If you're ready to step up to all grain brewing, this converted insulated cooler works wonders as a mash tun! The 14-gallon size can hold upwards of 25 lbs of grain, so there's plenty of room for even the strongest 5-gallon beer recipes and is perfect for most 10 gallon batches up to 1.070 SG. Comes pre-assembled with stainless steel perforated false bottom, high temperature silicone tubing, and 1/2" female threaded ball valve. Pair the valve with the male threaded fitting (plus a little plumber's tape) that best suits your setup and you'll off and running. The cooler also works perfectly as a Hot Liquor Tank. Use with the false bottom in place, or simply remove it and keep it on hand in case you decide to use the cooler as a Mash Tun down the road. Two of these coolers plus the Fermentap Sparge Arm Assembly work perfectly as a gravity fed all-grain setup. To connect the cooler's ball valve to the sparge arm assembly, we recommend a 1/2" MPT x 3/8" Barb fitting and 3/8" ID silicone tubing. Plumber's tape will ensure you have a leak-proof connection between the barb fitting and the ball valve. Includes: Insulated beverage cooler Max Volume: 14.7 Gal (56 L) Stainless dome-shaped perforated false bottom High temperature silicone tubing Stainless 1/2" BSP ball valve External Dimensions: Approx. 19" L x 19" W x 22" H KegLand Part Number: KL04671 Please note: the mash tun may come with a little extra silicone tubing than what's needed. Check that your false bottom is sitting flat and in the middle of the cooler and cut off excess tubing if needed.

Just like our popular D1000 but with enough hardware to allow for two kegs to be tapped at the same time.
Kit includes:
Aluminum CO2 tank (new)
Dual gauge regulator
Two Faucets(SS lever),knobs and shanks
Stainless steel drip pan
Two Sanke keg valve taps
All hoses, clamps and instructions
Installation note: On a fridge there is generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. You should be able to see the lines form condensation on the inside of the freezer where there are lines running. Please still use caution when drilling.
Protect your regulator from damage in the event your tank gets knocked over. A Gauge Cage is cheap insurance that can help save you a costly regulator replacement.
Mounting bolt and washer included.
CO2 and Nitrogen tanks, especially the 5lb size most brewers use, are notoriously wobbly and easy to knock over once the regulator is mounted on them. This handy Gauge Cage helps protect the gauges themselves, as well as the fragile points where they thread into the regulator body, from damage in case of a fall.
Specifically sized to fit our D1060 and D1070 Taprite brand ragulators, these cages may not fit some budget regulators manufactured overseas.

What's cooler than being cool? Ice Cold. And that's just what your beer will be when stored in the KOMOS Rubicon Cooler. With durable rotomolded body, high density polyurethane insulation, and compression seal lid, the Rubicon will hold ice for days on end, even in the hottest of climates. Rotomolding is a procedure that ensures every part of the cooler is made with a continuous thick wall with minimal imperfections. This makes the cooler extremely tough, and is one of the features that have made YETI® coolers such a hit. The Rubicon is the ideal sidekick for camping trips, tailgaters, beach days, or wherever else you want to enjoy a cold beverage that tastes like it came straight out of the fridge. If you're designing your own jockey box, we highly recommend the Rubicon Cooler. High density polyurethane foam walls offer superior insulation compared to cheaper ice chest options, which means ice will hold for far longer and ensure your draft box doesn't warm up before you're done pouring beers. We love this cooler paired with the KOMOS Slimline Cold Plate, which will allow you to chill the beverage you're serving while still having plenty of room to store other food and drinks. Few materials are more durable or more attractive than stainless steel, which is exactly what sets this Stainless Steel Wort Chiller from MoreBeer! apart from similar chillers. This high quality stainless wort chiller includes 8 feet of vinyl tubing attached to both the in and out using a female garden hose fitting on the “in” side, as well as 25 feet of stainless steel tubing measuring 3/8 inch diameter.
Although stainless steel takes a little longer to cool your worth than comparable copper tubing, its advantage is that it won’t tarnish between uses. Stainless steel is also much more affordable than copper, which makes this an economical choice that won’t sacrifice quality or real-world effectiveness. This stainless steel wort chiller also contains a brass hose adapter for an even more attractive, high quality look and feel.
The Stainless Steel Wort Chiller 25’ x 3/8” from MoreBeer! is made entirely in the U.S.
Note: The inner bend on the coils have small indentations that are a natural result of the winding process used during manufacturing. As an upside, these do actually help turbulate the cooling water to eliminate laminar flow (helps increase the cooling capacity).

Save water during the cooling process with our Super Efficient Immersion Wort Chiller. During the manufacturing process we build in an inner water turbulator that causes the cold water to spin through the coil. This reduces the laminar flow found in a standard wort chiller where only the outer water is cooled as it travels through the coil. The result is a 40% reduction in water, and faster cooling, when compared with our standard chillers. But that is when we compare it to OUR standard chillers with the coils at the top. When you compare to other chillers on the market the results are even better.
ALL of our chillers feature coils that raised up to where the heat is. As we learned in school heat rises so when other wort chillers have all the coils on the bottom they actually never cool unless you stir your wort. The problem with stirring is that you mix up all your trub/sediment and you risk airborne contamination... neither of which is good. Our chillers cool fast and allow you to keep your lid on your kettle during the critical cooling period.
Constructed from 25' of 3/8'' copper tubing. 8' of vinyl tubing attached to both the in and the out with a female garden hose fitting on the in side. Use our CE21S hose thread adaptor to attach to your sink. Perfect for a kitchen environment where the sink is close by.
This size chiller is ideal for our 8 Gallon Heavy Duty Kettles!
The measurements are: Approx. 10" diameter, 8" to the top coil, 15" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.

