        Nice product but be careful of over-carbonation.

        Tends to over-carbonate when following the recommended dosage. I find that 2 for a 12 oz bottle works fine.

        What is the CO2 Level of two & 3 tablets in a 12oz bottle?

        Two are too many as well. Two seltzer kits were ruined with these things.

        3 is definitely too many. It will be all fizz with three. I am going to try two and see how that works. Ignore the package's recommendation

        Can corn sugar be used ?

        The general rule is at bottling time, mix 5 ounces by weight, of dextrose (corn sugar) in 2 cups of filtered water and bring it to a boil. Cool it to around 70F and mix it in. This simple process premixes the required sugars in the beer, so that when bottled, it will be nice and fizzy in a couple weeks... This gives a good general amount of fizz to the beer.
