New and improved with the professional brewer in mind, the Tilt Pro is the bigger, badder version of the original Tilt Hydrometer. With three times the volume and weight as the original unit, the Tilt Pro's larger size allows for more than double the batter life. With preinstalled Energizer® AA lithium batteries, the Pro will stay powered for up to 5 years depending on usage. So much time you may forget your Tilt actually runs on a battery!
The extra size and weight come with an added bonus: improved specific gravity stability at high krausen, so you will see a steadier read-out on your iPhone, Android, or Raspberry Pi. In addition, Tilt Pro has boosted the range with a high-gain antenna that in testing increased range by 20% vs. the original Tilt. Now you can see your Tilt through thicker heads of foam and heavier stainless steel walls. To top it off they've included the extra decimal of precision available from the sensors and to the read-out so there are now decimal degrees Fahrenheit as well as higher resolution Celsius. Specific gravity now reads out to the 10,000th place (for example 1.0000). You can now see fermentation activity dropping less than a brewer's point per day. In all they've made several adjustments we believe the craft beer professional (and serious home brewer) is sure to appreciate.

The perfect Tilt for homebrewers with stainless steel fermenters Track your fermentation progress without ever disturbing your wort! Say goodbye to pulling samples for your glass hydrometer 2 to 3x more powerful than the standard Tilt for improved signal transmission through stainless steel Slim design to easily recover the Tilt Pro Mini in small tanks with 1.5" tri-clamp dump ports When the first Tilt hydrometer was released in 2016, most of the home brew fermentation vessels on the market were either glass carboys or plastic brew buckets. Now we see more and more small-scale stainless steel. The problem is stainless isn't that great of a window when it comes to wireless data transmission. The Tilt Pro solves this problem, though it might be bigger than what you need. This is where the Tilt Pro Mini comes in with its smaller size and price and easy recovery in smaller tanks with 1.5” dump ports along with Tilt Pro features like long range (maximum allowed by FCC) and increase in sensor resolution, it takes homebrewing to a new level. The Tilt Pro Mini can be used with the same Tilt 2, Tilt Pi, and other Tilt apps and 3rd party hardware and software as the standard Tilt and Tilt Pro hydrometers. You can even use a standard Tilt and Tilt Pro Mini together if they are the same color in the Tilt 2 app, so run up to 16 different Tilts at once in the Tilt 2 app with 8 standards and 8 pro minis. Download the free Tilt app at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or get the free Tilt Pi download. Track your fermentation progress without ever disturbing your wort! The Tilt Hydrometer and Thermometer is added directly to your fermenter to provide real-time data on the current gravity and temperature of your wort, eliminating the hassle and potential contamination that comes from opening your fermenter to pull samples. The Tilt is especially useful for brewers fermenting in glass carboys or plastic fermenters that don't have spigots for sample taking. Designed for homebrewing, the Tilt hydrometer lets you instantly read your brew's specific gravity and temperature on your compatible Apple iPhone/iPad or Android smartphone/tablet or Tilt Pi. Most Bluetooth 4.0+ devices will work with the Tilt. You can then optionally log data to the cloud using their free Google Sheets template or other 3rd party cloud platforms. Tilt's goal is to help homebrewers brew better beer. The Tilt hydrometer allows you to check the specific gravity and temperature of your beer while it's fermenting, without ever having to open your fermenter or pour out any of your precious brew. This makes brewing more consistent and easier to track. Here are some of the new features of the Tilt: Range: Better reception and range. With the increased transmission power your Tilt will send data through larger, thicker-walled fermenters. Precision: Upgraded sensors. With an improved temperature sensor and accelerometer your Tilt will operate with more precision. Efficiency: Reduced power consumption so more brews, less battery changing. New Look: Newly designed custom circuit board and harness. If using multiple Tilt hydrometers for different batches of fermenting beer you must use a different color for each batch. The app will not read multiple hydrometers of the same color. Each Tilt comes calibrated and ready to go with a pre-installed battery that lasts 12-24 months depending on usage. Just download the free app, sanitize your Tilt, drop it in your fermenter, and start taking readings with your phone, tablet, or Tilt Pi. The specific gravity is accurate +/- 0.002 within the Tilt's range of 0.990 to 1.120. The thermometer is accurate +/- 1°F (+/- 0.5°C). Download the free Tilt app at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or get the free Tilt Pi download.

