This stainless steel domed hood helps trap heat to get your brew up to boiling faster, and promotes a more vigorous, rolling boil. The open top still allows for DMS to be blown off during the boil and can be connected to an exhaust pipe to carry steam out of your brew space.
As an extra benefit, the dome can be fitted to the Braumeister upside down and used as a funnel to help when doughing in your malt.

This silicone gasket seals the bottom of the malt pipe to the Braumeister's floor, keeping your grain inside the malt pipe and out of the Braumeister's pump inlet. The gasket can become worn after many batches, it's always a good plan to have a spare on hand.
This shortened malt pipe will enable our 50L Braumeister to brew 25L batches (from 10 gallons to 5 gallons). The way these Braumeisters function during the mashing stage, a smaller batch than 50L is usually not an option. By utilizing this shortened mash pipe, you can now brew either a 5 or 10 gallon batch with your 50L Braumeister!

This tray is a great add-on to the 200l Braumeister, as the brewer can then use the Braus' winch to lift the mash pipe out, and once drained, simply swing to the side, and drop onto this roll pan for easy removal. Made out of stainless steel, this is the perfect size to securely hold your mash pipe full of mash while you roll it on the heavy duty castors to wherever you want!
