This gives corkscrews a solid piece to grab and the wine is in contact with natural cork. These corks are recommended for wines aged less than 3 years. Not intended for hand corkers that don't compress the cork. 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75". Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles. Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests. Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA. Siphon Starter Bulb for Gravity Bottle Fillers

    3 reviews

Replacement siphon starter bulb for 3-spout and 5-spout bottle fillers. This is included in our WE602 and WE605 stainless steel bottle fillers, and can be purchased as an option upgrade for the WE604 painted filler. This siphon starter will save you a lot of hassle, and allow you to start a siphon in the fillers tubes while maintaining sanitary conditions.  The siphon starter features a food grade plastic bulb and tubing, and a black rubber "boot" that fits tightly around the end of the bottle filler tubes. To use: Connect your bottle filler to the wine source and allow the reservoir to fill. Sanitize the siphon starter, inside and out Squeeze the bulb to remove most of the air. Fit the rubber "boot' or base around the end of the bottle filler tube. The hole in the boot must line up with the hole where the wine will come out. Gently press down on the filler tube so that the gasket is not touching the inside wall. Slowly let go of the pressure on the bulb. The bulb will suck the air out of the tube, and wine will follow. Stop when you can hear or feel wine going into the bulb siphon starter. Repeat for each filler tube you would like to use. Wash, sanitize, and dry the siphon starter bulb before storage

  • Enolmaster Vacuum Bottle Filler for Beer and Wine (4 Head) Enolmaster Vacuum Bottle Filler for Beer and Wine (4 Head)

Enolmaster Wine Bottle Filler (Vacuum Filler) - 4 Spout

    2 reviews

The ideal bottle filler for large-scale home winemakers or smaller commercial wineries Vacuum draws liquid from up to 12 feet below the filler with minimum oxygen exposure Fill up to 600 bottles per hour Adjustable max fill level Use with wine or uncarbonated cider and beer A commercial version of the Enolmatic filler that features four filling heads and allows you to fill up to 600 bottles per hour. This is the best bottle filler for the large-scale home winemaker or a small commercial operation. Through the use of a vacuum, the Enolmaster filler automatically starts a siphon, sucks the air out of your wine bottles to preserve freshness, and automatically shuts off when each bottle is filled to the perfect height every time. Not only does the entire process take place in a nearly oxygen-free environment, preserving the freshness of your wine, the rate of fill is extremely fast allowing you to bottle up to 600 bottles per hour. The Enolmaster creates a vacuum that sucks the wine directly from your fermenter, storage tank, or barrel, which can be located up to 12 feet below the Enolmaster. No need to start a siphon or to have to pump or move your wine above your filling machine. The vacuum simultaneously sucks the air out of your bottle allowing you to fill in a nearly oxygen-free bottle. This quality-first process helps to ensure that the delicate flavors of your wine, the flavors you worked so hard to get, are not lost in an open-air bottling process. Additionally, there are no moving parts in contact with the wine ensuring the gentlest handling possible. Fill speed can be adjusted allowing you to bottle at your preferred pace. While the filler is in operation, wine is not allowed back into the storage tank or barrel due to a one-way valve located in the supply line. The small amount of excess wine runs into a collection reservoir. The fill height can be adjusted and can be used with any size or type of bottle. The Enolmaster is a commercial product designed for a small winery. It has a continuous duty cycle, meaning it can run non-stop and is constructed entirely from food-grade materials. The frame is made of stainless steel as are the filling heads. Simply run water through the system to clean out the lines. The reservoir for excess overfill can be rinsed out or ran through the dishwasher. To filter your wine and bottle fill at the same time, add the optional in-line Tandem Professional Filter Housing and Filter Cartridges. Base and frame made from 304 stainless steel Fill nozzels made from 316 stainless steel Fill up to 600 x 750ml bottles per hour Made in Italy by Tenco Dimensions: 650m x 460mm x 450m Weight: 25 kg (55 lbs) Power: 110V / 60hz / 120W Fill bottles from 180 - 350 mm (7" - 13.75") in height Fits bottles with inner neck diameters of 16 - 28 mm (5/8"- 1.1")

  • Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    67 reviews

The counter pressure bottle filler that sets the standard for filling beer bottles at home.  With a unique one way valve and adjustable pressure relief you will be bottling sediment free homebrew with ease.   If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. One huge advantage of this method is that since you are bottling already carbonated, clear beer, there will be no sediment at the bottom of your bottles. Counter pressure bottle filling is how a brewery bottles beer. The bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The opposite of filling under pressure is when you pour a beer into a pint glass where CO2 erupts out of solution creating all that foam. Great in your glass but not good when you are trying to bottle carbonated beer. Our counter pressure filler mimics a single filling head on a professional bottling line, a concept that we all know works very, very well. Made by Fermentap, the design has two unique features. Number 1 it is the only model made entirely from stainless steel. Number 2 you flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle. Beer barb is 3/16". Gas barb is 5/16". Features While some models flush the bottle from the top and fill from the bottom, our unit features a special valve that allows CO2 and beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you switch the valve position and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and no foam during the filling process - not to mention that the whole thing takes one-hand to operate! Why hope that you flushed your bottle properly using a type of beer gun, when you can know for sure that you have created the best environment for your beer to be stored at by using a Counter Pressure Bottle Filler? More Details The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing. Setting Your PSI Pressure Before you counter pressure fill a bottle make sure you are satisfied with the carbonation level and flavor. The goal for counter pressure bottle filling is to store your beer in the most sanitary and clean environment possible so when you get ready to share your homebrew its presentation is perfect when you go to pour. An ideal set point to set your PSI level on your regulator is 10-14 psi. This range is dependent upon the temperature of your beer and the carbonation level. We recommend you start at a lower pressure around 10psi for the first 2-3 bottles to make sure you get everything dialed in before committing to filling a whole case. Make sure your keg is always kept cold. If your keg warms up you will have foaming issues.

