    Description

    • Highest quality winery pump available with lowest shear value due to the peristaltic design and the low maximum RPM of 75
    • Use with removable hopper under a destemmer to move destemmed grapes or must
    • Hopper can be removed to use pump for all other pumping applications
    • Two compensation chambers and automatic pressure sensor eliminate pulsing allowing it to be used for filtering - up to 45 psi of pressure. 
    • Perfect for the gentlest transfer of wine throughout the winery
    • Variable Frequency Drive speed control with remote control. 

    The peristaltic pump is the ultimate high, quality pump for all winery purposes. This pump with removable loading hopper is suitable for use with destemmed grapes and fermented grapes.

    The loading hopper is also made from stainless steel on casters and features its own motor with mechancial speed control. The level probe in the hopper turns the pump on and off as needed. 

    With the hopper removed an included second compensation chamber is connected to reduce pulsing, making it suitable for filtering.  The motor is controlled by a variable frequency drive to control the speed and rotation of the pump from 25 RPM to Max. Wireless remote control included as standard.

    The pump is connected to the grape receiving hopper by DIN fittings which provide the strongest connection.  Included with the package are two adpators to convert from DIN to Tri-Clamp in order to use the pump with Tri-Clamp hose connections. 

    If you do not plan to use the collection hopper we can quote a lower price without. Without the hopper it is then also possible to provide the pump directly with Tri Clamp fittings welded in place.
