Keep an eye on the flow during transfer or monitor yeast activity during fermentation with this 2" tri-clamp sight glass. Place the sight glass in-line when you transfer wort from kettle to fermenter to help you oversee how your in-line oxygenator is flowing. One of the few disadvantages of a stainless steel conical is that you can't watch the yeast as they go to work. With a sight glass you'll be able to observe how your yeast are performing throughout the fermentation process. This also makes for a great way to harvest yeast. Simply attach it to your dump valve and close off the other end with a T.C. end cap, collect the yeast and remove the sight glass, cap it at the other end and store it for your next batch.

Scottzyme PEC5L – Pectinase Enzyme for Enhanced Settling and Juice Yield
Rapidly breaks down soluble pectins for faster settling and improved clarity
Increases free-run and press yield by reducing viscosity and cell wall resistance
Improves flotation efficiency and tightens lees compaction
Effective across a wide pH range and performs well at low temperatures
Ideal for white, rosé, and fruit wines requiring fast clarification and clean separation
Scottzyme PEC5L is a highly active liquid pectinase enzyme formulated to reduce pectin-related haze and increase processing efficiency in juice production. By breaking down soluble pectins, PEC5L dramatically improves juice release during pressing, reduces must viscosity, and accelerates settling or flotation. The result is clearer juice, more compact lees, and higher overall yield. Its formulation is optimized for cool-temperature performance and a broad pH range, making it a versatile tool in grape and non-grape juice clarification. Unlike general pectinases, PEC5L is designed to act quickly and cleanly, without over-extraction of phenolics or bitterness.
Protocol
Dilute Scottzyme PEC5L in 10 times its volume of chlorine-free water or juice. Add to must or juice immediately after crushing or during transfer to settling tank. Mix well to ensure even distribution. For flotation, add just before or during the flotation process. Avoid adding at the same time as SO₂ or bentonite.
Usage Rates
Recommended dosage: 1.5–4.0 mL per 1000 lb of fruit or 0.075–0.2 mL per gallon of juice
= approximately 0.02–0.05 mL per liter
Use lower rates for clean, low-pectin fruit or warmer temperatures. Use higher rates for pectin-rich grapes, low temperatures, or difficult-to-settle musts. Allow contact time of 2 to 12 hours depending on conditions and desired level of clarification.
Wine Cap Puncher - This is an ideal puncher for smaller volume winemaking. Perfect for 20 gallon fermenters.
Our design features a sealed connection where juice cannot travel back up into the handle. We have seen similar models but always passed on selling them because the design had an opening where the 4 metal wires went back into the hollow handle. When juice inevitably did get back up into that space, the punch was done, you could never clean it. Height is 24". Base is 5 3/16" diameter
Used to measure small amounts of fluid. Used in winemaking to measure the correct amount of wine for a residual sugar test using a clinitest tablet.
These pipettes have a uniform pulled tip and are calibrated to deliver to the tip, with two rings near the top denoting that the small amount remaining in the tip after free delivery has ceased must be blown out and added to the main volume delivered.
Capacity: 1 mL
Tolerance: ±0.02 mL
Subdivisions: 0.01 mL
Negative Graduations: 0.2 mL
Regarding "Disposable" Pipettes
Please Note: While these pipettes are designated as 'disposable' to prioritize efficiency and sterility in professional laboratory settings, their high-quality borosilicate glass construction is durable enough to withstand standard cleaning and sterilization processes. For home applications or general tasks where strict medical-grade sterility is not paramount, this allows the option of reuse rather than immediate disposal. Please be aware that reusing these pipettes is done at the user's discretion, particularly regarding the maintenance of calibration accuracy and effective decontamination.
When we first got our hands on experimental hop HBC 438 (nicknamed Ron Mexico and now known as Sabro™) we couldn't wait to design a recipe around it
Includes Magnum and Sabro™ hops
Estimated ABV: 4.6%
Estimated IBUs: 53-57
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
The next hot hop? This delicious Pale Ale is based on new experimental hop, HBC438, that has the unofficial name of Ron Mexico due to its native US neomexicanus hop heritage. This hop has enticing aromas of stone and tropical fruit, orange, mint, and herbal characteristics. Vinnie from Russian River Brewing (of Pliny fame) used this hop in an experimental beer brewed for the National Homebrewers Conference and also recently raved about this hop in a talk we attended.
The story of this hop is really unique. Traditionally hop breeders finish the testing of experimental hops internally and then release to the commercial market. Now they are turning the tables and trying something new! HBC 438 is being released EXCLUSIVELY to the Homebrewing community first. Then in the future, as more is grown, they will release it to commercial brewers. So the tables are flipped - Pro brewers will be reading your reviews and seeing what you thought of the hottest new hop.
What is also cool is that all proceeds from the sales of these hops go to ALS.net and help fund the ALS Therapy Development Institute, the world's largest non-profit biotech focused entirely on ALS Research.
Our take on a Ron Mexico pale includes some acid malt and carapils for body, crystal 60 for color and richness, and Rahr Two-Row for a great malty base.

