KOMOS® Kegerator | NukaTap® Stainless Steel Faucets | Fan Cooled Stainless Tower | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs

    182 reviews

What makes KOMOS Kegerators better than the rest? Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Serve ice cold beer even in the warmest environments thanks to highly-efficient refrigeration components Stainless steel forward-sealing faucets offer a huge upgrade over common chrome plated brass taps Choose from the classic stainless, stainless with black finish or the upgraded stainless flow control model Faucets mount to a high-quality stainless steel tower, rather than a cheap chrome plated tower Interior fan diverts cold air up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming EVABarrier double walled draft tubing protects your beer against oxidation Duotight push-to-connect fittings make assembly a breeze Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted The KOMOS Kegerator offers a stunning set of features that clearly separate this unit as the most modern kegerator on the market. With more interior space than other models, the KOMOS Kegerator is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo kegs or Pepsi-style Ball Lock Corny kegs. Whether you choose the single, double, triple, or quad tap configuration, you'll receive stainless steel forward-sealing faucets in either classic or flow control model. Stainless faucets are a huge upgrade over the chrome-plated brass faucets commonly included with other kegerators, and you'll quickly recognize the quality of a forward-sealing beer faucet compared to the standard taps seen at your local tavern or in-law's mancave. Rather than a chrome plated tower, the NukaTap faucets are mounted to a stainless steel tower that remains cool before, during, and after each pour thanks to a tower fan diverter that recirculates cold air within the kegerator and blows it up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming. From keg to faucet, your beer will pass through EVABarrier draft lines, a premium double-walled tubing designed to protect against beer oxidation. And with Duotight push-to-connect fittings, you'll have your lines connected in a snap with no need to force the tubing over barb fittings or fiddle with hose clamps. Other features you'll love about the KOMOS Kegerator include its highly-efficient cooling capacity so you'll be serving ice cold beer even in the warmest temperatures, extra wide temperature range from 26–82°F, dual gas inlets at the back, aluminum internal floor, rolling casters, and the included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 regulator. The most eye-catching difference between the KOMOS unit and other kegerators is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that comes with a quadruple tap tower option, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. KOMOS positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. Both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE133) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Upgraded condenser, evaporator, and insulation make this unit highly efficient, yet quiet, so you can serve ice cold beer in even the warmest temperatures. The unique internal fan provides excellent air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Forward-sealing Stainless Faucets and Towers All KOMOS kegerators come with NukaTap stainless steel forward-sealing faucets and a stainless steel draft tower. While other kegerator brands include basic, chrome-plated faucets and ABS plastic draft towers to reduce cost, KOMOS includes these premium upgrades as standard. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Most other kegerators on the market will include the cheapest, rear-sealing chrome-plated beer faucets that you'd find at any dive bar. KOMOS kegerators include not only a faucet that features superior pour technology, but made from stainless steel which won't corrode over years of use. Choose from the classic forward-sealing faucet, matte black finish faucet, or the upgraded flow control model that allows you to dial in the flow rate of the beverage you're dispensing. The flow control faucet is a great option for users that often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Instantly make adjustments as you pour to dial in the flow rate. This is also a super convenient feature for when you want to grab a quick growler on your way out. By dialing back the flow rate, you can gently fill your growler so CO2 stays in solution and your beer doesn't pour flat when it comes time to share. Click here to learn more about the Classic, Black, and Flow Control faucet models. Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our kegerators come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each kegerator comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line. EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Included with your kegerator package is a Duotight fitting that attaches to the regulator for an easy, solid, push-to-connect connection with your gas line.  Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer!  We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA.  Plus, you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it.   Feature Summary: Stainless Steel Air Cooled Tower NukaTap Stainless Steel Forward-Sealing Faucets Choose faucet model and number of taps above Duotight Fittings make connecting draft lines a breeze Digital Thermostat with wide 26 - 82° F temp range. Elevate your brewing game with the Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. These items come in the Wort Chiller Connection Kit, add the kit to your cart and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout. KegLand Part Number: KL32766 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning:  Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.   35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge

