25 Feet of 3/8" Copper
Coils Raised Up To Where The Heat Is
Integrated Turbulator
Cools Faster and Uses 40% Less Water
25 Feet of 3/8" Copper
Includes Tubing and Standard Garden House / Utility Sink Thread
Manufactured in the USA
Save water during the cooling process with our Super Efficient Immersion Wort Chiller. During the manufacturing process we build in an inner water turbulator that causes the cold water to spin through the coil. This reduces the laminar flow found in a standard wort chiller where only the outer water is cooled as it travels through the coil. The result is a 40% reduction in water, and faster cooling, when compared with our standard chillers. But that is when we compare it to OUR standard chillers with the coils at the top. When you compare to other chillers on the market the results are even better.
ALL of our chillers feature coils that raised up to where the heat is. As we learned in school heat rises so when other wort chillers have all the coils on the bottom they actually never cool unless you stir your wort. The problem with stirring is that you mix up all your trub/sediment and you risk airborne contamination... neither of which is good. Our chillers cool fast and allow you to keep your lid on your kettle during the critical cooling period.
Constructed from 25' of 3/8'' copper tubing. 8' of vinyl tubing attached to both the in and the out with a female garden hose fitting on the in side. Use our CE21S hose thread adaptor to attach to your sink. Perfect for a kitchen environment where the sink is close by.
This size chiller is ideal for our 8 Gallon Heavy Duty Kettles!
The measurements are: Approx. 10" diameter, 8" to the top coil, 15" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.
Say goodbye to chilling with buckets of ice water! This larger version of our MoreBeer! Immersion Chiller is perfect for cutting the chilling time down on your 10 gallon batches of beer. It is made of 50 feet of ½ inch copper tubing with brass fittings for garden hoses on either end for easy access to your water supply. It has a bend at the top to fit over the lip of a kettle, and fits well in a variety of kettle sizes. You can tell that this immersion chiller is truly built to last by looking at its weight and craftsmanship. It is heavy and sturdy with brass--not plastic--fittings. You will be able to rely on this quality, time-saving chiller for years to come.
Measurements: Approx. 10"" diameter, 13"" to the top coil, 24"" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.

Because JP tends to get really good boilovers when he brews he usually makes high gravity beers whether he intends to or not. It may have something to do with consumption while brewing, not that any of us know anything about that. The result is always a starting gravity that is higher than anticipated. We put the beer on tap in the shop and it got rave reviews. It was both outstanding and unique. Sometimes things do happen for a reason! The beer can easily be described as a Porter on steroids.

You now know JP as a host on the Brewing Network, but before the Brewing Network JP was an original employee at MoreBeer! where his first job was cleaning up an infamous and massive malt extract spill Olin caused while taking and filling orders at the same time. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

With a texture and color similar to black crude oil, this monstrous, thick, chewy beer takes a minimum of six months to age out. The foundation of the beer is 12 lbs of malt extract. Then we throw in some Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, and Black Patent malts. Yes, there are two additions of hops in this recipe but you probably will never taste them through all that malt flavor. This is a great beer for sipping in front of the fire. Will age for years, eventually gaining some Port-like flavors.

The Kveiking blend thrives in hot fermentations when big complex ester profiles are desired. A low pitch rate can be used to drive these aromatics even higher but the brewer should ensure this low pitch rate can be combined with a continuously high fermentation temperature. If the temperature drops too low, the corresponding level of attenuation can be low, with high terminal gravities. This blend contains flocculent and non-flocculent yeast strains, therefore the clarity of the final beers produced can be variable. This BrewMaster Series kit was scaled down to a homebrew batch size in collaboration with the brewmasters at Imperiale Beer Project Light, easy-drinking body paired up with delicious hop-forward flavors and aromatics Includes 100% Galaxy hops Estimated ABV: 4.4% Estimated IBUs: 21 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer It's a big brewing world out there, make sure you see as much of it as possible! Australian Sparkling Ale is one of those mysterious beer styles that a lot of us had never sampled (or even heard of, really). But its light, easy-drinking body paired up with delicious hop-forward flavors and aromatics make it an outstanding, sessionable brew. Pilsner dominates the malt profile with a dash of White Wheat and Carapils for body and mouthfeel, allowing the hop combination of Galaxy and Strata to really pop. Similar to how the best view of the Milky Way is on a moonless night in the Outback, these hops are on gorgeous display as post boil and dry hop additions, with very little bitterness to cloud the citrus, tropical, and cannabis character they impart. Symons Galaxy was first brewed at Imperiale Beer Project in Brentwood, CA as part of a virtual collaboration with Australian beer historian, Peter Symons. Who better to have at your side (albeit through the computer screen) than the gentleman who literally wrote the BJCP guidelines for the style? This collaborative effort resulted in a unique, modern take on the ASA style—introducing Strata, a non-Australian hop, into the mix to complement the heavy additions of Galaxy hops. Symons Galaxy was a smash hit, and is sure to satisfy any hop head out there. For great reads on historic Australian beers and other topics, check out Peter's collection of books here. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.038-43 SRM (Color Range): 3 IBUs: 21 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 4.4% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”.

You likely want to monitor the temperature of your wort as it moves from the chiller to the fermenter, and now you can do just that with this In-Line Thermometer. This high quality thermometer features stainless steel quick disconnects for easy installation in line with the rest of your brewing system, and many users install it on the “out” side of their convoluted heat exchangers and counterflow chillers.
As the wort runs through the body of the in-line thermometer it runs across the 2-inch thermometer probe, giving an instant and incredibly accurate reading of its exact temperature. Ryan Barto, our Fulfillment Operations Manager and also the thermometer’s inventor, says that this handy device will help you to keep better control of your mash temperatures, and makes it easier to transfer your wort to your conical through the counterflow chiller.
