BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System With Pump | Gen 3.1.1 | 35L/9.25G (110V)

    121 reviews

We've seen a lot of all-in-one systems over the years, but none are as feature-packed and affordable as the BrewZilla. While other units simply maintain your set temperature, the BrewZilla features a sophisticated digital controller which can be programmed with a full mash schedule, executing each step automatically. The built-in pump will continuously recirculate wort during the mash for more even heat distribution and higher efficiency, but thanks to the integrated camlock fitting, it has even more functionality. Add the optional whirlpool arm to make your late hop additions pop and speed up chilling time, or connect a camlock fitting and tubing to transfer wort to your fermenter. These are just a couple of reasons why MoreBeer! loves the BrewZilla, but there are so many More! Our Top 10 Favorite Features: Sophisticated digital controller capable of programmed mash steps, boil addition timers and delayed start Built-in pump for constant recirculation during mash or whirlpooling and transferring with optional accessories Full depth malt pipe for higher mash efficiency and capable of running small batches without a pricey adapter Multiple power modes to cover each step of the brew day – low power to gently heat your mash up to full power for a rolling boil Wort chiller included! Perfectly sized for this system and adds even more value to your purchase of the BrewZilla High capacity brewhouse – with a volume of over 9 gallons, you can fit more grain and more wort to make MoreBeer! Single wall design doesn't trap in heat – chill your wort quickly after the boil! Super convenient bottom handle makes lifting/pouring a breeze Rubber feet keep the boiler lifted off the ground and safely above any spills that may occur Affordable! This is the best price for an all-in-one brewing system you'll find, period. If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the BrewZilla is a complete turn key solution. The BrewZilla is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built-in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built-in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built-in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere. The V3.1.1 unit features an upgraded main circuit board that changes how the automatic step mashing functions. Now when moving from step to step, the timer for each step will not begin counting down until the programmed temperature is reached. This means more accurate mash schedules than ever before! The new board also introduces boil addition timers so you'll never miss the mark for hop additions. To get the Wort Chiller Connection Kit for free, add the item to your cart along with the BrewZilla and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout. New accessory! Check out the BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm, which uses the unit's internal pump to recirculate and spin the wort, improving hop extraction and chill times. No more stirring! Automatic Step Mashing & Delayed Start! One of the coolest features of the BrewZilla is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the "S1-S6" button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the unit will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature. The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the BrewZilla ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day. Recirculating Mash with Full Depth Malt Pipe The built-in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the pump to transfer your wort to your fermenter. As with any mash, be sure to stir your grain very thoroughly after mashing-in so you start out with an even temperature throughout the grain bed. Some competing models advertise their perforated malt pipes as "high flow", but what they don't mention is how this affects efficiency. When recirculating the mash, wort will escape through the side perforations rather than passing through the grain at the bottom-most end of the malt pipe which can lead to lower efficiency. The BrewZilla's malt pipe is designed so that recirculating wort must pass through the entire grain bed before escaping through the false bottom and being pumped over the top of the grain bed again. If you're worried about the flow rate, simply add a pound or two of rice hulls to your grain bill. This is especially recommended when brewing with a high level of wheat, oat, or flaked grains. Power & Heating Control Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature. We highly recommend adding the optional BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket to help reduce heating times and maintain a more vigorous boil. The extra thick neoprene jacket is custom designed to insulate the entire kettle portion of the BrewZilla while staying out of the way of the ball valve and handles. The jacket can help you acheive up to 10% faster heat up times and cut heat loss from the boiler in half. And when it comes time to cool your wort after the boil, simply remove the jacket! While other units boast a double wall design for better heat retention, this actually becomes a disadvantage when it comes to chilling. The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don't worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing! The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it out and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the kettle to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging. The included stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet. What MoreBeer! loves about this product: Homebrewing is trending in the direction of all-in-one, all-grain brewing systems and the BrewZilla is the ultimate value. The cost is half of the next comparable system with programmable mash steps and nearly the same as buying converted coolers and a kettle. We've brewed on all the systems and we can truly say the BrewZilla is the easiest to use. We feel confident that a lot of first time brewers could buy this and use it with ease. At the same time quite a few of our experienced, all-grain brewing staff are buying it to brew at home. The unit is extremely compact because the pump is built-in to the bottom of the unit. You can move it around with ease which makes it perfect for guys and gals that have space constraints. Someone on the team also mentioned how they like that you can drain it via gravity without having to use the pump. All in all a great buy and highly recommended. Please note you will need a few extra pieces of hardware to connect the wort chiller and at least 2' of silicone tubing for the sparge. Use the Pump for More Than Just Recirculation! One of the surprisingly handy features of the BrewZilla is that the recirculation pipe features a female camlock. This allows you to hook up other accessories and use the unit's pump for more than just recirculating wort. With a male camlock and silicone tubing, for example, you can use the internal pump to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. Check out our selection of camlock fittings here. BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | Includes Wort Chiller | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 35L | 9.25G | 110V

