Using the PURE TURBO YEAST as recommended how many gallons does one pack produce?

        MoreBeer!

All of the StillSpirits yeast packages are designed for 5-7 gallons of mash/wash.

Ive used it in 5 gal mash pots and it worked really well.

        MoreBeer!

I used it as a experiment. I had about 3 gallons of mayhaw syrup made with table sugar added water to get to 7 gallons and boiled it down to about 5.5 gallons in a hour. After fermentation and dry hopping I decided it wasn’t going to drink so we’ll so I got a friend of mine to still it. I got 2.5 quarts of what he said 100 proof. The abv before stilling was10.5.That final gravity was 1.000.I know this didn’t answer your question but that’s how I used it.