    BrewBuilt® X2 Uni Conical Fermenter

    1 review

What sets the BrewBuilt X2 Series apart: Highest quality mirror finish. Welded, ground and polished interior welds are the very highest quality and the ultimate for sanitation. Four crossbar reinforced legs are superior for stability, mimicking Pro Uni Tanks. Horizontal ports on the cone, just like pro tanks, allowing your racking arm, carbstone, and thermometer to have a horizontal placement in your tank. This allows for smaller minimum batch sizes, better carbonation, and more.   Pressure Relief Valve with pull ring built into the lid. 2" oversized bottom port and Butterfly Valve. Coolest accessory upgrades like Pressure Pack with Floating Dip Tube, clear Flex Chamber trub collector, Coolstix, Kit for Pressure Fermentation etc. Read more Below! The BrewBuilt X2 Uni Conical was born of thousands of hours of research, contemplation, and development. The engineers and critical minds behind its realization scoured years of feedback from home and professional brewers alike to determine the ideal feature set of a stainless steel conical fermenter. And where standard features fell short, we pushed the boundaries into new territory never before seen on a premium conical fermenter. The end result is a unit purpose-built to advance your fermentation process, improve the quality of your finished beer, and look good doing it. This is the brewing sidekick that you’ll brag to your friends about. We guarantee that you will love the fit and finish of the X2 Uni Conical. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, the quality exceeds what has previously been done in brewing applications and approaches the level of pharmaceutical-grade finish. With flawless welds and a dazzling mirror-polish finish inside and out, the BrewBuilt X2 Uni is easy to sanitize and even easier on the eyes. You’ll probably wanna snap a pic. #BrewBuilt Extra Large 2” T.C. Dump Valve Dry hop to your heart's desire. Try as they might, hopheads will have a hard time clogging this conical. With an oversized 2" bottom port, you’ll have all the clearance you need (and even more than some pro brewers) to drop out your dry hop additions with ease. The slick mirror-polish finish on the inside allows flocculating yeast to collect neatly at the bottom of the cone as they slide right down the smooth interior walls. The butterfly dump valve integrates perfectly with the optional Flex Chamber Trub Separator and Yeast Harvester. Reinforced Four-Leg Foundation There’s a common complaint seen in the feedback for other conicals on the market—the tippiness of three-legged units. Three legs may be fine when the fermenter is sitting still on an even surface, but users are often forced to purchase a bracing shelf for more stability if they add casters or leg extensions. A conical is only as worthy as its foundation, so BrewBuilt modeled the X2 after professional-level brewery tanks with a four-leg, reinforced base. This seemingly small design feature is more expensive to produce, but it's what makes the X2 conical exceedingly stable when compared to other models.  When you fill up your fermenter with delicious fresh wort, you want to trust the vessel that’s holding your latest creation. Brewers shouted from the mountaintop that they wanted stronger, sturdier legs right out of the box that don’t require an additional bracing shelf. The four-leg, welded-bar reinforced system is absolutely rock solid. This is an especially critical feature if you plan to add rolling casters so can easily glide the fermenter around your brewery.  The reinforced four-leg design not only increased the stability and strength of the conical, it also allowed the unit to stand taller, thereby eliminating the need for extensions in almost every situation. An elbow, a sight glass, or the Flex Chamber can be mounted under the unit with room to spare. Adjustable Feet The X2 Uni comes standard with reinforced thread-in adjustable feet. If your home brewery has uneven flooring, you can quickly and easily level out the fermenter. The feet can be swapped out with high-quality casters at any time. Other Features You’ll Love: Downward-facing Blowoff U Barb prevents blow off tubing from kinking and is much easier to remove and clean than a fixed stainless blow off Internally etched volume markers in gallons and liters Stainless steel lid clamp with single-piece molded silicone gasket In our X2 redesign we've added two more 1.5" T.C. ports to the cone and body for additional flexibility with current and upcoming product add-ons Optional Upgrades The base model X2 Uni allows you to purchase the conical at the most affordable price and upgrade as you go. All of the accessories included with the X2 Uni+ can be purchased separately, so you can start fermenting now and come back later to add features and improve your process. Flex Chamber - Trub Separator & Yeast Harvester The pressurizable Flex Chamber attaches directly to the butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical. Pressure Pack with Clear Float Technology The Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened. Glycol-ready X-Series CoolStix™ Drop in the X-Series CoolStix for an easy-to-use, innovative solution for maintaining fermentation temps. Fits perfectly with the Pressure Pack's 1.5" T.C. port, or you can replace the Uni's 4" T.C. port with a 4" to 1.5" T.C. reducer. Cycle cooling solution through the CoolStix using either an IceMaster Glycol Chiller or a BrewBuilt Chiller Pump Kit placed in ice water. We highly recommend adding the Neoprene Jacket to help keep the conical insulated and improve cooling performance. CoolStix are designed for fermentation temperature control. Glycol-ready Ludicrous Coil The Ludicrous Coil offers unparalleled performance for an in-solution cooling apparatus and is highly recommended for brewers that want the top-shelf option with the highest cooling capacity. Aside from normal temperature control, when paired with a glycol unit, the Ludicrous Coil has the ability to chill beer down to cold crash temperatures. Pair with an IceMaster Max 2 and Neoprene Jacket to unlock the Ludicrous Coil's cold crashing capabilities. Not necessary for all brewers, but a significant upgrade over the CoolStix! BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure (Required to ferment or seal/cap an X2 with an active fermentation) The Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that comes with the conical is not sufficient for fermentation as it can become clogged with Krausen. To ferment or seal/cap an active fermentation requires the use and safety of the Pressure Fermentation Kit. This no-compromises kit includes the same hardware you will find on a commercial unitank, including a dedicated pro level spunding valve, a sealed pressure gauge, and a dedicated commercial PRV. Read more about these key hardware features in the kit copy. Also included is liquid Foam-Axe which helps reduce Krausen. Please read and follow all special instructions that come with the kit as well as your instruction manual.  Hop Bong Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping Device The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. High Roller Caster Set Go mobile with this heavy-duty caster set. Your fermenter moves around the brewery a lot, so why not give it some glide? Roll from sanitizing to kettle transfer to keg transfer to cleaning with minimal effort. Moving a stainless conical around can be taxing. Give your back a break and upgrade your conical with a set of rolling casters. • Chronical 2.0 Fermenter - PLACEHOLDER Chronical 2.0 Fermenter - PLACEHOLDER

