Precision Fit: Engineered to perfectly match the internal dimensions of your BrewBuilt draining kettle.
Optimal Flow: The fine perforations allow for excellent liquid drainage without letting grain particles through.
Durable Construction: Made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for a long service life.
Easy to Use: Simple to install, remove, and clean, making your brew day more efficient.
Achieve crystal-clear wort and a smoother brew day with the BrewBuilt False Bottom. Designed specifically for our draining kettles, this precision-engineered false bottom creates a secure barrier between your mash and your kettle's drain port.
The perforated stainless steel design allows liquid to pass through freely while keeping all your grains contained. This prevents clogs and ensures efficient lautering, giving you maximum yield and a brilliantly clear wort every time. The integrated feet provide the perfect clearance, and the durable, food-grade stainless steel construction is easy to install and even easier to clean. Upgrade your BrewBuilt draining kettle and take the hassle out of lautering.
This false bottom fits great inside a 10 gallon mash tun, like our Rubbermaid coolers.
Due to it's domed shape, this particular false bottom can handle a heavy load of grain. It provides enough strength and space to allow your wort to run through without any channeling of the grain bed. It works flawlessly sparging even sticky mashes!
This false bottom can be used in converted Sanke kegs as well.
Made from stainless steel with 3/32” perforated holes on 5/32” centers. 3/8" barb for tubing connection.
Convert the BrewBuilt T.C. brewing kettle into a mash tun using one of these false bottom kits. The heavy duty false bottom rests low in the kettle, utilizing a tri-clamp style maximizer that reduces dead space and pulls from the very bottom of your kettle, leaving no wort behind. A Silicone gasket rims the False Bottom, ensuring a tight seal to the wall with no chance of grain bypass. A handle is welded to the top of the false bottom for easy removal. To monitor your mash temperature, we recommend the 1.5" T.C. Thermometer with 6" probe for better grain bed penetration. 1.5" tri-clamp and gasket included Welded T.C. maximizer False bottom gasket for tight seal Welded legs and handle Made from 304 stainless steel NOTE: These false bottom kits will fit all BrewBuilt T.C. kettles, including the electric kettle with SlingBlade heating element. We do not recommend converting the electric kettle into a mash tun as the element will scorch the grain. If you wish to use the false bottom in your boil kettle, it should be noted that the screen is designed to filter grain, so fine particle vegetal matter will pass through.
This domed false bottom works great with most 10 gallon insulated cooler mash tuns or kettles with a similar diameter. The dome shape design adds strength so it can handle a heavy load of grain. Comes with 13 mm (.51") barb which is perfect for 1/2" ID silicone tubing.
Made from 304 stainless steel. 30 cm (11.8") diameter.

The Premium Electric All Grain Homebrewing Starter Kit represents the absolute best value you’ll find in all-grain equipment kits! What puts this kit ahead of the pack is the DigiBoil electric kettle with DigiMash upgrade, which combine for the most affordable and approachable introduction to all-grain brewing. Electric systems are becoming more and more popular in homebrewing, and for good reason. Most home brewing kits require a kitchen stove or outdoor propane burner, but with the DigiBoil you can make great beer just about anywhere you can find a power socket. The DigiBoil’s compact design makes this kit the ideal choice for those that want to brew indoors and not take up a lot of space. We also include the 6-gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, beer recipe kit of your choice, and all the time-tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. If purchased piece-by-piece this kit would cost well over $500, so you can feel confident that you’re getting all of the included equipment at the lowest price possible!
Electric Brewing
Typical home brewing starter kits set you up to brew your first batch of beer on the kitchen stove. This may lower the price tag but brewers will naturally progress beyond the kitchen to an outdoor gas burner or electric brewing system. Electric brewing systems have several advantages, firstly being that they do not require propane so there is no chance of running out of gas mid-brew. Secondly, electric kettles use a built-in temperature probe and digital controller to automatically maintain temperatures. This gives you a precise level of control that gas systems rarely match. Finally, the DigiBoil electric kettle is extremely compact and is the ideal choice for brewers that have space constraints or live in an area where brewing outdoors isn't an option year-round.
110V vs. 220V
The DigiBoil electric kettle comes in two power options, 110 volt and 220 volt. The 110V unit features a standard 3-prong plug and will work with most US household power outlets. The 220V unit features a NEMA 6-30R plug, typically only used with large household appliances such as washer/dryer outlets. Both power options are perfectly suitable for brewing. The 110V option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to move your brewery from the kitchen to the garage, basement, or outdoor patio with ease. If you have convenient access to 220V power, the 220V model will significantly reduce heating times and provide a more vigorous boil.
All Grain Brewing
Extract brewing is the most popular method for beginner brewers, but all-grain is really where it’s at. Instead of using concentrated malt extracts, the fermentable sugars are produced by steeping malted grains in hot water for an extended period of time, a process called ‘mashing’. All-grain brewing offers far greater control over the character of the finished beer, allowing the brewer to finely adjust the color, body, and malt profile. This kit is also perfectly suited for extract brewing, so if you find all-grain brewing a bit too complicated at first you can always switch methods. Your system will be ready for all-grain whenever you're ready to step back up!

