Servomyces is a naturally enriched single-strain brewing yeast that is used as a biological yeast nutrient. The propagation and drying process of Servomyces has been specifically designed to accumulate a range of trace minerals and elements that are essential or limiting during alcoholic fermentation.
Minerals, when incorporated into some sort of living tissue, are more efficacious than when presented as a salt. Servomyces presents better bio-availability of zinc, which is a very important factor in yeast nutrition. Servomyces can decrease fermentation time significantly and improve yeast sedimentation. It stimulates the uptake of maltose and maltotriose, depending on the brewing strain, which results in higher alcohol yields. Also stimulates protein synthesis and yeast growth, which leads to higher biomass production during propagation. Servomyces eliminates harsh sulphur notes and produces a smoother more balanced beer.
1 g Servomyces is used for 100 liters of wort for fermentation.
2 g Servomyces is used for 100 liters of wort for propagation.

White Labs Yeast has been producing high-quality brewer's yeast since 1995 and continues to raise the bar in the art of fermentation Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch! Abbey Ale yeast is still used in two of the six Trappist breweries remaining in the world! This yeast produces the distinctive fruitiness and plum characteristics. Excellent yeast for Belgian Ales, Dubbels and Trippels. Abbey Ale yeast does best when pitched at 66-68°F and let to rise up 1-2 degrees per day and hold it at 72-75°F for 7-14 days. This yeast can dry out a beer no problem. With a gravity beer of 1.080 SG we recommend using 8g of FermFed in conjunction with this yeast during the first 24-48 hours after pitch. PurePitch® Next Generation—now with more yeast, get a foolproof fermentation without a starter! Just twist the cap & pitch! Why PurePitch Next Gen versus other options? Typically yeast manufacturers use a range for how many yeast cells are going into each package. This can vary widely, especially from strain to strain. Next Gen offers a far more precise cell count across all strains allowing you to use the Whitelabs exclusive pitch calculator. Simply scan the barcode on the back of each package to be taken to their online calculator. Enter the volume, strength, and pitching temperature of the wort you are fermenting and the calculator tells you exactly how much yeast to pitch. You will be fermenting like a professional brewer, using the same concentration of yeast every time and enjoying more consistent results. Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch. Whitelabs has also increased the viability (the number of living cells in the package) over the shelf life of the yeast. Next Gen strains are grown in their unique, small-batch reactors to assure freshness and then packaged in a special film that allows for off-gassing, assuring that their viability is absolutely industry leading. Attenuation: 75-80% Flocculation: Medium to High Alcohol Tolerance: 8-12% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 66-72°F Cell Count: 150 Billion For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. This is a super cool bottle for making yeast starter wort. Mix DME and water to make your wort and then boil in the microwave with the cap off. Remove from microwave, thread on the cap while still hot, and place in refrigerator. Store the wort till you need it. When you are ready to make a starter remove from refrigerator to warm up, pour into a sanitized flask, and add your yeast. Make multiple bottles all at once at store in your refrigerator until needed.
This reagent bottle is made from durable borosilicate perfect for storing anything you need. Borosilicate is great because unlike ordinary glass it won't crack with rapid changes in temperature.