    Ss Brewtech Chronical 2.0 Fermenter

Updating the iconic series of Chronical fermenters is not something Ss took lightly. The Chronical was a product launched in the earliest days of Ss Brewtech. It, along with the Brewmaster Edition that would join a few years later, has formed a core product line that has elevated the standard of what homebrewers have come to expect from a cylindro-conical vessel, and what homebrewed beer could be. So, with a blank sheet of paper, they went to work designing the ultimate Chronical fermenter. Priority number one was to continue on Ss's mission to elevate every home product they offered to sanitary connections and valves. For the Chronical 2.0 they addressed that by adding a new welded 3/4" TC sampling port, and paired that with an all-new sampling valve based on the Pure Flow sanitary technology. Secondly, Ss redesigned the lid to use the Unitank's lid-mounted cooling coil system, which removes the side-mounted weldless ports from the Chronical BME. The Chronical 2.0's lid-mounted cooling coils extend further down into the fermenter, enabling users to ferment partial batch sizes. Although Chronical 2.0 is a massive evolutionary leap forward, Ss also stayed true to the product line's core. The full-width lid, a revolution when the original Chronical launched is retained, the pro-inspired 60° cone, and bottom dump port is still here. And last but not least, the ever-popular neoprene jacket from the Chronical Brewmaster Edition is standard on Chronical 2.0.  This means that every Chronical 2.0 has a coil and jacket included as standard. Speidel Braumeister Plus Electric Brewing System - 20L/5.2G (110V)

    1 review

The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality. The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best. The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier. Advantages of the Braumeister First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments. Walking Through the Brew Process On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort. Features: Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp Technical Specifications for 20L Braumeister: 110V - comes with a NEMA 5-20 plug. Brewtools | B150pro Brewing System | 240V | 6.6kW | 77LB Malt