    2 reviews

A synthetic cork with the ability to last 4 years plus. Supercorks are manufactured in Italy by Enolandia. One of the very first companies to make a synthetic cork, they have a history of quality since the 1980's. Supercorks have been tested to keep their elasticity and sealing integrity for at least four years. This cork measures 23x43mm. Product Specifications: Construction: Manufactured from recyclable thermoplastic high-tech materials Chemical details: Polietilene, Food pigments, Food expanders. Lubrication: Silico-paraffinic solution. No solvents. Preservation: Corks should be kept away from any possible contact with liquids and odors. Deluxe Bottle Filler Download print friendly version Filler Parts Diagram — WE644 & WE645 Tank cover Tank Left Inlet valve (below the tank) Right Inlet/Outlet valve (below the tank) Level meter Suction tube Automatically centering, jointed-nozzle EC Plate Bottle supporting sill, height adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel frame with rubber feet Clean & Sanitize before Use: To clean the unit before use we suggest using a non-abrasive, white scotch brite pad (such as our CE27 ) and a sanitizer. We prefer Star San ( CL26 ) or Saniclean ( CL27 ) sanitizer. Standard Operation As Used in Italy: Hook up tubing from your pump (not included) to bottom left input under the holding tank (#3 on drawing page 1.) The built-in float will regulate flow into the tank and put back pressure on the pump to slow down. Adjust bottle holding tray to proper position. When correctly positioned, bottles can be pushed onto spring loaded filling spouts and held firmly in place by tray. Turn on pump and fill holding tank. Insert bottle onto spigot and begin filling. MoreWine! Suggested Operation With Pump & Float Switch: The float valve can put too much back pressure on a pump so we came up with a way to use a small, gentle diaphragm pump ( H305 ) and an electronic float switch ( E300 ) to control the wine level in the holding tank. Hook pump to filler using ½" ID tubing (suggest D1710 ) to bottom right inlet/outlet fitting on filler (#4 in diagram on the page 1). The valve will need to be converted to accept ½" tubing and your MoreWine! customer service representative can help with this. We do not use the inlet valve, #3 in diagram, for our MoreWine! set up. Bend the flexible float switch over the top of the tank and hold in place with lid. Notching of the lid to perfectly fit the float switch is a suggested practice and can be performed in the MoreWine! metal shop or by a local metal worker. Connect pump to wine source and plug pump into float switch electrical outlet. Power to pump will now be controlled by float switch. Begin filling bottles. Suggested Practice — Flush bottles with inert gas such as Nitrogen or Argon prior to filling. Cleaning After Use: To clean the unit we suggest connecting the input of your pump to a clean water source and pumping water through pump and lines and into filler. Allow water to drain through filler heads into bottles. To drain tank after cleaning, shut valve off on Inlet/Outlet #4. Connect ½" tubing and allow to drain to bucket. Take apart filling heads, clean and lubricate as needed. See page 3 for directions. Dismantling & Cleaning the Nozzles To substitute the seals, or to carry out a thorough cleaning of the nozzles proceed as follows: Release the locknut and nut (1) Remove the whole nozzle from the “T” connection Holding the spring (3) pressed upwards, unscrew the terminal nose (2) Releasing the spring, the external barrel (4) can be taken away from the internal part (12) List of components: O-ring seal (5) Ring in Teflon (6) Seeger ring (7) Teflon washer (8) Holding ring (9) Teflon washer (10) O-ring seal (11) Cleaning: Blow compressed air into the terminal holes of the internal part (12) Lubrication: Lubricate the nozzles monthly. Without dismantling the nozzle: insert the nozzle of the lubricator between the coils of the spring and deposit the lubricant on the Seeger ring (7) With the nozzle dismantled: deposit the lubricant on the inside of the barrel (4) Regulation of Filling Up Level To regulate with precision the level of the product in the bottle, operate as follows: Release the nut using Allen Wrench (G) Move the neck (on which you find the nut) and the holding cone along the post of the nozzle Moving the neck upwards, the level of the product in the bottle reduces Moving the neck downwards, the level of the product in the bottle increases Tighten the nut to guarantee that the position reached is maintained. Trouble Shooting Guide Product Dripping From Nozzles: Worn seals - Substitute the worn seals. Nozzles Sliding Badly or Blocked: Insufficient lubrication of the nozzle. Insert lubrifilm lubrication between the coils of the spring and deposit the lubricant inside of the nozzle. Nozzles Do Not Deliver The Product or Deliver Incorrectly: Internal connection or connection of air suction is clogged. Dismantle the nozzle and clean by blowing through compressed air (page 3)
