Viking Oat Malt has a soft flavor impact while adding a creamy, velvety mouthfeel to your beer and improving head retention. Highly recommended if you're brewing a Hazy IPA, Belgian Wit, or any other style where a light haze in the finished beer is desired. Use as up to 30% of grain bill.