Our single-hop Hazy IPA series dedicated to expressing the newest hops when they hit the scene Includes 100% Riwaka™ hops from boil, to whirlpool, to dry hopping Riwaka™ Flavor/Aroma: Citrusy grapefruit, kumquat Estimated ABV: 6.7% Estimated IBUs: 32 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Heavenly Haze is our series of single-hop Hazy IPAs. Whenever a hip new hop hits the scene, we're as excited to brew with it as you are! We developed Heavenly Haze to use a straight-forward hazy IPA malt bill as a base that's shared between all Heavenly Haze recipe kits—the only thing that changes is your hop of choice! This allows you to really zero in on the different flavors and aromas of one particular hop, and it's how we recommend experiencing a new hop you haven't brewed with before. We'll continue to expand our Heavenly Haze series to include newly released hops that are perfect for NEIPAs, as well as circle back to include some of our favorite hazy hops that have long been available. The kiwis keep it coming with yet another hop varietal that's bursting with character. Riwaka™ varietal 85-6-23 was originally bred by New Zealand Hops by crossing Saaz with specially developed breeding selections. The result was a highly aromatic hop with almost double the oil content of its parent Saaz. Realesed in 1997, this was once an exceedingly difficult hop to get your hands on outside of New Zealand, as it was quickly bought up by the native brewers. With an almost 1:1 alpha to beta acids ratio, this rockstar aroma hop gives off strong notes of citrusy grapefruit and kumquat. Perfect for new world pale ales, IPAs, hoppy lagers, and any beer you want a bold fruity hop character to shine. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.061-66 SRM (Color Range): 4-5 IBUs: 15 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 6.7% Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers. Riwaka™ is a trademark owned by New Zealand Hops Limited Company
Smooth, ribless design prevents yeast and bacteria buildup, making sanitation a breeze Punted bottom and conical top promote sediment collection and reduce oxidation during storage Extra-wide 4" mouth opening simplifies filling, additions, and cleaning Constructed from heavy-duty, virgin PET plastic without plasticizers Made with food-grade and BPA-free materials The Fermonster is a brand new fermenter designed specifically for fermentation. MoreBeer! gave product feedback for over 2 years of development and we think they nailed the design. The large lid allows for easy filling and makes hop or oak additions a breeze. The smooth sides are fantastic for sanitization - no ribs or texture to collect yeast or bacteria. The large 7 gallon size was designed to provide ample space for fermentation and you'll find the molded in volume markers super handy for accurate filling. The punted bottom allows sediment to collect to the sides so that you can siphon liquid from the center. Because they are made from virgin PET plastic they nearly unbreakable and a lot safer than similar glass carboys. Also notice the conical top which reduces surface area if you plan to store beer or wine long term. Made from heavy PET plastic, the same material used in 2 L soda bottles, which is nearly impermeable to oxygen penetration. Due to the thickness of the material and the overall geometry the Fermonster does not require ribs or dimples for stability. That results in a super smooth interior surface that reduces yeast and sediment buildup making it the easiest to clean, most sanitary PET carboy on the market. The huge 4" opening makes filling a breeze, and cleanup is as easy as wiping down the inside. The 7 gallon volume is a monster of a fermenter, reducing blowoff issues seen with standard 5 and 6 gallon carboys. Fermonsters are easily moved by hand or consider using our Carboy Carrier for even greater ease of use. These fermentors are completely air-tight and the lids sealed tight with an O-Ring. Additional O-Rings and Lids both with and without holes are available for purchase, see our You Might Also Need items below. Features: 4" inner diameter wide mouth carboy - easy to clean! Food grade PET plastic construction is nearly impermeable to oxygen penetration No hard to clean dimples or ribs Volume Markers at 5, 6, and 7 Gallons Punted bottom O-Ring and Lid with one hole is included (Fits #10 Stopper) Additional O-Rings and Lids available Weight: 1.5 lbs Temperature Limit: 140° F Height: 20.9 inches Diameter: 11.3 inches Completely taste and odor free Perfect for Beer, Wine, Cider, Mead, Kombucha or any other fermented beverage! Thick walls for better oxygen barrier.

Our German Hefeweizen is a customer favorite!
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.

