        Nice little thermometer

        Easy to use and adjust. I like the length. Fits well with 8 gallon brew kettle. Stays out of the way so I can stir the pot. Happy with the price.

        Used the thermometer and it's off by 10 degrees! Where is the calibration screw and how do you use it?
