    AngeoPro™ Hi90-A is a food-grade protein made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the same yeast species used for centuries in baking and brewing. Angel Yeast ferments the yeast and then extracts and concentrates its protein, producing a complete protein with no animal-derived ingredients.

    Hi90-A gives formulators whey-level protein quality without the dairy. Its 88% minimum protein nearly matches whey isolate at 89.5% and beats whey concentrate at 79.5% and pea isolate at 83%. Its manufacturer-reported PDCAAS of 1.0 matches whey, while pea protein scores 0.89. About 24 g of powder delivers 20 g of protein, roughly 2 g less per serving than an 80% protein, leaving room for flavors and functional ingredients.

    Every 20 g of protein provides 9.4 g of essential amino acids and 4.3 g of BCAAs, led by 1.82 g of leucine. Hi90-A works on its own in dairy-free and allergen-free products or blended with whey to diversify protein supply.