Elevate your brewing game with the Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain -- get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don't overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you'd prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you'll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you'll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone -- all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn't just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn't just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone's web browser. Not sure when you'll be home from work or your kid's ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We've all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there's more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you'll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller's firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery's grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you'll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you've brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you'll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you'll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn't control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it's an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you'll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don't have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We've been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it's also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You'll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you'd get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find. KegLand Part Number: KL3276 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.   35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge   RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 17 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!   WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 100L | 26.4G | 220V

Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 26 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!   WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Heat Exchanger Dish The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla.

  • BrewZilla Lift-N-Lock Pulley BrewZilla Lift-N-Lock Pulley

    BrewZilla Lift-N-Lock Pulley System

    3 reviews

For all-in-one brewers and BIAB brewers, lifting the grains from your vessel can be daunting task. Give your back a rest and use the Lift-N-Lock pulley system to effortlessly lift up your grain bag or malt pipe and while your sweet wort drains into the kettle. This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system, especially when brewing high gravity beers with a massive grain bill. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.). The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Be sure that the beam you mount the pulley to is rated for the total amount of force being applied i.e. pulling force plus load weight, so for this example 300+ lbs. KegLand Item Number: KL30885

BrewZilla PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade Kit

    2 reviews

Upgrade Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas with a clear sight glass to monitor volume levels throughout your brewing process Replaces the solid metal recirculation pipe so you can check volume levels even while the malt pipe is draining The PPSU sight glass now comes standard on Gen 4.1 BrewZillas *Requires measuring, cutting, and assembly* This upgrade kit is suitable for BrewZilla Gen 3 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla. Assembly Required: You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. The BrewZilla's camlock fitting is reused in the assembly of the sight glass, do not dispose of it prematurely. Please note: This kit includes a one size fits all sight glass for multiple models and sizes. You will need to cut down the 39" PPSU tube to fit your specific model of BrewZilla depending on the length of the recirculation arm. We recommend purchasing the Pipe Cutter to cut the tube cleanly. See the video below showing you how to measure and install this on a BrewZilla. When assembling the sight glass to upgrade your existing Gen 3 or Gen 4 BrewZilla, you will reuse the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the recirculation arm, or you need to purchase a separate fitting for the end of your custom build. You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite to assemble the ball valve with the camlock fitting. Rather than purchasing the parts separately, Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas can be upgraded with one of these sight glass kits. KegLand Part Number: KL33817

    Brewzilla Sight Glass Seal Kit

Four pack of O-rings for the BrewZilla Sight Glass stainless steel ball valve and elbow. The PPSU Sight Glass uses radial sealing in order to not leak, even under pressure from a 25W pump. This is a very similar design to the Duotight fittings that also use two O-rings. Incase one breaks, or leaks, there is another to save the day. KegLand Part Number: KL33824

Also available in 220V (AG583) Combo Pack Includes: BrewZilla Brewing System | Gen 4 | 9.25G | 110V Neoprene Jacket Hop Spider Wort Chiller Connection Kit Gen 4 BrewZilla All-in-One Brewing System WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Features: Gen 4.1 Stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity with a finished beer output of 5-6 gallons WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT digital temperature controller Automatic step mashing with 6 programmable stages 110-120V power and plug 12.5A Requires 20A circuit Dual heating elements (1000 watts and 500 watts) Stainless steel 1/2" ball valve for gravity draining or transferring via pump Immersion wort chiller included Stainless steel malt pipe/basket Stamped in volume markers Glass lid Adjustable lid clamps (do not use with glass lid in place - see below) Magnetic drive pump for recirculation, transfers, and cleaning Recirculation arm PPSU sight glass Bottom handle for easy lifting and pouring Rubber feet Temperature reads in °F or °C Approximately 32.75" H (with recirculation arm) x 12.5" D Recommended max. grain bill: 23.5 lbs AlcoEngine Still ready with the purchase of a Distillation Lid Pump Specs: Max Capacity: 2.9–3.1 gal/min Max Head: 4.9–6.8 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge

