The Carbonated Beverage Filler is a counter-pressure machine that fills bottles with pre-carbonated beverages without losing carbonation; The XpressFill Carbonated Beverage Filler uses a high-tech sensor probe that shuts off the fill at the perfect height in the bottle neck every time, regardless of bottle variations.
Even though this machine is designed for carbonated beverages, it can also be used for still products as long as they are fed to the filler using a lightly pressurized keg or pump. That means that you can use this for your normal bottling as well as for those special bottle-conditioned beers too!
The Carbonated Beverage Filler is also suitable for filling Charmat-style sparkling wines, at a maximum operating pressure of 60 psi.
The filler will accommodate bottles up to 4 inches in diameter and up to 13.5 inches tall. This covers most standard sized 12 oz, 22 oz and 750 mL bottles.
Each bottle filler is hand built to order in the California factory. Lead times average about 3 weeks.

Made from polycarbonate, these simple sight gauges are easy to install and clean. It comes with a 1/2 in BSP threaded post featuring a barb with o-rings and a 23.5 in polycarbonate tube that can be cut down to size.
Note: The tube may require a hose clamp to keep it fixed to the barb.

The filler can accommodate most cans sizes with its adjustable shelf, allowing great flexibility, and is suitable for carbonated beverages such as beer and kombucha. The XF2200 is based on the XpressFill Level Filler with modified valves and flow path diameters resulting in a much better flow of product with less foaming and better CO2 retention.

Just like the two-headed dog of Greek mythology, Orthos, this dual-headed can filler will perform like a beast in your canning line, doubling your fill rate and taking the stress out of canning day.
Operation
Programming the fill height and CO2 purge time is quick & easy and only requires pushing a single button to program your settings on either fill head. Once your settings are locked in, the LED ring will give you the green light to procced and filling and purging will execute automatically with a single push of the button. The Orthos Dual Head Can Filler utilizes an aero-grade pressure sensor to measure the height of the fill and is accurate to +/- 1mm for remarkably consistent fills each and every time.
Construction
We have designed the Orthos Filler to be a showcase for your taproom or home brewery, featuring a heavy stainless steel case and the necessary hardware for wall mounting or table use. The Orthos can be easily adjusted to fill any size can up to 32 oz Crowlers, and if need be, you can have two different style cans filling at the same time. The drip tray will help catch any potential spills throughout the filling process and features a drain that can be routed to a collection bucket or floor drain.
Cleaning
The cleaning process is just as easy as the filling process! Just attach a keg of water or beer line cleaner and run a fill cycle to clean out the product from the machine. The beer flows seamlessly through pinch valves, eliminating any internal cavities that need to be cleaned. The drip tray is conveniently removable for a quick wash after each use. When it's time for maintenance, simply swap out the beer tubing!
