Only used it twice so far but seems to do a good job. Fairly consistent crush and was easy to set up.

MM2 has been a nice replacement for the 3 year old Barley Crusher that decided to stop pulling grain halfway through the milling of a 14 pound grain bill. As a bonus I was able to transfer the 15 pound hopper directly to the MM2 as well as use the BC base board without any modifications.

Does the job. Fussy to assemble hopper. Crank handle isn't the greatest. Adjusts easily, nice crush. Obtained M6-1.00 20mm bolts to attach to base, a little tight going in, worked but question size stated in description.

Would recommend. A bit difficult at first to assemble, but it works out if you think about it.

The mill worked very well. Assembly was pretty simple other than some small bolts. The top protective rubber gasket is difficult to put on and does not fit real well.

Works exactly as expected. Great crush on grain without issues. No instructions but easy enough to assemble and adjust. Great grain mill for the price.

My first foray into all-grain (BIAB) brewing. I needed a grain crusher. This one had good reviews, and I see why. I just works, and well. Great product!

The mill itself is good. no problems so far.As far as assembly... it came with no instructions which is fine because it is pretty self explanatory. I looked up some instructions online, and they were good except they said to use a 7/32" socket for the tiny nuts on the hopper, when they were actually 5.5mm, which is different enough with my set to cause slipping.more importantly, the instructions found online and on morebeer's website said the tapped machine screw holes on the bottom used to attach the mill to a platform were M6, but they were much larger than M6. I used some machine screws I had laying around so I don't know exactly the size, but probably M10 or M12.

Straightforward to assemble and use. Google the instructions.

I just used the Malt Muncher for the first time this weekend and was very pleased with it's performance. the grain was crushed perfectly leaving the hulls in place. My brewhouse efficiency went up at least 5%.

I have used this twice and am satisfied so far.After I assembled and set the gap, I basically double-crushed two batches of milled grains that I had on hand from an online order.My efficiency drastically improved. The small screws and lock-nuts were a bit of a challenge to assemble the hopper, but when done, the mill crushed the grains to the consistency I needed.I am happy with the purchase.

It was a little more assembly than I expected but I got through it IKEA style. My kit was missing an instruction sheet but I found one online on a competitor's site. End result was fine. We hooked it up to a power drill, which I recommend.

Does a great job with an electric drill attached

Nice mill. Good price. Works well. The small bolts for the hopper are a little fiddly to deal with, so I pop riveted mine. I lost the ability to easily take the hopper apart (can drill out the rivets if needed) but don't have to worry about vibration shaking the bolts loose. I gained several points on on the O.G. of my latest brew, Happy. Happy.

Really easy to use it's great for any grain/malt

Great mill. I can get through a 15 lb grain bill in a couple minutes and it’s easy to adjust the gap. Assembling the hopper is a bit difficult since the screws are so small but that’s my only complaint. It’s well worth the money.

Better than I expected. Easy to a just the grind. Just don't forget to remove the plastic film before assembling.

I recently started brewing again after a break of a couple years. I needed a mill and was initially going to rig together a Corona mill since that's what I used when I used to brew regularly, but stumbled upon this, and figured for the price, I'd just go this route. I'm certainly glad I did. Crushing grain used to be a huge pain, but hooking this up to a drill (easy to do) I can chew through ten pounds of grain in a fraction of the time I could with my old setup. Really happy with the purchase!

Good grain mill. Note that you have to assemble the hopper but that's pretty easy except for the small bolts.It took a couple of tries to get the gap set right, but once it's set it stays in place.

I got it in a short amount of time. Starting with the Cons. 1. No instructions on how to put it together or adjust the roller width even though there are 3 different space settings between the rollers. 2. The mounting bolts to secure the mill to a milling board were not included. 3. The mill is made in Australia and after searching my vast supply of bolts, found the threaded base holes were metric. I emailed the company and the bolt size was M6-1.0 1 1/4 " long . the Homedepot here didn't carry that size. Enough said. Pros. With a drill I did 5 lbs of grain in less tan 30 sec. If you want to build muscle and get a cardio workout, use the crank handle. Basically I like it.
