    Description

    The Artisan Hops® Hop Shot is an easy way to boost IBUs without adding vegetal matter to your beer. This CO2 hop extract is a blend of Cascade and Willamette hops, which will impart a slight citrus, fruity character to your beer. 1 mL boiled in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort for 60 minutes will add approximately 7 IBUs.

    Add to boiling wort only. We recommend softening the extract before use. Place the syringe in a warm glass of water at the beginning of your brew day, or create a slurry by adding the extract directly to a small amount of pre-boiled water.

    • 10 mL syringe

        I was wondering if people had experience and positive results from squirting in the entire hop shot at flameout in 5 gallon batch?

        I have never tried at the end of boil but have used the entire hop shot at the beginning of boil and mid boil two whole hop shots made for a pretty good DIPA! I expected it to be a lot more bitter.