The Brewing Network has become THE number one source for brewing information on the web. Their flagship show, The Sunday Session, was the first live show about homwebrewing and craftbrewing on the internet. Chad Moshier, the stations producer, created this brown ale as an easy-drinking session beer, and became a cult favorite on the show. Chad relocated to California from Connecticut, and hooked up with Justin, the founder of The Brewing Network. While Chad had tried homebrewing before and "didn't have much luck at it", he jumped right in and has brewed every week for the last three years! Chad says, "I enjoy brewing all styles but have a soft spot for hoppy beers, there is nothing like sharing and enjoying your own brew at home!" We think he's on to something ...

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Optimized Hop Extracts
When you extract the oil from hops, no matter how good your extraction is, you’ll always wind up with certain undesirable plant compounds. Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are true-to-type optimized hop extracts without any of the undesirable notes typically found in other dry-hop aroma oils.
The Power of Terpenes
Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are created by using individual terpene isolates. Think of them like little building blocks. We assemble them together to create an exact profile of the original hop with ZERO undesirable compounds. The result is an extremely potent and accurate profile of the original hop utilizing the power of terpenes.
Extremely Concentrated
A little really goes a long way here. Omni Hop Profiles are made from the essential building blocks of flavor and aroma so they’re naturally potent.

Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
Creek Park from Wondrous Brewing Company in Emeryville, CA is an incredibly refreshing West Coast IPA hopped with Nelson, Citra® and Centennial. All three hops are incorporated at each stage of the hopping schedule from the late boil aroma addition, to whirlpool, to dry hopping. With no specialty grains in the malt bill to distract your senses, you'll hone right in on the delicious hop character of citrusy lemon, grapefruit and gooseberry.
This kit recipe was given to us by our friend and former MoreBeer! employee, Wynn Whisenhunt. One of the many MoreBeer! past employees to turn pro, Wynn is now the owner and head brewer of Wondrous Brewing Company. If you want to brew it as they do at Wondrous, Wynn suggests using WLP001 California Ale yeast for fermentation. Ferment until complete at 66°F then dry hop and raise the temp to 68°F for 6 days. D-test then crash! If you're kegging, force carb to 2.6 volumes of CO2.

Introducing the X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps! These pumps offer the same great quality we've come to expect from Chugger, but now feature Run-Dry Protection. Although the Chugger still needs to be primed before each use, the X-Dry Series offers a new level of protection from damage due to cavitation.
The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling!
The Chugger pump has 3/4" MPT inlet and 1/2" MPT outlet, allowing easy configuration for any application! We recommend setting these pumps up with a Ball valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization!
Features:
Run Dry Carbon Bearing
Stainless Steel Center Inlet Pump Head
Food Grade up to 250° F
3/4" MPT inlet and 1/2" MPT outlet
High Flow rate of 7 gpm
Max Head 18.6 ft
115v 55" cord and plug attached
50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp
1/20 HP, 3500 RPM
No more issues with crossthreading plastic heads or snapping off fittings
Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!
T-Corks are a great option for bottling your homemade concoctions.
Dimensions: Top section is 28mm wide by 13mm high, lower cork section (that goes into the bottle) is 19mm wide by 20mm high.
A unique, functional variation of the traditional glass wine thief. We ordered these from eastern europe where the pricing/quality is great. The design was supposed to look exactly like our traditional thiefs we have made locally in Berkeley, California. Thus we used a picture of the original thief in our latest catalog. But alas, when they arrived they looked unlike any wine thief we have seen. But.... they work fantastic so we are happy and we think you will be too!
Upon further testing and working with this thief, it has become clear that it can be tempermental about which carboys it fits in. If you'd like a glass thief for a carboy, we have to recommend the MT345. This still works great for barrels, even stacked ones!

