercial press designs Higher juice yield (65-70%) compared to other press models Can be used with any domestic water supply that provides at least 36 psi of pressure Easy to clean after use—simply spray down with a hose and towel dry Made in Germany by Speidel Speidel was the original manufacturer of the bladder press. While similar to the Italian models in operation, Speidel offers a few quality upgrades. To obtain a better press Speidel uses a slotted screen, similar to what is offered on large commercial presses, instead of a screen with circular perforations. Speidel presses also offer superior hardware and a recessed valve assembly (to reduce accidental breakage). Compared to other presses, the Speidel hydro press has a higher juice yield (~65-70%) and works completely without electricity and with minimal effort. This press can be used with any domestic water supply the provides at least 2.5 bar (36 psi) of pressure. Pressing pressure and pressing time is simply regulated by the water flow. These units are extremely easy to care for and can be cleaned quickly by simply spraying it down with a hose after use. You will find the quality you'd expect from a product that is 100% German-made. Speidel has been shifting their bladder presses from painted to all stainless, and we're pretty excited about it. Although the orange painted versions have their own aesthetic appeal, nothing beats the performance and practicality of stainless steel. Stainless is much easier to clean and much more resistant to rust. The painted versions are likely to chip over time through normal wear and tear, creating small crevasses for bacteria to call home. No such worries when working this beautiful, brushed stainless press. Overall height is 33" and outlet height is 12". A press cycle for this unit averages around 35 minutes. Includes: Complete press assembly Inner mesh bag (to keep fruit from getting in the stainless basket and make cleanup easier) Plastic "spray-protection bag" to keep juice from squirting out Fittings to connect garden hose Instruction manual Presses ship in a corrugated box. Minor assembly (attaching legs) is required before use 1 Year Warranty on all parts! FAQ: Can the press be operated with air pressure? No. These are hydraulic presses that may only be operated with water. When operating with compressed air, there is a risk of explosion and a very high risk of injury if the membrane bursts due to excess pressure or damage. Is a minimum water pressure required? In order to ensure the function and the best possible yield, there should be a minimum water pressure of 2-2.5 bar on the press. What if the water supply delivers more than 3 bar? In principle, this is not a problem, as if the water pressure inside the press exceeds 3 bar, the pressure relief valve opens and there is no pressure-related damage. How many apples make how much juice? On average, 50kg (110 lbs) of apples produce around 30-35L (8-9 gal) of juice, depending on the variety and quality of the apples.