The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles
Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume.
We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing
Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze.
Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier
We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids.

Recipe Options:
American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character.
Blonde Ale is a great starter beer for those who are new to craft beer. Blonde ales are an easy drinking ale, low in esters, balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile.
American IPA is like a Pale Ale on steroids. Take a pale ale and add more malt, more grain, and more hops. Expect more alcohol and a more pronounced hop character.
Brown Porter is a smooth, easy drinking beer. If you like maltiness emphasized with a hint of chocolate roastiness and subtle caramel nuttiness this is the beer for you.
German Hefeweizen has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. A true German-style Hefeweizen, this kit uses 60% White Wheat malt and 40% 2-Row malt with just a dash of Northern Brewer hops for bittering.
Haze Craze is our most popular New England IPA recipe kit. This Hazy IPA is packed with all of the hop character you'd expect from a classic West Coast IPA, but with much less bitterness and a much softer mouthfeel.

If you're ready to step up to all grain brewing, this converted insulated cooler works wonders as a mash tun! The 14-gallon size can hold upwards of 25 lbs of grain, so there's plenty of room for even the strongest 5-gallon beer recipes and is perfect for most 10 gallon batches up to 1.070 SG. Comes pre-assembled with stainless steel perforated false bottom, high temperature silicone tubing, and 1/2" female threaded ball valve. Pair the valve with the male threaded fitting (plus a little plumber's tape) that best suits your setup and you'll off and running. The cooler also works perfectly as a Hot Liquor Tank. Use with the false bottom in place, or simply remove it and keep it on hand in case you decide to use the cooler as a Mash Tun down the road. Two of these coolers plus the Fermentap Sparge Arm Assembly work perfectly as a gravity fed all-grain setup. To connect the cooler's ball valve to the sparge arm assembly, we recommend a 1/2" MPT x 3/8" Barb fitting and 3/8" ID silicone tubing. Plumber's tape will ensure you have a leak-proof connection between the barb fitting and the ball valve. Includes: Insulated beverage cooler Max Volume: 14.7 Gal (56 L) Stainless dome-shaped perforated false bottom High temperature silicone tubing Stainless 1/2" BSP ball valve External Dimensions: Approx. 19" L x 19" W x 22" H KegLand Part Number: KL04671 Please note: the mash tun may come with a little extra silicone tubing than what's needed. Check that your false bottom is sitting flat and in the middle of the cooler and cut off excess tubing if needed.
The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 110V plug. One element is 1000w and the other is 500w for a combined 1500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 15A power and plug (5 ft. cord) Dual heating element control (1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Stainless lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs External Dimensions: 29" H x 15" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 19.5" H x 11.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Stainless Steel Accessory Pack Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen

With the Recirculation Pump Kit, you can recirculate sweet wort during the mash to improve starch conversion, maintain a consistent temperature throughout the mash, and improve the clarity. The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day. Do you have a kettle or cooler but would like the ease and convenience of using a ball valve to easily drain liquid? Are you a Do It Yourself Type person? At a fraction of the cost of having a spigot welded into your kettle you can drill a whole and install a weldless ball valve.
The problem with most weldless fittings is they are thrown together from assorted hardware. Common issues include leaking and lots of flex when you use the ball valve. These new weldless fittings feature are designed for brewing. There is no comparison to the weldless fittings of yesterday with their rock-solid feel and a solid leak free connection.
This unit is also unique in that it feature 1/2" female threads on the inside. This allows you to thread in various other fittings that you can see below. Want to later make a mashtun... no problem just thread in our stainless screen. want to fully drain your boil kettle? No problem, just add our kettle maximizer! This allows for unlimited flexibility.
Weldless kit includes a 1/2" Full Port ball valve and a 1/2" barb. All fittings are made from 304 type stainless steel for a lifetime of corrosion free use. Full installation directions included. This product replaces our WL101. Manufactured by Fermentap.
You will need to drill a 1" hole in your kettle for installation of this weldless spigot. We recommend a Step Drill Bit for this.
For cooler installation instructions, please see "Installing A Weldless Spigot In Your Cooler" under the documents tab.

