Yes...sort off. And my experience has not been great. The Corny's dip tube needs to be cut--how high up to cut is up to you. Then connect the plastic tube to the trimmed piece inside the Corniy. IN THEORY the metal ball will float on the surface and the tube below it will get clear beer. I have not had luck with that. It has the annoying habit of acting as though the keg has been emptied but is quite full. I hope this helps.

Hi Pete don't know the opening size of a sanke keg but the ball itself is roughly 2 3/4 inches in diameter. Hope that helps.

The ID of the tube is 1/4". It is flexible and will stretch easily over anything with an OD of 5/16" or 1/4".