Abstrax® Skyfarm Series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma
Add high-amplitude, recognizable fruit flavor to your beer, cider, or seltzer without the hassle and potential downsides of using whole fruit or puree
Flavor/Aroma: Stone Fruit, Tropical, Creamy
Built with terpenes for consistent results every time. Absolutely no variance or guesswork that comes with fresh fruit products
Zero added sugar guarantees there's no risk of refermentation after you add it to your beverage
Peach
For the perfect addition to steamy temperatures and dazzling sunshine, revel in the candy-like nectar of prismatic florals and ambrosial stone fruit. It’s time to brew with the genuine taste of juicy, juicy Peach.
Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.
Dosage
Dosing rate greatly depends on your recipe and desired flavor intensity. We recommend starting with 2.5 mL for a 5-gallon batch and increasing to 5-15 mL for high-intensity flavor impact. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
No added mouthfeel. Won't impart sweetness or body
Contains no sugar. Zero risk of refermentation
Increases yield by avoiding product absorption
TTB Approved
Powered by Terpenes
Repeatable
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.
The X3 Jacketed Conical and IceMaster Max 2 work hand in glove from yeast pitching to cold crashing
External cooling jacket with neoprene insulation allows for unparalleled temperature control for a homebrew fermenter
Max 2 glycol chiller with digital controllers and built-in submersible pumps provides quiet and efficient chilling
Insulated tubing sets eliminate line sweating and feature dry break quick disconnects at the cooling jacket connection points
The BrewBuilt Ultimate Chilling package includes everything you'll need to maintain a precise level of temperature control throughout the fermentation process. The X3 Jacketed Conical is second-to-none in homebrew-level cooling capabilities—mirroring the fermenter design that professional brewers have long relied on to keep their temperatures in check. And what better unit to provide the cooling solution than the IceMaster Max 2? This low-profile glycol chiller provides all the cooling capacity you'll need and is so compact that it only takes up about 12" of extra space next to your conical.
X3 Jacketed Uni Conical & IceMaster Max 2
The X3 Jacketed Uni Conical offers cutting edge design features that have long been reserved for pro-level fermentation tanks. Circulating cooling solution through an external cooling jacket offers superior cooling power when compared to internal cooling coils, and eliminates the need for cleaning a wonky apparatus after you've transferred out your finished beer. This pressurizable fermenter also sports a neoprene jacket for added insulation, Flex Chamber collection container for yeast harvesting or trub dumps, internal floating racking tube for clear beer transfers, and so much more! The IceMaster Max 2 makes for the perfect tag team partner, providing all the cooling capacity you'll need for small-volume batches. And with two built-in submersible pumps with independent controllers, you can always add a sidekick fermenter and control both batches simultaneously.
BrewBuilt Insulated Glycol Tubing Kit
In addition to the conical and chiller, the kit also includes an insulated tubing set that improves chilling efficiency and eliminates line sweating. The kit consists of:
1 - Insulated Tubing Set (2 x 6' lines)
2 - High Temp Plastic Female QDs w/ 3/8" Barb*

2 - 1.5" Tri-Clamps
2 - 1.5" T.C. Gaskets
2 - 1.5" T.C. x 1/2" FPT Adapters
*These premium quick disconnects feature shutoff valves that provide a "dry break" when they're disconnected. That means no cooling solution leaking all over your brewery every time you take the system apart for cleaning. The Female QDs are installed on the insulated tubing, and the Male QDs are installed on the T.C. x FPT Adapters that connect to the cooling jacket's inlet and outlet.
This tri-clamp extension tube features 1.5" tri-clamp connections at both ends and is made from high-quality stainless steel. Extension tubes (or spools) are an easy way to extend the length of any T.C. fitting or can be used to hard pipe a brew system for easier cleaning.

