This treasured dual-purpose hop is loaded with sweet, fruit-forward aromatic oils that make it prime for late kettle and dry hopping additions. Use liberally in Pale Ales, IPA's and NEIPA's. Idaho Gem™ will dazzle you with flavors of pineapple, cherry, and candied fruit, with an herbal and spicy aroma.