12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge     FermZilla Tri-Conical Easy-Grip Fermenter A best seller for a reason! Tons of features at an incredible cost Crystal Clear super smooth PET makes fermenting and cleaning super easy 3" Butterfly valve at bottom makes removing yeast/trub easy with the 600mL collection jar. Pressurizable for fermentation and closed transfer to your keg Includes BlowTie spunding valve kit, red & yellow carbonation caps, and floating dip tube as standard The FermZilla is the perfect option for brewers that want all the advantages of a conical fermenter without the price tag of a full-blown stainless-steel unit. It allows you to dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of CO2 cylinder and regulator, you can carbonate and serve – all in one vessel! The clear PET tank allows you to visually monitor fermentation activity and is pressure rated to 2.4 Bar (34.8 psi), which means you can ferment under pressure, reducing ester and fusel alcohols in your finished beer. This also gives the ability to perform pressure transfers. If you prefer to move your finished beer to a keg or other vessel, you can do so with little to no oxygen exposure. The FermZilla Tri-Conical Easy-Grip model comes packed with accessories so you can take full advantage of this pressurizable fermenter on day one. The new stock standard includes Easy-Grip threaded lid ring, BlowTie spunding valve with integrated pressure gauge, ball lock carbonation caps for the lid and collection container, floating dip tube kit with weighted filter, volume marker graduation sticker, and adhesive thermometer. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years. Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads. Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.   KegLand Part number: KL47296 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.   FermZilla Tri-Conical 27L & 55L | User Guide

High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. • Adjustable Lid Clamps for BrewZilla / DigiBoil - 35L / 65L - Set of 4 - Short Adjustable Lid Clamps for BrewZilla / DigiBoil - 35L / 65L - Set of 4 - Short

BrewZilla | DigiBoil | Adjustable Lid Clamps | Stainless Steel | Set of 4

Adjust clamp tension as needed for a better seal with metal BrewZilla or DigiBoil accessories If you're struggling to get an airtight seal when using the Distillation Lid or Steam Condenser Set, these clamps can help provide more tension Easily spin to adjust clamp height and then tighten hex nuts to lock in adjustment Compatible with 35L / 65L BrewZillas and DigiBoils Made from 304 Stainless Steel Get the exact tension you need with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil with KegLand's Stainless Steel Adjustable Clamp Set. Permanently replace the standard lid clamps and adjust the tension to your needs. These clamps are only intended for use with the metal Distillation Lid or Boiler Extension Kits. If you are having trouble getting the correct tension to form a good seal with those accessories, these adjustable clamps can help you dial in the fit. They should never be used with the standard glass lid. Compatible with 35L and 65L BrewZillas (Gen 3 / Gen 4), DigiBoils (Gen 1 / Gen 2), and Boiler Extensions. Installation Instructions: You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the standard clamp off. (Please see product photos for optimum cut location). Remove the nut and bolt and thread it through the clamp. Ensure that the grooved part is facing outwards (photo for reference). If you do not have the grooved part facing outwards, the clamp will be blocked by the round lip of the boiler. Loosen the bolts and spin the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is always best to start looser than you think, then adjust tighter. Warning: Do not use the adjustable clamps with a glass lid, the clamps are only designed for distillation lids or other metal accessories. Please note: The adjustable clamps will eventually phase out the standard lid clamps on all Gen 4 BrewZillas. They are not necessary when brewing with the standard glass lid. You should only swap to the adjustable clamps if you are using the metal distillation lid or boiler extensions and are having issues with getting the correct tension when using those accessories. • BrewZilla - Gen 4 - High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump 25 watts (220-240v) - Replacement for 65L / 100L BrewZilla - Gen 4 - High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump 25 watts (220-240v) - Replacement for 65L / 100L

    BrewZilla | High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump | 25 Watt | Replacement Pump for 65L & 100L | Gen 4 | 220V

This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump. This pump now comes standard on the 65L BrewZilla, but if you have an older Gen 4 model with the original 6W pump, you can upgrade to this more powerful unit. The Green Demon This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and the upgraded 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1. To upgrade older 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 models with the smaller pump, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6W pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6W pump. Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs. Please see product photos for configuration types. Specifications: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60hz Max Head: 11.1 ft Max Flow: 5 gal Wiring: Fork and Ring Connectors fitted with insulation sheath Fittings: 1/2" (13 mm) barbs NOTE: Like almost all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry.
