10 BBL Unitank Fermenter (Short Tank)

Built for brewers who need full 10-barrel capacity with less overhead clearance. This short-profile conical fermenter packs everything you need for fermentation, conditioning and carbonation into one vessel: a side-mounted oval manway for easy cleaning access, a 6" top hop port for dry hopping, a built-in CO₂ carbonation stone, and four glycol jacket ports for precise temperature control.

Short-profile design – 89.4" (2,270 mm) overall height (including blowoff pipe) fits brewhouses with lower ceilings.
Dual-wall construction – 51.2" (1,300 mm) inner vessel inside a 57.5" (1,460 mm) outer shell.
Glycol-jacketed – four 3/4" FNPT glycol ports (inlet/outlet pairs) for jacket cooling.
Side-mounted oval manway – 580 × 480 mm opening for easy access during cleaning and inspection.
6" top hop port – large tri-clamp opening for fast, easy dry hopping.
Carbonate in the tank – 1.5" tri-clamp CO₂ carbonation stone port.
Full instrumentation – pressure gauge, thermometer, thermocouple well and sample valve.
Built-in CIP and blow-off – dedicated CIP inlet with internal spray ball, plus a 1.5" blow-off arm.
Pressure/vacuum relief valve (PVRV) for safe operation.
Separate yeast and beer outlets – 2" yeast dump at the cone bottom and a 1.5" racking arm beer outlet.
Sanitary tri-clamp fittings throughout.