MoreBeer!'s Patent Pending sparge arm design is the perfect addition to almost any all grain setup! This sparge arm assembly is made completely of stainless steel and silicone, and has two adjustment points. One of these will help to hold the sparge arm against your kettle, while the other allows you to move the sparge arm up or down inside the kettle to accommodate different amounts of grain. These adjustment knobs are very easy to hand tighten and loosen, meaning no tools are necessary. Excellent for sparging as well as recirculating your mash in a RIMS or HERMS system!
To use, simply install on your kettle wall, tighten down the stopper bumper to hold the sparge arm in place, adjust the height of the bottom disc to be right above your grain bed but below the mash tun's water level, and adjust the flow level using the included ball valve. This unit will not include a barb or quick disconnect on the inlet of the ball valve, as every brewery is different. Please choose an inlet attachment from the sparge arms recommended items. Note - This sparge arm will not fit on most coolers. Make sure to check out the video in the video tab below.

Can adjust from the top of your kettle to 12-13 inches down into your kettle
A single, large diameter outlet port trickles onto a stainless disc, which distributes sparge water gently and evenly. This port is also much easier to flush out and keep clean than many other sparge assemblies with multiple small holes that grain gets stuck in during recirculation
Stainless tube measures 18.5" from the top to the bend, and 8.5" from the bottom to the center of the distribution disc.
Can be mounted on a lip that is up to 7/8" wide
Has a 1/2" FPT ball valve
The BrewEasy™ is a revolutionary new ultra-compact and economical all-grain brewing system. This patent pending system and process utilizes a two kettle recirculation infusion mash system called the Kettle-RIMS™ or K-RIMS™ process for short. This system is very simple to use and is a very approachable way to transition from extract to all-grain brewing. The BrewEasy™ system eliminates the need for a sparging, simplifying the process and saving time.
The BrewEasy™ provides all the simplicity and speed of a traditional no-rinse brew-in-a-bag (BIAB) system, but offers the temperature ramping capability and wort clarity of a traditional RIMS system. By eliminating the messy and hazardous lifting of hot grains found in BIAB systems you’ll find the BrewEasy to be pure brewing pleasure. Be sure to read through our manual (see the manual tab) to get all the details of the BrewEasy™ to see why this system may be the ticket for you
If you’re already a Blichmann Engineering BoilerMaker™ owner you’ll love the modularity of the BrewEasy. Buy only the components you need and save money! And the BrewEasy is the only system offered in electric and propane models!
How does it all work? This two kettle K-RIMS™ system eliminates the hot liquor tank of a traditional three tier system as well as the time consuming and somewhat complicated sparging process. While a three tier system is still the most versatile and efficient, the BrewEasy™ offers improved efficiency over traditional no-rinse BIAB while eliminating the lifting of hot grains. The recirculation through the mash bed generates super clear wort. And the optional BrewCommander can automate it all!

Reduce heating time during your mash with the Gen 4 BrewZilla
Redistribute recirculating wort for longer heating element exposure
Improve heat distribution throughout the mash
Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. This optional upgrade accessory redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature.
For use with the Gen 4 35L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils.
The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
NOTE: The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.

Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Triple heating elements combine for 3500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 17-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing at the 10-gallon batch level. This model comes with the 65L DigiBoil, which has three built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. The elements are 2000w, 1000w and 500w for a combined 3500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage all three elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 17 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 220V / 20A power NEMA 6-30R plug (4.5 ft. cord) Triple heating element control (2000w, 1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Glass lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both the +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C External Dimensions: 29" H x 19.5" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 20.25" H x 15.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Upgrade Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen NOTE: Due to the size of this item, it is not eligible for international shipping.