The B150pro – the largest Brewtools pro-series system, is a brewing system without compromise. Built for enthusiasts, nano breweries and brewpubs. 170-liter (44 gal) tank volume and 35kg (77 lb) malt capacity 6.6kW heating power (2x3.3kW) utilizing two mains inputs High accuracy with 2 digital sensors Conical bottom with center draining for fast and easy cleaning Powerful control system with 7" touch-screen, Wifi and Bluetooth 4.2 The B150pro has an 150 liter (40 gal) boil capacity and about 35 kg (77 lb) malt capacity. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch-screen. The wort is circulated up through the center-pipe and the pump is fitted using Tri-Clamps making it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full. The malt pipe has latches that folds out when you hoist it to secure it for draining. To lift the malt pipe on this system you require a lifting system. This is being developed with a custom brewing table and will be ready in the near future. Sparging is done without tubes or pipes outside the tank. A sparge tube installed on the outside of the centerpipe follows the malt pipe when lifted also lifting the wort spreading device. This makes it very easy to sparge from a separate tank without making a mess. After brewing with the B150pro, cleaning is fast and easy. The centerpipe is removed easily, and you can easily clean the unit, and all the trub will be drained directly to a bucket or the drains. Use the included circulation device as a CIP solution to save time and cleaning chemicals. The system has two digital temperature sensors - one in the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maxium static offset is ±0,5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It's also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort returning from the counterflow cooler, so you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is right. All ports are 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. As standard the system is shipped with one 3-way valve. All silicone tubes are 16x25mm food grade silicone. The control system is custom developed and features high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi. Note that with the added capacity of this system, heating to strike temperature and boiling will take more time compared to our other Pro systems. Speidel Braumeister PLUS Electric Brewery - 50L/13.2G (230V)

No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp Technical Specifications for 50L Braumeister: These units require a 220-230V connection. • Komos Kryo Nomad - Double Tap Electric Keg Dispenser - 110V Komos Kryo Nomad - Double Tap Electric Keg Dispenser - 110V

KRYO Nomad Portable Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS®

Portable, Inline, Keg Dispensing unit that can be powered via 110V outlet Replaces a traditional Draft Box/Jockey Box with no ice required Differs from the regular Komos Kryo Inline Chiller in that there is no glycol reservoir / The Nomad is liquid-free and easier to transport Can chill up to 2 gallons of room temperature beer, inline, per hour NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Mobile draft dispensing has never been easier with the KRYO Nomad electric keg dispenser. As with a jockey box, beer is chilled inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils which are chilled by the electrically powered solid carbon based heat sink. With a standard 110V outlet, you can serve ice cold beers from an unchilled keg, and unlike the KRYO glycol unit, this model is absolutely liquid-free, making it the ideal choice for mobile draft dispensing. No need to wait an hour for glycol solution to chill, once you power on the Nomad, you'll be ready to go in as little as 15 minutes! Carbon Heat Sink The secret to the KRYO Nomad's incredible chilling capacity and portability is the solid carbon based heat sink. This heat exchange technology requires no liquid whatsoever, so you'll never run into issues with emptying or spilling coolant when you transport this chiller from place to place. It provides roughly 300 watts of cooling power which allows you to chill about 2 gallons of beer per hour. Just be sure to give the unit about 2 minutes to recover for each 16 oz pour. The Nomad is very power efficient, drawing only 60 watts of power when the compressor is running. When idling, the chiller uses only 1.6 watts of power, meaning it it averages only 15 watts of power draw when turned on and periodically cycling the compressor. NukaTap Flow Control Faucets These stainless steel forward sealing faucets allow you to make instant adjustments to the beverage flow as you pour. A perfect faucet for those who often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Adjust the flow control level to dial in the flow rate and pour perfect pints every time! They also have the lowest thermal mass and best laminar flow design to further reduce foaming issues. Duotight Bulkheads Draft lines connect directly to 8 mm Duotight bulkheads located at the rear of the unit. To hook up your kegs to the KRYO Nomad, we highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. 8 mm OD EVABarrier plugs directly into the bulkheads, then depending on what type of kegs you'll be pouring, you can use these Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters for sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs, or for homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. Includes: (2) NukaTap Stainless Flow Control Faucets (2) Tap Handles Stainless Countertop Drip Tray w/ Removable Grill Features: Chill 2 gallons of beer per hour (based on 68°F ambient) Duotight bulkheads compatible with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing AC Voltage via IEC Plug: 110-120V Max Power Draw: 300W Dimensions: 9.25" x 13.7" x 18.1" (not including faucets / drip tray) CE Certified Temp Controller: Follow these steps to adjust the SET temperature on the controller. Press and release the 'SET' button to enter into the user menu. Press 'SET' will display the value of the target temperature setting. Press the 'Up' or 'Down' button to increase or decrease the set temperature. Press the snowflake icon button or wait 30 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

