        Good Resource for making Mead

        I listened to a podcast interview with Ken Schramm and he is very knowledgeable on making mead. I learned some good tips by listening to him and I had to buy his book.

        Yes After fermentation I rack to a 5 gallon keg and lightly carbonate. However you are supposed to age before drinking. I followed the instructions provided by Morebeer. Be sure to buy the nutrients they sell. There are no nutrients in honey. That’s why it keeps so long.