With the MoreBeer! Jockey Box your beer will pour cold for hours! Take it camping, tailgating, or just pull it out when the gang is over. A Jockey box (or draft box) is a portable dispensing system used to cool beer as it travels inline from the keg to the faucet. The MoreBeer! Jockey Box includes an insulated cooler, a 50' x 3/8" stainless steel coil, shank and beer line clamps.
Our jockey box does not include a faucet or tap handle as standard, allowing you to pair it with the faucet model of your choice. Select your desired faucet from our add-on system above.
A favorite innovation in our draft box design is that we use larger 3/8" OD stainless steel tubing, which has two advantages over designs offered by other companies:
It cools a greater volume of beer, and cools it faster. The coil will hold approximately 33 oz of beer at a time.
The larger diameter line offers less resistance, which lets you push the beer with less CO2 pressure. Our boxes require about 10-15 psi from the CO2 tank to push the beer from the keg to the faucet (same pressure you use to dispense at home). Because the vast majority of beer lovers opt to keep their beer cool at all times to protect flavor (especially a homebrewer who is going to retap the same kegs at home!) and reduce foaming issues, most people opt to also ice the keg. The low applied pressure of 10-15 psi means that if you leave the system hooked up overnight, the beer will not over carbonate. If you do not plan on keeping the keg cold, which is perfectly fine, our system still works great because you can disconnect the line (if left for days) to keep the beer from losing carbonation.
We do not use shanks on the back side of our boxes. We drill holes slightly smaller than the line size so that a tight seal is created but you can still pull the line in when not in use, without having a wrench on hand. This makes storage and transport extremely easy. You will appreciate not having lines flopping everywhere.
You will need to purchase the appropriate keg couper for your commercial keg or quick disconnects for your homebrew keg. You will also need a CO2 system, comprised of a CO2 tank and regulator.
Tips For Best Results:
It is much more likely for a beer left at a high psi to overcarbonate (become foamy) than a beer left at a low psi to lose carbonation. The reason is that gas will always keep coming from the regulator until the gas/beer pressure have reached an equilibrium, so over time the high psi setting becomes the pressure in the beer. However, for a beer to lose carbonation it has to come out of solution into the headspace in the keg. Because the headspace is limited, only so much CO2 can come out, and the keg pressure will not drop all the way down to the lower regulator pressure on its own. This is the reason that if you have overcarbonated a beer you have to repeatedly vent the keg, reducing the pressure in the headspace to 0, and allowing more gas to escape from the beer.
For the best performance when using a draft box, tests have shown that ice water is actually the most effective at cooling the coils. So, as the ice melts, do not open the drain valve on the cooler. Draft boxes with Cooling Plates (stainless coil embedded in aluminum) are designed to work with the valve open, ours is not.

You may have a hard time finding a more affordable counter flow wort chiller. For the homebrewer on a budget, these heat exchangers are one the fastest ways to chill wort. Similar in efficiency to the Chillout plate chiller, but much easier to clean. Plate chillers have the disadvantage of getting gunked up in their small crevasses due to trapped hop material. This unit, on the other hand, can be easily and effectively flushed after use. Copper is a great conductor of heat, making it more efficient than a stainless chiller of similar design. These units are 9" in diameter and about 7" high. The input and output are approximately 3/8" outer diameter (9.5 mm). They can be used with gravity, but we recommend using a pump. Check out the video below to learn how to set up the chiller with Duotight fittings (DUO115 & DUO116) that will allow you to attach Camlock, QD, or garden hose fittings to the inputs and outputs, and enable you to control the flow rate at the water inlet. The Johnson digital temperature controller is used to control the temperature of a refrigerator, or similar cooling or heating device. Enter your desired temperature, called set point, and how tightly you want your temperature maintained, called differential, and let the controller do the rest.
Ranco Vrs. Johnson
This Johnson digital temperature controller is very similar to our popular Ranco brand controller (FE610) in application and appearance. The advantage of the Ranco is being able to switch between cooling and and heating from the digital interface, while with the Johnson you have to take the cover off and physically remove a jumper. The advantage of the Johnson is the very attractive price.
For technical aficionados the Johnson does have a feature called Anti-Short Cycle Delay. Cycling is the rapid turning off and on of an electrical device. Over time cycling can harm your appliance. The Johnson controller allows you to set a time interval, in minutes, that keeps the controller from turning on right after it shuts off no matter what the temperature reading is. This can be very useful when you are using a 1 degree of differential setting for tight control but want your compressor or power supply to have a minimum time period of rest before it turns back on. Temperature Range of -40 to 212F.
Now you can pour your favorite Stouts, cold brew coffee’s, wine, cocktails and more with our exclusive nitro tap accessory! Instant and infinite sparkling water at your fingertips whenever you want it! Benchy connects to your household's water supply, chills, carbonates, and delivers on demand Serve up to 8 gallons of chilled, carbonated water per hour Pair with draft faucets and place it on your counter, or install it under the counter and plumb it to a mounted water faucet See below for detailed installation video Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets. Easy Installation: Plug the Benchy into the wall Fill internal water tank Connect household water supply Connect CO2 Cylinder Pour chilled sparking water. It's that simple and you can be enjoying chilled sparkling water in under 1 hour with this setup and barely any time at all to cool down. Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found below. Fully Adjustable The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F). You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water. Cooling Performance The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg.
