I modified the lid of my Heated Bucket Buddy (which is amazing btw) to do oxygen free transfers. Works great and the pressure release valve works well (saved my ass once). I can also use this for a blow-off fitting in place of airlock. This thing is a crucial piece of my setup!

can this transfer wort to conical?
No not that I can see. This is a gas connection and unless you own a very different conical and vacuum pump I don't think this is a solution.
Sure it can it's a normal hose barb fitting with an added pressure relief valve. But you could also use a regular hose barb without pressure relief valve
I'd say you would want a larger hose barb or it will take quite a while. I use it as pressure relief and to fluff my dry hops with CO2
This fitting is for connecting gas to push the beer out of the conical.