  • Komos Kryo - Double Tap Glycol Keg Dispenser

KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS®

Counter top inline keg dispenser that can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs Compact and portable. Use anywhere you have access to 110V power Superior cooling capacity. Chill up to 8 gallons of beer, inline, per hour! Fill the reservoir with tap water, or use a glycol solution for optimal performance NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Great for bars, restaurants that need to add capacity These style chillers are how beer is poured in most European cafes If you're looking for a home draft system, but don't have the space for a kegerator or keezer, we've got the answer! The KOMOS KRYO benchtop keg dispenser can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs. It's essentially an electric jockey box that chills beer inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils that sit submerged in the glycol reservoir. Simply place it on your counter or benchtop, fill the reservoir with a 20% glycol solution, and hook up your keg to the draft shank bulkheads. In roughly an hour, the reservoir will have cooled down enough that you'll be ready to pour! And thanks to the compact size, the KRYO can easily be transported from your home to the next backyard BBQ, cabin trip, wedding, or virtually any gathering of thirsty people you can think of.  For homebrewers this would allow you to keep your refrigerator at fermenation temperatures while always seving your beer ice cold.   Glycol Reservoir Although you can fill the reservoir with water only, for optimal performance we highly recommend using a glycol/water mix so you can lower the chilling solution below freezing. You simply won't be able to get your beer as cold if using water only. The sight gauge at the front will let you know if it's time to top up the reservoir, but also functions as a drain. When it's time to move the KRYO from one location to another, drain out the glycol into a sealable container to avoid spills during transportation. The glycol reservoir provides an exceptional amount of cooling power that makes it perfect for servicing small bars or cafes, as well as home use. If you're deciding between this model and the KRYO Nomad, note that peak chilling capacity for this model is approximately 8 gallons per hour, whereas the Nomad can chill up to roughly 2 gallons per hour. Draft Shank Bulkheads The draft shank bulkheads with beer thread allow you to choose the type of fittings and draft line that best suits your needs. We highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. These Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters will allow you to hook up 8 mm OD EVABarrier, and also work with sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs. For homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. If using water only, be sure to keep the reservoir temp set at or above 2°C to avoid freezing. Hold the 'Up" button for 3 seconds until the number is flashing While the number is flashing, press the 'Down' button to decrease the set temperature or press the 'Up' button to increase the set temperature. Wait 3 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer.

    WilliamsWarn BrewKeg50 | Pressurizable Conical Fermenter | Draining Sediment Bottle | 50 L | 13.2 Gallon

    1 review

Ferment, carbonate, and serve finished beer all in one vessel Pressure ferment as high as 25 psi to reduce esters and produce clean lagers at ale fermentation temps Extra-large draining sediment bottle allows you to drop out hop matter and yeast throughout your process Avoid oxidation by skipping the kegging process entirely—simply hook up your draft system to the lid's ball lock posts! So the first thing to understand is that this is a Unitank - you will be fermenting and serving from the same vessel. The lid has an adjustable pressure relief that you can set to different pressures. More on that later while we first talk about why we are so high on these...   The #1 reason we love the BrewKeg Unitanks is that they eliminate kegging day, which saves a bunch of time. The Brewkeg50 is perfect for a 10-gallon batch, with plenty of headspace for vigorous fermentations. When fermentation is done, crank down the temp, remove the yeast/trub collection ball and start immediately drinking because the beer is already carbonated. Since this is not the standard brewing process, stop and think that over - you don't need a separate night or hours on a weekend morning to clean and keg. You are going to save 2 or more hours with every batch! Plus, you are skipping the most oxidative step in brewing of going from your fermenter to your keg. Yes, the one down side is that your fermenter is tied up as a keg but to many of us who really love brewing our own beer but are time challenged – the sacrifice is totally worth it.   Another great time saving feature is that you can skip wort cooling and 'hot pack' these kegs, literally filling them after boil at around 190°F. Stick them in your refrigerator, let them cool overnight, and pitch yeast the next day. Hot packing is gaining a lot of traction and we suggest you google the term to learn more. It’s been a standard practice in Australian homebrewing for years.  We've been fermenting under pressure for years now with various pressurizable conicals, and if you want to make amazing lagers quickly you need to try it. Fermenting under pressure reduces esters and even beers fermented between 65-80°F have amazing German lager malt profiles. We've fermented a beer under pressure with WLP001 at room temp and all the tasters thought it was lager yeast. The pressure relief assembly, located in the center of the lid, is the slickest out there and adjusts from no pressure up to 25 psi. Leave it open for no pressure fermentations of ales and IPA's where you want the esters. Close it down to make amazing lagers under pressure, quickly.   Features: Made from stainless steel Conical base Extra large, easy to remove sediment ball Includes stainless steel stand 25 psi working pressure & built in relief valve 40 psi maximum pressure rating Ferments clean and clear beer from 64-82°F Beer is carbonated perfectly at the end of fermentation Beer ready to enjoy sooner Eliminates kegging Easy to clean and sanitize Does not include wheel set pictured in the manual Dimensions: Height: 34.7 in. Diameter: 15.6 in Actual Volume: 60L (15.85 gal) Please note: the BrewKeg50 is too tall to fit in one of our kegerators.

