The BrewBuilt® CORE Loaded is the full conical experience in a compact 7 gal package. You get the CORE jacketed conical plus everything you need to dump trub and harvest yeast from day one: leg extensions, a 3" butterfly valve and the clear Flex Chamber Collection Jar. Ferment, dump, harvest, cold crash and transfer, all without opening the tank.

Room Under the Cone
The leg extensions raise the CORE from about 23.9" to about 33.9" tall. That gives the butterfly valve and Flex Chamber plenty of clearance under the 3" bottom port, while the CORE stays compact enough for a small brew space.
Flex Chamber Collection Jar
Developed with KegLand, the pressurizable Flex Chamber mounts to the butterfly valve under the cone. It's made from crystal-clear Tritan, so you can watch fermentation like a sight glass. Open the valve to let trub and spent dry hops settle into the jar, then close it and remove the jar to dump. Or collect a clean slurry of yeast for your next batch. Ball lock adapters thread into the side ports, so you can flush the jar with CO2, connect an oxygenation or carbonation stone, or add hops and other ingredients without letting oxygen in. Cap the jar with a 3" TC end cap to store harvested yeast in the fridge.
Oversized 3" Butterfly Valve
The 3" bottom port is the same size as the X3's, with plenty of room to drop dry hops and yeast without clogging. The butterfly valve opens and closes with a quarter turn and lets you isolate the Flex Chamber from the tank.
