I'm newish to roasting but this is my favorite to date after roasting around 50 pounds total of different beans. No undercaffeinated misery when using, no harshness in flavor when roasted to the beginning of second crack, great flavor! Will buy again over and over. The photo is from a Behmor roast, two batches of 340 g each, manual mode on P5 with Rosetta stone invoked at around 16 minutes set at a 1 lb timer to just reach second crack at 3 minutes after first crack, door cracked open at second crack to 20 degrees speed up cooling at high RPM.

I'm very happy to have purchased these beans. As I said in the title, these beans are smooth and flavorful. I roast until full city roast and use a French press to brew the coffee for four minutes.Funny thing is, this coffee is good running the grounds through the press a second time. No complaints from me on this coffee. I hope it's still available next time I order.