Look into and interact with every kettle without the need for a step stool or ladder Digital Touchscreen Controller comes standard. Control every aspect of your brew day from a single screen Automatic HERMS mashing. Set up to five mash steps in the digital controller and temperatures will be raised and be maintained automatically Powerful Gas Burners. Whether you choose Propane or Natural Gas as your fuel source, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control The Ultimate Sparge Arm. Eliminate hot side aeration with this fully adjustable sparge arm Built to order in the USA. Every system features a custom-welded stainless steel frame manufactured in the BrewBuilt metal shop Brew like a pro with the BrewBuilt Low Rider BrewSculpture. Our brewing systems were first introduced in the 1990’s and now have over two decades worth of R&D and customer feedback built into their design. There’s a reason why top level breweries like Sierra Nevada and Russian River use a BrewBuilt BrewSculpture for training, ingredient testing and pilot batches. Touchscreen Control Panel From heating strike water to whirlpooling hop additions, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day from our custom designed 7” touchscreen control panel. The HLT burner and pumps can be controlled from a single touchscreen controller. Program your mash steps and the controller will do the rest—igniting burners and kicking on pumps to recirculate wort as needed. It also offers boil addition timers to remind you when to add hops or clarifiers, as well as manual control of your pumps. Control Panel Key Features: Programmable HERMS Mash Steps - choose from 3 preset mash schedules or custom design your own with up to 5 steps. From there the control panel guides your mash through the temp raises and time rests automatically. Always Hot - Controller maintains the Hot-Liquor tank temperature you choose by turning the burner off and on automatically. Auto Sparging -  Sparge water flow is controlled automatically with integrated Mash Tun float switch. Timer Alarms - Built in boil timers remind you when to add hops, finings, or anything else. Manual Mode -  allows you to control pumps for anything you want such as cleaning. Automatic HERMS Mashing Mash temps are maintained via the HERMS coil made from convoluted copper tubing. This top-of-the-line coil design offers unparalleled efficiency while gently heating your wort. Choose from your saved mash schedules or program one on the fly. When the mash begins, the controller will automatically maintain the temperature of the hot liquor bath that the HERMS coil rests in. When the wort temp drops below your set point, the controller will turn on the pump to circulate wort through the coil. You can also set the pump to continuously circulate wort for the whole mash if you prefer, and the HLT will continue to maintain your mash temp automatically. When each mash step is complete, the controller will turn on the burner to raise the temperature of the HLT and begin the next step.  Powerful Gas Burners Choose your fuel source! Natural Gas is a nice option for the brewer whose home is already supplied with natural gas. This is a convenient option since you will never have to refill propane tanks, and you will never run out of gas mid batch. However, you do lose the freedom to move your BrewSculpture™ once it has been hard plumbed to your gas line. Whether you prefer the mobility of using propane or the reliable supply of natural gas, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control. The Ultimate Sparge Arm No other system protects against hot side aeration quite like the BrewSculpture. While other systems simply pump wort back to the top of the mash tun and let it splash back down over the grain bed, the Ultimate Sparge Arm will make sure your wort circulates with virtually zero aeration. The Ultimate Sparge Arm features adjustable height and adjustable flow. Depending on what beer you’re brewing, the surface of the mash will be at different heights. Simply lower the sparge arm to just below the surface of the mash and your recirculation will be splash-free. The ball valve at the inlet of the sparge arm allows you to dial in the flow and reduce turbulence as you see fit. Custom Welded Frame Made in the USA Every BrewBuilt BrewSculpture is made to order and built around a custom TIG welded 304 stainless steel stand.
