While fermentation was great, this yeast will smell terrible the whole fermentation which isn’t an issue considering the yeast are doing their jobs, but the somewhat sulfuric smell will continue to linger until fully conditioned. I only rate this 4 stars to make aware if your looking for a fast turnaround yeast, then you may want something different, but if you plan to condition then the yeast is great.

What can i say. Its the type of yeast i was looking for. And it showed up alive and not dead. It was used in a batch of American wheat. Working in the chronicle

The yeast is always a 10 for me as I always have great fermentation with it. Good product and price.

It will put out a sulfur smell early on but it clears up and doesn't end up in the beer. I use this for wheat beers where I don't want the banana/clove Hefeweizen character.
