This is very aromatic honey. Smelling it when I stirred it into the wort for a Honey Kolsch had me excited for the upcoming tasting. Certainly worth a try in a beer, cider, or mead.

Picture is a jar like container but the product came in a large bag. Not the easiest thing to pour honey out of or get all the remains from the inside.Won't purchase this from them again.

Good product and came on time and the next day matter of fact. Used it to make 5 gallons of mead and I took a taste test and I do believe when finished I’ll have a great tasting mead. I’m going to purchase more.

Well sealed and easy to clean out with warm water to obtain every bit of honey for mead making. Used one 3 lb container for a gallon total volume of mead. Using the Wyeast 4184 for sweet mead came out to a perfect semi-sweet mead!

I'm a certified mead judge and my wife's family has bees so I know honey well. This is not a high quality honey but neither is the price. You usually get what you pay for with honey. I plan on using this in a melomel with tons of berries so it should work just fine.

I used this honey for my Mead. It performed great with the yeast my brew was 16.5% alcohol. It has the best overall flavor once the mead had time to sit "a bit strong before aging took place". The left over we heated up and put in a container for biscuits.

Honey taste wonderful! 1st package broke and leaked during shipment but they sent out another one at no cost, very friendly people!

I use this for my Honey pale Ale, it's fresh and has a good flavor, great for brewing.
