The best all-in one syetem I have ever used. I've owned or used a lot of brewing systems including the Blichman Series, Grandfather and Speidel.
But, for the money and ease of use, this is BY FAR the best thing I have owned for brewing. I got a different recirculating pump but the Anvil recirculating pump is fine... just a bit weak in my opinion.
The best part of this system is the 240V option. It's twice as fast as 120V, obviously, but I liked how it was so much more adjustable for different beers. I did use a copper chiller to begin with, but the SS chiller is fine for a 5 gallon batch.
This and the Anvil Bucket fermenter is THE system you want to get into and not worry about buying more stuff. Recent improvements like moving the controller to the top makes this thing the ABSOLUTE best starting system you can buy.
For well under $1000 you can brew excellent beer and have minimal clean up and equipment to store and use.
I am glad More Beer kept this thing alive.
