I bought this for stirring my mash (which it does very well) but it's also an excellent pizza turning peel for my outdoor Gozney Dome pizza oven, and a fraction of the cost of a dedicated one.

I do 10 gallon batches in a 16 gallon kettle, way better than my old plastic paddle, Great quality, just needs something on the end of the handle to hang it with. I used two zip ties because I didn’t want to drill a hole..

Appears to be well made. The steel is sufficiently thick that it won't bend while stirring the mash. Definitely a quality product that will last a lifetime.

Honestly, I wasn't really looking forward to changing over to a new mash paddle. That was until I saw the handle, which is very solid and fits the hand very well. The craftsmanship is so good that you can't tell where the paddle was attached to the handle. So now I love my new paddle.

This thing is huge but works great in my Grainfather and coolers I use to mash in. Well built!

I haven't used it yet, but it is sturdier that I expected. Nicely polished stainless steel, too. Feels solid but not overly heavy like a lead weight, which would be difficult to stir. Great welds. Obviously not a cheap knockoff and I consider it money well spent. If you are on the fence, buy it.

This paddle was exactly what we needed for stirring the HLT (prevent temp stratification) and for mashing. Great tool.

For those 50# grain bills this paddle is a must.

this is a good paddle, so big you can definitely defend your wort with this... or just stir it really well.

Tim the Toolman would brew with this oar. I've done my 1st mash in my 15 gallon MB tun with this today. I didn't notice stirring but this thing is massive, perhaps too big for 10 gallons of IPA. And it's pretty when I'm not looking at my entire head in the reflection. I'll miss my permanent callusses on my finger and thumb from my steel spoon if I get use to wielding this. Are folks drilling this? I haven't decided yet.

Just received this mash paddle yesterday. This will be perfect for 10 - 15 gallon batches. Honestly, probably a bit too much if you are just doing 5 gallon batches - it's probably overkill. The welds are very transparent and don't appear they will allow bacteria and remnants to "sneak" in. Very happy with quality. Very competitively priced as well from research I did on Amazon and other outlets.

This is one piece of equipment I delayed buying, and now wish I had purchased years before. Moves a lot of volume and is easy to clean.

Ordered this on a whim one day and glad I did. Much easier to use than the small spoons and way more sturdy than the wooden and plastic paddles. Being a breeze to clean makes it awesome in my book. Even had friend torch in a skull and cross bones on it.

I have been using this since I had the 10 gallon cooler set up and now using a 26 gallon Mash Tun. I think this thing could stir a 5 bbl. batch.

Good paddle, being of stainless steel it is a snap to clean and sanitize.