Bottle Sealing Wax is a sealing wax for any type of wine, liquor or bottled liquid. In all applications, Bottle Sealing Wax provides a tough, moisture resistant coating, which preserves freshness, flavor and fragrance. Bottle Sealing Wax adheres on both natural and synthetic corks. It provides tamper evident protection for your product. Bottle Sealing Wax can be applied by capping the top of the recessed cork or by dipping the corked bottle into the wax. Wax beads are easier to measure and melt than wax blocks.
Sold in 1 pound bags and 50 pound boxes. 1 pound will cover approximately 30 bottles, depending on usage.
DIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: The wax should be melted in a double boiled or crock pot. Maintain wax temperature at 180°F to 190°F. The ideal temperature may vary, depending on ambient temperature and humidity as well as the temperature of the bottle and cork.
Invert the bottle and carefully lower the cork end into the melted wax to the desired depth. Leave the top immersed for 10 to 15 seconds. Carefully lift bottle straight up and allow the excess wax to run off the inverted bottle top. When excess wax slows or stops, turn bottle upright and allow to cool.
Want an easy-to-use, stainless vessel that ferments and carbonates? This 50L/13.2 Gallon keg has been modified to allow you to do both! The top is fitted with a large 4 inch tri-clamp lid with two ball lock posts and a pressure relief valve. You can use this vessel to ferment, carbonate, serve, or push the beer through a filter. The posts are recessed which allows you to stack these kegs up to 4 high. A 4" T.C. end cap with pre drilled hole is also available (H691), which can be paired with a #3 stopper and airlock. Also consider the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack which allows for oxygen-free dry hopping and also features ball lock posts for Gas & Liquid. Depending on how long it will take to consume the finished beer, we recommend using two kegmenters, one for fermentation and one for carbonating and serving. After fermentation, there will be a large trub cake at the bottom of the vessel. Leaving finished beer on the trub for too long (2-3 weeks) may eventually lead to off-flavors. Check out our ball lock jumper line (KEG575) to easily transfer from one kegmenter to the other. Also consider our beer filter kit (FIL40), which will allow you to filter the beer during transfer. Features: Rated up to 2.5 BAR (36 psi) 4" T.C. lid with ball lock posts Floating dip tube Stainless steel 1.8 mm thick Use: As a stainless steel fermenter that is easy to clean Great choice for 10 gallon fermentations Easy to pressurize the kegmenter after fermentation to push through a filter and into another keg Fermenting under pressure, allowing CO2 to exit via the relief valve, reduces esters and fusel alcohol production allowing you to ferment at warmer temperatures Distillation - with the addition of a T.C. reducer and condenser (H701 / DS120 / DS130) As a cellar keg for topping up barrels Warning: Always depressurize keg before removing lid. Does not come with spunding valve show in example photo. See FIL42A. Kegland Part number: KL04565

The ideal vessel for serving pre-mixed cocktails and other concoctions on draft
Easily pour in your beverage of choice through the wide corny-style lid opening without needing to remove the spear
Doubles as a line cleaning keg
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
The Torpedo Cocktail Keg is the ideal vessel for serving pre-mixed cocktails and other concoctions on draft. The corny keg style lid makes it easy to pour in your beverage of choice without having to fuss with removing the spear like with standard commercial sanke kegs. Hook up a D-Style keg coupler to begin carbonating the beverage from the bottom up. These kegs provide the added advantage of fully carbonating the entire cocktail. When making drinks on the fly, carbonation is lost quickly since you're mixing carbonated and still ingredients together. But when served from a fully carbonated keg, you can enjoy the bubbles in your glass for longer!
Draft lines needing some love? The Torpedo Cocktail keg easily doubles as a line cleaning keg. Simply fill with a batch of LLC or BLC to give your bev lines a little TLC.

Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.

If your home draft system is a mix of ball lock kegs and commercial sanke kegs, having a coupler with ball lock adapters is a huge plus. This allows you to have all your draft lines ending in a ball lock quick disconnect, making it quick and easy to swap lines from sanke keg to ball lock.
Note that the gas-in adapter has a small line cut into the body of the adapter where the bev-out adapter is smooth.
The check valves will need to be installed before first use. The silicone check valve is inserted on the side gas-in port and the check ball and ball retainer are inserted on the top bev-out port.

An incredibly crushable light pale ale made with White Koji. Refreshing and citrusy
Includes Cascade and Huell Melon hops
Estimated ABV: 5.5%
Estimated IBUs: 12
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
Whether you're in constant search of new ways to push the "traditional boundaries" of brewing, or you're just looking for another crushable crowd pleaser to add to your arsenal of recipes, Proper Sake's White Koji Ale is the beer for you. As the name implies, this recipe is crafted around the specialty ingredient of White Koji. Koji is a staple ingredient in the fermentation processes for sake, soy sauce, miso, and more. But White Koji, in particular, is gaining ground as a new brewing ingredient which can impart a beautiful citric acidity in the final beer.
This recipe from Proper Sake Co. results in an incredibly crushable light pale ale with a slight haze in the glass. The malt character will hang in the background as Cascade and Huell Melon support the overall refreshing, citrusy quality enhanced by the White Koji.
Our friends at Proper Sake Co. are specialists in Kimoto and Yamahai sake production—and have been known to apply their fermentation knowledge to a beer or two. Next time you find yourself in Nashville, TN, pop into Rice Vice bar to sample from their amazing selection of sake.

If wines were personified by movie characters, Pinot Noir would be your Mrs. Robinson—mature and seductive. No wine evokes more sultry descriptions as Pinot Noir, often characterized as having a supple, silky texture and arousing earthy aroma. Sensual summarizations aside, Pinot Noir is considered one of the “founder varieties”. Its exact origins are unknown, but modern genetic study has revealed Pinot to be the parent of countless grape varieties including Chardonnay and Corvina, as well as hundreds of mutations of itself, including Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Flavors and aromas are overwhelmingly fruit-forward—raspberry, plum, rhubarb, pomegranate, and strawberry—with subtle notes of earth and damp leaves. Burgundy, France enjoys the highest acclaim for its Pinot Noir, but this grape is no less renowned in Oregon and California in the U.S. and New Zealand in the southern hemisphere. California ranks as the highest producer of Pinot Noir in the United States. The impact of the climatic conditions on the grapes is easily recognized in the finished wine. Compared to Oregon, which experiences four distinct seasons, California’s constant sunshine allows the grapes to ripen easily. The Pinot growing regions in the Golden State are often located in valleys near the coast where the daytime is warm and the evenings cool off as the coastal fog rolls in. This steady temperature fluctuation helps the grapes maintain stable acid levels, which highly impact the finished wine’s overall character and mouthfeel. California Pinot Noir is known to be darker in color with dense, ripe fruit flavors. Our California Pinot Noir is fruit-driven with flavors of raspberry and cherry, underscored by delicate earthy notes. A dry red wine with a light to medium body, moderate oak character, and alcohol content of 12.5% by volume. This wine kit includes medium toast oak chips. Medium toast oak is the most popular toast level used in red wines as it imparts a complex balance of vanillin and spice along with a nice mouthfeel. The VineCo Original Pinot Noir demands that it be sipped and savored. Do not drink it down like you might a common table wine. Approach with a subtle assuredness like you might if an attractive stranger caught your eye from across the room. Enjoy the deep, captivating flavors as if you’re getting to know this wine for the first time. For a dance at the dinner table, pair off with something that has a touch of spice like Kerala duck curry or Char siu pork. Ready to dive into distilling, but unsure how to piece together your home still? Check out these complete systems that will set you on the path to producing high quality spirits. This kit comes with the 35L DigiBoil Electric Kettle and the Copper Pot Still Condenser.
The Copper Pot Still is perfect when you want the flavor of the wash to come through, whereas a reflux still is more favorable for producing pure, unflavored spirits. If you want to make whiskeys and gins, this pot still top is a great way to start! The classic "V" shape captures the vital esters, aldehydes, and phenolic compounds that are necessary for the complex spirits such as whiskeys and gins. Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit.
Kit Includes:
35L DigiBoil Gen 2 (110V or 220V)
110V / 15A power and plug (5 ft. cord)
220V / 15A power
NEMA 6-15 plug (5 ft. cord)

Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, wine or beer in your tank and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arms. Remove your existing tri-clamp butterfly valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built-in handle to rotate to just about the lees level.
A white rotatable gasket is placed between the welded in tank fitting and this rotating arm. Because the micro finish of the gasket is hard and slippery it allows the rotating arm to rotate in place. A standard black EPDM gasket is placed between the rotating arm and the butterfly valve and is always kept completely tightened.
The length of the arm after the elbow is 14" allowing you to draw from roughly 10" above or below the valve level. The arm measures 13.5" from the TC fitting to the elbow. We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and butterfly valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on your butterfly valve. In this manner you always know how the racking arm is positioned in your tank.

A great accessory to have when performing pressure transfers. Designed by the MoreBeer! R&D team and made from stainless steel components for long-lasting quality. Features the Torpedo Keg gas-in disconnect and our specially designed adjustable stainless gas pressure relief valve (D1833L). Looking for a PRV valve with pressure gauge? Check out the FIL42AS. Pressure Transfers Great for pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Note: The very end of the pressure relief valve can be adjusted by unscrewing the knurled adjustment knob. If too tight and not adjustable by hand, wrap a towel around the adjustment knob and loosen with pliers. Then finger tighten or loosen to desired pressure.
The Blichmann ThruMometer In-line Thermometer is a great way to know the temperature of your wort while it's being transferred. Very helpful when using a counterflow or plate chiller to read the temperature of your wort going into the fermenter. Made of heat-treated highly corrosion resistant aluminum. Reads from 58°F - 88°F, and has 3/8" in and out posts.
Note- Clean with mild detergent only, using warm (no hotter than 140°F) water. Do not soak in the same bucket as other metals, as this could result in galvanic corrosion to the aluminum. After use, dry thoroughly and store in the protective plastic tube.
The Blichmann Universal CIP Spray Ball kit can be custom fitted to any fermentor, kettle, keg cleaner and more! All that's needed for mounting is a simple 7/8" hole. Designed to work perfectly with the RipTide Brewing Pump and the March 815 series pumps.

PurePitch® Next Generation—now with more yeast, get a foolproof fermentation without a starter! Just twist the cap & pitch! Why PurePitch Next Gen versus other options? Typically yeast manufacturers use a range for how many yeast cells are going into each package. This can vary widely, especially from strain to strain. Next Gen offers a far more precise cell count across all strains allowing you to use the Whitelabs exclusive pitch calculator. Simply scan the barcode on the back of each package to be taken to their online calculator. Enter the volume, strength, and pitching temperature of the wort you are fermenting and the calculator tells you exactly how much yeast to pitch. You will be fermenting like a professional brewer, using the same concentration of yeast every time and enjoying more consistent results. Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch. Whitelabs has also increased the viability (the number of living cells in the package) over the shelf life of the yeast. Next Gen strains are grown in their unique, small-batch reactors to assure freshness and then packaged in a special film that allows for off-gassing, assuring that their viability is absolutely industry leading. Attenuation: 70-80% Flocculation: Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 5-10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 68-85°F Cell Count: 150 Billion For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

About Perlick Forward Sealing Beer Faucets:
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? An ordinary, rear-sealing faucet closes by pushing a shuttle against the faucet shank, at the rear of the faucet. So once the tap is closed the faucet is still full of beer that has to be drained out. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain. Because of this design, leftover beer residue inside the faucet makes operation sticky and can harbor bacteria which harm your beer’s flavor as it flows through the faucet. In the Perlick faucet, with its Forward Sealing design, beer only has to drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination!.
