Teflon gasket with 304 stainless mesh screen for 3" tri-clamp connections. Can be used as a filter screen to trap large particulates passing through T.C. fittings. Often used for distillation to retain activated carbon for filtering neutral spirits or used in pot distillation to retain botanicals in the vapor stream.
The screen has a mesh size of 7 which will block particles larger than 2.83mm or 2830 microns. This slightly larger mesh size makes this screen ideal for use in a distillation basket.

Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel inline pump head! The TC Breakdown Brewing Pump Head provides several advantages over the standard MKII pump head, first and foremost being it's made of stainless steel instead of plastic. This allows for much easier installment of fittings without the risk of breaking off the plastic inlet or outlet. It will also convert the pump head from "Center Inlet" to "Inline" flow path which can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. But what some MKII users might find most exciting about this upgrade kit is that it converts the pump head connection to 3" tri-clamp! Not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use has never been easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. This upgrade kit is only compatible with the 25-Watt MKII pump (PMP50). It will not fit the larger 65-Watt MKII or the Blichmann Engineering RipTide pump. If you don't already own the 25-Watt MKII, you can purchase it with the T.C. pump head already installed here. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. The Duotight Cross Adapter works perfectly as a simple option for splitting gas lines. High Performance Double O-Ring Design:
The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage.

This flat lid with pre-drilled holes allows you to easily add a Temp Twister Cooling Coil to your 35L Bucket Buddy fermenter. It also has holes for your stopper & airlock (included with the Bucket Buddy) as well as a Thermowell so you can control the circulation of cooling solution with a Temperature Controller. The lid is also compatible with 65L BrewZillas and DigiBoils. If you're fermenting in the Bucket Buddy with built-in heating element, we recommend plugging the unit into the heating outlet of your temperature controller and leaving the power switch turned on. This will allow the temp controller to provide power to the unit only when heating is needed and it will cut the power as soon as you're back to your set temperature. Using the Bucket Buddy's controller to maintain the heating set temp and using a separate controller to maintain the cooling may result in heating and cooling cycling at the same time. A flanged tri-clamp gasket differs from a standard gasket or seal because one half of the flanged gasket extends over the edge of the T.C. ferrule, which holds it more securely in place. This makes the gaskets extremely easy to work with while clamping down connections, and helps you avoid the frustration of fumbling a freshly sanitized gasket onto the floor at the worst possible time.

EPDM gaskets have a more narrow temperature range than silicone gaskets, but they are more resistant to acids and caustic chemicals.
