MoreBeer!'s Patent Pending sparge arm design is the perfect addition to almost any all grain setup! This sparge arm assembly is made completely of stainless steel and silicone, and has two adjustment points. One of these will help to hold the sparge arm against your kettle, while the other allows you to move the sparge arm up or down inside the kettle to accommodate different amounts of grain. These adjustment knobs are very easy to hand tighten and loosen, meaning no tools are necessary. Excellent for sparging as well as recirculating your mash in a RIMS or HERMS system!
To use, simply install on your kettle wall, tighten down the stopper bumper to hold the sparge arm in place, adjust the height of the bottom disc to be right above your grain bed but below the mash tun's water level, and adjust the flow level using the included ball valve. This unit will not include a barb or quick disconnect on the inlet of the ball valve, as every brewery is different. Please choose an inlet attachment from the sparge arms recommended items. Note - This sparge arm will not fit on most coolers. Make sure to check out the video in the video tab below.
Features
100% stainless and silicone construction
Two adjustment knobs make it extremely universal
Included ball valve allows you to increase or decrease the flow rate during sparge or recirculation
Included check ball will prevent back flow
Can adjust from the top of your kettle to 12-13 inches down into your kettle
A single, large diameter outlet port trickles onto a stainless disc, which distributes sparge water gently and evenly. This port is also much easier to flush out and keep clean than many other sparge assemblies with multiple small holes that grain gets stuck in during recirculation
Stainless tube measures 18.5" from the top to the bend, and 8.5" from the bottom to the center of the distribution disc.
Can be mounted on a lip that is up to 7/8" wide
Has a 1/2" FPT ball valve
Designed to offer a sturdy connection point when using medium-heavy stills or off-center steam condenser units. To attach an AlcoEngine Still Top, remove the locking ring and gasket, replace the gasket with this single sided bead seal, pass the bottom threaded portion of the still through the ferrule, and secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp.
Sized for 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils.
Compatible with the AlcoEngine Copper Pot Still and Copper Reflux Still and the BrewZilla Steam Condenser.
Installing AlcoEngine Still:
Remove the bottom nut and seal from the column
Place the single sided bead seal on the lid's tri-clamp ferrule (beaded side facing down)
Pass the threaded bottom section of the column through the ferrule
Secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp
The column's bottom nut and seal are not needed

Tri-clamp pump head can be rotated to your preferred orientation and disassembles quickly for cleaning between uses
Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann Engineering, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing.
We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features. First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference. Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter. And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 9' cord. 9' gets the plug connection a few feet away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice. Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric!
All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost.
Features:
Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 7 GPM and up to 21 ft of lift
Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning
1/2" NPT inlet and outlet
Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case
Rotatable stainless steel head
Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation
Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control
Power switch on base
10 ft. long power cord with 120V plug
Easily identify gas and beverage lines with color-coded options—LightShield Black for beverages, Transparent Red for gas EVABarrier's double-walled design with a proprietary inner polymer significantly reduces oxidation and CO2 loss, keeping your beer fresher for longer The ultra-smooth, nearly impermeable inner surface of the tubing prevents bacteria and microbes from adhering, ensuring cleaner beer lines The stiff yet pliable EVA outer barrier makes the tubing kink-resistant and ideal for use with push-in fittings like Duotight and John Guest Red is recommended for differentiating your gas lines, but the 5mm ID is the perfect size if longer 10-12 ft. beverage lines are needed Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. Transparent Red EVABarrier is recommended for gas lines while using LightShield Black for your bev lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. The semi-transparent red outer barrier makes the tubing easy to recognize even with minimal light. If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. If you wish to use the tubing for beverage rather than gas, we recommend using 10-12 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 5 mm (13/64") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42741

Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet!
T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees
Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use
Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy
Stainless steel head with 1/2" threaded ports to attach your preferred fittings—tri-clamp, quick disconnect, camlock, and More!
The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on.
The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on.
Tri-Clamp Pump Head
The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup.
Inline Design
An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet.
PRV Purge Valve
The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system.
304 Stainless Steel
The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer.

Upgrade your MKII pump with a 304 stainless steel replacement head. Stainless steel is more durable if you are attaching ball valves. Very occasionally the threads on the plastic head that comes standard on the MKII can break if you are using hard to close ball valves that apply a lot of torque. Stainless steel is very robust and will not break, is food grade, and well... stainless. Before you snag the stainless center-inlet head, also consider the stainless inline tri-clamp head. A Ball Lock Keg is the ultimate upgrade for any homebrewer looking to streamline their process, improve their carbonation control, and finally reclaim their Saturday afternoons.
Why Ball Lock?
In the world of homebrewing, Ball Lock is the undisputed king. Most kegging hardware, disconnects, and draft systems are designed around this standard, making it easy to find parts and swap lines. If you’re looking for a setup that grows with your hobby, this is the foundation you want.
Key Features:
304 Stainless Steel Construction: Built to last a lifetime. It’s corrosion-resistant, easy to sanitize, and won't hold onto flavors from your last batch.
Pressure Relief Valve: The manual pull-ring PRV in the lid makes it safe and easy to depressurize the keg for serving or dry-hopping.

The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Tailpieces are fittings which connect beer and gas tubing to the different parts of a draft system. One side of the tailpiece features a barb to connect the tubing to, and the other side is held against the tap or faucet shank with collar nut. Tailpieces are available in a range of barb sizes to fit up to your tubing size. Stainless steel construction means these pieces won’t rust or harbor bacteria that can ruin the taste of your beer. This elbow shaped tailpiece helps you fit your tubing runs in tight spaces, requiring just 1-5/8" clearance above the tap or behind the shank. Use with hex nut (D1740). ID - 3/16" OD - 1/4"