Alpha Acids: 18.0 – 26.0%
Beta Acids: 5.0 – 8.0%

Recomended for aged red wines High color extraction Significant polysaccaride and glycerol production for huge mouthfeel High alcohol tolerence High nutrient need Top choice for Bordeaux varietals Cabernet, Cab Franc, Petite Verdot and Merlot Also excelletnt for Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and some Pinot The name kind of says it all. BIG RED is ideal for producing big, complex red wines with lasting fruit. Depending on the grape varietal used it can emphasize complex berry fruit and spice flavors. This strain is very efficient at breaking down and extracting tannins and anthocyanins from grape skin walls, making wines with dark inky color and a tannin profile suitable for extended aging. BIG RED also produces a great mouthfeel due to the significant production of polysaccharides and glycerol. It is also tolerant to higher alcohol levels making it ideal for those grapes that need to stay on the vine just a little longer to get full phenolic ripes with smooth tannin profiles. So lets recap... emphasizes berry fruit with many varietals, produces dark color, extracts a full array of tannins suitable for extended aging, makes wines with great mouthfeel, and is resistant to higher alcohols. Is there a catch? No, but to get all that done BIG RED does love nutrients and you will need to feed it and pay attention to it during fermenation. This is a strain where you would ideally know your Free Available Nitrogen levels that you could base a nutrient schedule around. Absent those numbers or a history with the grapes you are fermentiing, we would suggest you start with hydrating with Fermstart, feeding with FermFed DAP free at the onset of fermentation and feeding again with regular Fermfed after 1/3 sugar depletion. BIG RED is a very low producer of H2S when nutrient demands are met. The perfect strain if you want to make amazing reds. Not the perfect strain if you have a vacation planned during the middle of fermentation and are going to ask your neighbor to punch down...we hear it all!. Because this strain respects varietal character it can be used for a broad spectrum of red grape varietals. Perfect of courese for those Bordeaux varietals ilke Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and even Merlot. Also our first choice for Nebbiolo and some bigger style Sangiovese and Pinot Noir. Start Time: Fast Alcohol tolerance: 16%+ Nitrogen demand: high Yan Requirement @ 23 Brix: 270ppm Production of volatile acidity: Low Production of SO2: Low Ease to Ferment with MLF: Average Yeast type: Cervisiae Killer Factor: Neutral Malic Acid Consumption: Average Optimal Fermentation Temp: 65–85°F Proper yeast hydration helps ensure a healthy fermentation. For every gram of yeast, mix .25 g of FermStart yeast nutrient with 25 ml of sterilized tap water between 104–106°F/40–41°C. When water reaches 104°F/40°C, sprinkle yeast into water and stir gently. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 15 minutes and then stir again. For every gram of yeast used add 25 ml of clean must to the yeast slurry and let stand 15–20 minutes. If necessary, use additional must to adjust yeast slurry to within 18°F of must temp before pitching. For a complete nutrient schedule sufficient for most fermentations, add 1.5 g of FermFed DAP Free per gallon of must at the first sign of fermentation and 1 g of FermFed per gallon of must after 1/3 sugar depletion. Producer of fresh fruit aromas/flavors Best choice for fruit forward wines Best choice for ciders Best choice for Roses Ability for ferment cooler Strong fermenter FRESH—well the name says it all. The perfect choice for fermenting fruit forward whites, roses, ciders, and meads. Because FRESH is a Bayanus strain it is able to ferment at lower temperatures, a nice option for producing cleaner more focused fruit flavors. Emphasizes stone fruit flavors. We almost named it Beauty and the Beast because once it starts fermenting it doesn't stop. Super easy to ferment with lower nutrient needs and a a very high alochol tolerance up to 16%. Many cider producers like this yeast for its ability to add those fresh and fruity flavors. Although easy to ferment, we still recommend our CellarScience nutrient regimen of Fermstart, FermFed DAP Free, and FermFed to increase fruit and floral flavors, while avoiding H2S production that can mask fruit. Start Time: Fast Alcohol tolerance: 16% Nitrogen demand: low YAN Requirement @ 23 Brix: 225 ppm Production of volatile acidity: Very Low Production of SO2: Low Cap/Foaming: Very low Ease to Ferment with MLF: Average Malic Consumption: High Yeast Type: Bayanus Optimal Fermentation Temp: 50–80°F Proper yeast hydration helps ensure a healthy fermentation.
