I purchased a set 4 of these with fermenators and accessories directly from Blichmann in 2023. They were in original packaging unused and in storage until we finished our nano brewery build out. After only 4 turns 3of4 glycol pumps have failed. motors are flooded. I can tell as there is micro bubbles coming out of casing near the power cord. 1 temp controller probe has failed. Getting the head gaskets to seal is a feat of luck 50% of the time. I am constantly battling leaks before filling and when attempting to carbonate. They make great beer when working but its a constant stressor knowing at any moment I'll have a failure with these units. Its a shame Blichmann sold to MoreFlavor. I was such a Blichmann fan until I started using these Fermenators. Spend the extra bucks and get Penguin Chiller.
