Use this lid along with the 65L BrewZilla or DigiBoil and a copper still top (DS120or DS130) to make your own easy-to-use distillery.
The lid gasket has two distinct sides, one that is rounded and one that is completely flat. When installing the gasket the flat side should be facing up. Use one hand to stretch the gasket around the lid and the other to push the gasket into the channel.
This lid has a 1.85" (47mm) hole for the still top. Lid gasket included.

This easy to use pipe cutter makes cutting copper, stainless steel, or aluminum tubing an absolute breeze. Easy to use and compact so it can get into tight corners and gives you a clean pipe cut. Simply hand tighten the pipe cutter onto the mark where you want to cut the pipe. Rotate the cutter around the pipe a couple of times to create a groove all around the pipe, and then each time you rotate the cutter, tighten the blade a little. Each rotation will cut a little deeper into the pipe and the cut will be straight.

Protocol for Use:

Our mini and medium 2-piece airlocks are a great option when a single inch could make or break fitting your carboy into a fermentation chamber. The airlock breaks down into 2-pieces for easy cleaning. Instead of a floating center piece, like standard 3-piece airlocks, the center piece is molded into the lid. One less piece to clean and misplace!
Another cool feature of this 2-piece airlock is that 1/2" ID tubing will fit onto the center post for use as a blowoff. This can be handy if you have a really active ferment that is blowing out the top of your fermenter.