KOMOS® Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Scratch & Dent

    65 reviews

Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted Works prefectly as a fermentation chamber, or add draft tower and faucet options to deck out the kegerator as you see fit! The KOMOS Kegerator features upgraded components for faster chilling and more efficient operation. It also has a redesigned interior that fits up to four 5-gallon kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless steel door, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! The HI9146 is supplied complete with polarographic probe, PTFE membrane caps, electrolyte fill solution, and rugged carrying case. Easily Replaceable Membrane Caps Automatic Calibration Best suited for measuring DO during the fermentation/aging process in both beer and wine (not recommended for use during bottling, and cannot be used in carbonated beer). Application Note During the aging process, wine can range from 6-9mg/L and when bottled most wines should be below 1.25mg/L for Red and 0.6mg/L for white. Based on specifications, the HI9146W is well suited for use during the fermentation/aging process in both beer and wine, however it is not recommended for use during the bottling process.   Dissolved oxygen is a commonly measured parameter in wine analysis. The HI9146 is a rugged, portable dissolved oxygen (DO) meter designed to provide high accuracy measurements whether in the field or in the lab. The meter features automatic calibration performed at one or two points in saturated air and/or zero oxygen solution. All readings are automatically compensated for temperature variations and can be frozen on the display upon stability using the auto-end feature. Salinity and altitude compensation are user adjustable based on the environmental conditions that are present. The HI9146 features a  Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) that detects when the batteries become too weak to ensure reliable measurements. The HI9146 is supplied complete and ready to use.   Features at a Glance   Polarographic Measuring System The meter and probe use polarographic sensor technology based on the Ross and Clark polarographic measurement method. The probe is comprised of a platinum cathode and silver anode in an electrolyte solution held in place over the surfaces of the electrodes by a polymer membrane. An external voltage applied across the system establishes a current proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen.   Replaceable Membrane Caps The pretensioned thin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes employ a screw cap design that can be changed quickly by simply filling with the HI7041 electrolyte fill solution and screw on the DO probe. Automatic Calibration - Calibration can be performed at one or two points to 100% and/or 0% saturation. The 100% saturation is done in air while the 0% is done with the HI7040 bicomponent zero oxygen solution.   Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) The Good Laboratory Practice feature allows the user to recall calibration information including date, time and calibrations points. Automatic Temperature Compensation - All readings are automatically compensated for temperature variations with a high accuracy, built in linearized thermistor temperature sensor behind a stainless steel cover.   Altitude Compensation The HI9146 allows for altitude compensation for up to 4000 meters with a 100 meter resolution.   Salinity Compensation Salinity compensation is adjustable from 0 to 80 g/L (ppt) with a 1 g/L resolution for the measurement of DO is brackish and seawater.   Auto End Point The HI9146 features an auto endpoint mode in which when selected the reading will frozen on the display once a stable measurement is obtained. The auto-end feature allows for consistency among various users by ensuring that stability has been achieved before recording a measurement.   Backlit LCD The HI9146 has a display with a backlight for easy viewing of readings in poor lighting conditions.   Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) The Battery Error Prevention System detects when the batteries become too weak to ensure reliable measurements. The backlight feature is automatically disabled when batteries are getting low and a clear indication is displayed to warn the user of this condition.   Thin Polarographic Dissolved Oxygen Probe for Wine The HI76408 is a thinner Clark-type polarographic dissolved oxygen probe for Hanna’s benchtop and portable dissolved oxygen meters. The probe is constructed of durable ABS plastic and contains an integrated temperature sensor for temperature compensated measurements. It is compatible with our HI76407A/P PTFE membrane caps. Each membrane separates the probe’s platinum cathode and silver anode from the water sample being measured. Oxygen diffuses across the membrane and interacts with the polarographic system to produce a current proportional to oxygen concentration. Each cap is easily filled with HI7041 electrolyte and screwed on to the probe. The probe’s thin design makes it ideal for wine packaging measurements. Rugged portable dissolved oxygen meter (DO meter). Automatic Calibration. Auto End Point mode which will freeze display once stable measurement is obtained. Backlit LCD for easy view in poor lighting.   Note: This can only be used in uncarbonated beer.

Sometimes a single draft tower isn't enough for your dream home bar or kegerator. If you're building out a draft system that will have more than four faucets, we highly recommend the KOMOS Double T Bar Draft Tower. Available in 6-tap and 8-tap models, these towers provide ample room for your faucets and will give your draft setup a much cleaner look than having multiple single-column towers. Perfect for upgrading an existing KOMOS Double-Wide Kegerator with two individual towers or designing your own home bar or kegerator. Mounting hardware, tower collars and gaskets included. The tower does not include faucets, shanks, tap handles, or draft tubing. Assembly To assemble the tower, remove the dust caps on either side and remove the foam insulation. Start with the inner most shank hole on either side and work your way outward. We recommend installing each shank and attaching the draft tubing before moving on to the next shank hole. The top section of the tower is 5" in diameter, so most people should be able to reach inside to install the shanks by hand or with the help of a draft wrench. When all the shanks have been mounted, reinsert the foam insulation. The tower may come with more insulation than needed and may need to be cut thinner before reinserting. We recommend using the Double Offset Shank Wrench to help with assembly. Duotight Compatible Tower Shanks We highly recommend pairing the draft tower with Intertap Tower Shanks with Duotight Compatible Barb. When it comes to assembly, there's nothing easier than Duotight push-to-connect fittings, and the same goes for whenever you might need to disassemble a line for cleaning. Duotight fittings pair perfectly with EVABarrier draft tubing, our preferred beer & gas tubing that offers superior protection from oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. Tower Dimensions: 29.5" L x 5" D x 16" H. The centers of the columns are approximately 16" apart. Not compatible with the KOMOS Olympus III kegerator.