BrewBuilt Bi-Metal Thermometers are top-of-the-line measuring instruments, made in the USA by Tel-Tru manufacturing. Maintain the overall precision of your brew system with these incredibly accurate and generally superior thermometers. These are produced according to strict standards, comparable to ISO9000 quality, and are set up with an 8 year manufacturers warranty boasting that quality.
Bi-metal thermometers are the level of quality you want when a few degree difference results in a completely different malt profile on your beer. While a bit more expensive, you won't ever mess up a batch because of incorrect temperature readings. The 2.5" Stem is a perfect balance of being long enough to get accurate readings, while not protruding far enough to get hit by a wandering mash paddle or spoon.
Are all bi-metal thermometers created equal? Not really. The problem with most bi-metal thermometers is that hang ups occur and you have to tap the thermometer to get an accurate reading. The cause of the problem is that the bimetallic helical coil in the stem of other bi-metal thermometers is tack welded to the stem itself. Our new line of thermometers feature a super sensitive bimetallic helical coil suspended from a copper coated bushing fixed in the stem.
This superior design provides a faster response to temperature changes and assures more accurate readings. What does this mean? You don't have to tap the gauge with your finger as much.
They are also accurate to 1% of the total range, feature a polished 3" 304 s/s housing, a hermetically sealed water proof case, glass face, external calibration capabilities, and a unique anti-parallax dial that provides for easy reading. The reading is actually taken from the last 2.5" of the probe.

Whether you're working with Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, or Bordeaux varietals, Pro Tinto offers a more refined and integrated approach to fermentation tannin use
It's not just about adding structure—it's about elevating the entire fermentation profile
Advanced fermentation tannin with built-in balance
Pro Tinto by Enartis is a next-generation fermentation tannin formulated specifically for red winemaking. It combines a carefully balanced blend of ellagic and condensed tannins with naturally derived mannoproteins, offering a unique advantage: powerful color and structure development with built-in softness and integration.
Designed for use at the start of fermentation, Pro Tinto enhances the binding of grape anthocyanins, significantly improving long-term color stability. At the same time, it contributes mid-palate structure without the harshness or drying sensation often associated with seed tannins or traditional condensed tannin products.
What Sets Pro Tinto Apart:
Most fermentation tannins provide structure and some antioxidant benefit, but few address the risk of over-extraction or unbalanced mouthfeel. Pro Tinto goes further:
Mannoproteins in the formula naturally soften perception of tannin, improving roundness and early drinkability without sacrificing age-worthiness.
Stronger color fixation than standard grape seed or oak-derived tannins due to precise polymerization with anthocyanins.
Lower sensory aggression, reducing the need for corrective fining later in the process.
Better aromatic retention, helping preserve delicate fruit and floral notes during active fermentation.
Why Winemakers Choose Pro Tinto:
Pro Tinto is ideal for premium red wine fermentations where elegance, structure, and aromatic integrity are critical. The inclusion of mannoproteins provides a built-in layer of polish—supporting wines that are more complete straight out of the fermenter.
1200 L Wash Pot with Copper Onion Head
Gin Basket Column for infusing botanicals
4-plate Whiskey Column with Bubblers & Dephlegmator
16-plate Vodka Column with Bubblers & Dephlegmator
Condenser Column with Proofing Parrot
Fully plumbed CIP system with pump
This complete distilling system is the perfect option for craft distilleries that want to make a range of spirits without compromising. Install once and never have to reconfigure the system to switch from a whiskey run to a vodka run. Whereas other stills need to be broken down and rebuilt depending on what spirit is being made, switching between spirits on this multi-column still is as easy as opening and closing a few valves. With the infusion column, 4-plate copper column, and 16-plate stainless column, this unit can quite literally make any spirit you desire—gin, rum, vodka, whiskey, brandy, tequila—it does it all!
Wash Pot
The steam jacketed Wash Pot has a gross volume of 1400L allowing for a maximum working volume of 1200L with a 15% headspace inside the pot. The kettle features analog thermometer and PT100 relay probe in the headspace, pressure gauge and relief valve, raked bottom for thorough draining, and manway with sight glass to monitor your wash boil. From the kettle, vapor rises through the copper onion-shaped expansion chamber, through the lyne arm and into the column manifold.
Columns & Routing Vapor
The column manifold features a series of 3-way valves used to route vapor into or past each column. For example, during a vapor infusion run while making gin, you would route the vapor into the infusion column to pass through any botanicals you've added to the gin basket, and then bypass the copper 4-plate column, bypass the steel 16-plate column, and route the vapor to the product condenser. Conversely, for the highest purity neutral spirit, you would bypass the infusion column and route the vapor through both the copper 4-plate column and steel 16-plate column before entering the condenser. The beauty of this system is how easily you can adapt it to the type of spirit you want to produce. Simply, bypass columns or close off individual plates as needed.
Clean-In-Place
As mentioned above, this distillation system truly is a one-time installation with no breakdown required—when it comes to making different spirits but also when it comes to cleaning. Each part of the system from the kettle to the condenser and each plate features a CIP spray ball for convenient and thorough cleaning. The included CIP pump is powerful enough to clean an entire column at once, or you can flip the valves to clean individual plates if desired.
Please note:
You will need to add a power supply for the pump and agitator (3 phase, 220V), pressure regulator for steam, and plumbing for the condenser's water source.
This Still requires at least 1000 BTU/hr per gallon or 320,000 BTU/hr total of steam.
Approximate Dimensions: 15.5' x 5.25' x 17.75'
