Marvelous! I made this with QA23 yeast. In the fermenter it had strong floral and sour apple aromas - a real fruit/floral bomb! In the glass, it has a delicate floral nose with flavors of apple and smooth mouth feel. It is sweeter than the stated "off dry" and a deep golden color. This is perfect for springtime cheese/fruit platters :: may I suggest pairing with sliced kiwi, apple and pear, grapes, brie, smoked Gouda, and fontina - and sourdough baguettes.

I loved the old World Vineyard Washington Riesling and I made it quite a few times. I don't like this kit, which is its replacement, quite as well. I tried kits from other makers to see if I could find one I liked better, and this one still came in first in our tasting. So I can't give it five stars, but it's a good, solid four stars and a very pleasant wine, off dry, perfect for summer sipping.