Grade 1 corks provide a supreme whole natural cork at a spectacular price. These grade 1 corks (rated from 0-10, 0 being best) are a great option for most bottlings, including extended aging (5-15 years). 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75". Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles. Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests. Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. KOMOS® Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs - Return

Take, for example, the extended range digital controller that can adjust internal temperatures from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use it for fermentation and is something that other kegerators don't do. We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Made from high-quality Slavonian oak sustainably sourced from Hungarian forests Superior in long term storage due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds Equivalent or superior quality compared to French Oak barrels at a much more affordable cost Zinc-plated steel barrel hoops for corrosion resistance Coopered by the world-renowned Balazs Nagy Balazs barrels is a long-trusted brand of Hungarian oak barrels coopered by the famous Balazs Nagy.  These barrels are equal or better in quality to French Oak barrels but available at a fraction of the cost of their more famous counterparts. Renowned for respecting fruit, Hungarian barrels offer winemakers a great option to impact the mouthfeel, structure and flavor of wine without stepping on the terroir of your grapes.  Due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds, you can feel secure storing your wine in Hungarian barrels longer than you can with other barrels. The slow process of micro oxygenation rounds the wine while various compounds in the wood such hemicellulose, lipids, and lignins are slowly integrated.  As most barrel makers know, the best source of wood for wine barrels is the oak grown in the territory of old-time Hungary, known as Slavonian oak. This rare, high-quality oak can be found in the Zemplén Mountains and in the Tokaj oak woods. The specific type of oak in those territories, and what is used in Balazs barrels, is the Quercus Petrea. This oak is characterised by a dense, hard structure combined with extra flavor. Forestry workers look after these forests with considerable expertise, and the forest density ratio in Hungary is 20–24%, with selective logging taking place between November and April. Once the wood is sourced, it is air dried and aged for 24-28 months before cooperage. Includes 3/4" chrome plated spigot. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Spigot 400L Specifications: Nominal volume: 400 Liters (105.7 gallons) Effective volume: 405 Liters (107.0 gallons) Diameter: 65 cm (26 inches) Height: 130 cm (51 inches) Valve size: 3/4" BSP Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. They can be used for primary fermentation as well as aging. Built in Germany by Speidel, the world-class traditions of German engineering and craftsmanship are reflected in these tanks. And, after examining tanks built by every major manufacturer worldwide, we can safely say that when it comes to features, quality and price, these tanks represent the very best value available in stainless steel wine storage. The plugged port is intended for use with an optional thermometer (MT514). Also compatible with shielded thermowell for digital temperature controller probes (FE62). Speidel Quality Features: Rubber Lid Gaskets: Rubber gaskets are much thicker than the traditional clear vinyl gaskets, which along with their extruded manufacturing process provide a much better seal with the tanks wall. They're seamless and more oxygen resistant than the clear gaskets. That means better protection for your wines! Weld Quality - Speidel's robotic-arm laser welders create flawless stainless to stainless junctions that look and feel more like a taped fabric seam than a traditional weld. Ultra high-quality welds leave no chance for residual product to harbor spoilage organisms. Interior Finish - Speidel tanks feature an ultra-smooth 2R rated interior surface which effectively resists the build-up of tartarate residues. Clean your tanks with cold water after cold stabilization! Say goodbye to harsh cleaning chemicals and expensive CIP systems! Warranty - Speidel-Behaelter, GmbH backs up each and every tank with an industry-leading 25 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. And, as a 5th generation manufacturer, you can be confident they'll be around to honor that warranty should the need arise. Tank Dimensions - 550mm D x 999mm H (21.6" D x 39.3" H) Note: Over tightening the airlock / orange bulk head can cause it to crack. Only thread the airlock down until it feels snug.
