    Stainless Bucket Fermenter w/ Heating - 65L/17.1G (110V)

    1 review

If you've been looking to step up from fermenting in plastic buckets or carboys, this is an excellent choice for your next fermenter. Stainless steel is a much better option than glass or plastic, as it is extremely easy to clean and virtually lasts forever. There's also much less chance of contamination as stainless doesn't scratch like plastic. Over time, you'll get scratches in plastic fermenters from normal wear and tear, creating microscopic havens for bacteria. Meanwhile, glass carboys are always at risk of breaking which is something you will never have to worry about with stainless steel. The Bucket Buddy is a great value if you're looking for a stainless steel fermenter with built-in heating control. If you live in a cold climate, ale fermentations may be a seasonal affair, as cold ambient temperatures can easily drive down the temperature of your wort below your yeast's optimal fermentation temp range. The Bucket Buddy offers a simple solution with an integrated heating element and digital temperature control. Program your fermentation temperature and if the temp drops below your set point the unit will gently heat your wort from the bottom up via the concealed element located in the base. For cooling, you can place the fermenter in a dedicated refrigerator or drill into the lid to install a Temp Twister Cooling Coil. A temperature controller probe can then be taped to the side of the fermenter to control your cooling source, or you can drill another spot in the lid for a thermowell. Another advantage over carboys and plastic buckets is the domed base inside the fermenter which is great for yeast flocculation when fermentation is complete. The included racking arm will make it easy to transfer out every last drop of beer while leaving the yeast cake undisturbed. The entire racking arm and ball valve assembly is weldless, which means you can remove the assembly to clean and sanitize it between batches. You can even boil the assembly for added assurance that it's been sterilized. To help maintain a steady temperature and cut down on power consumption, the Bucket Buddy pairs well with either the BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket. This unit comes standard with silicone tubing to transfer from the ball valve to your bottles or cans, as well as a stopper and airlock for the domed lid. Specifications: 304 stainless steel construction 17.1 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 60W power Stainless steel outlet valve with rotating racking arm Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Please note: Heating capacity is highly dependent on ambient temperature and use of insulation. The 65L Bucket Buddy is appropriate for warm fermentations such as kveik. Adding insulation may increase heating capacity while colder ambient environments may lower heating capacity. • EVABarrier Double Wall Tubing - LightShield Black - 5/32 in (4 mm) ID x 5/16 in (8 mm) OD - PLACEHOLDER

EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing | LightShield Black | 4 mm ID x 8 mm OD

Easily identify gas and beverage lines with color-coded options—LightShield Black for beverages, Transparent Red for gas EVABarrier's double-walled design with a proprietary inner polymer significantly reduces oxidation and CO2 loss, keeping your beer fresher for longer The ultra-smooth, nearly impermeable inner surface of the tubing prevents bacteria and microbes from adhering, ensuring cleaner beer lines The stiff yet pliable EVA outer barrier makes the tubing kink-resistant and ideal for use with push-in fittings like Duotight and John Guest 4mm ID size is optimized for home draft systems with short 5-6 ft. draft lines Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. LightShield Black EVABarrier is recommended for beverage lines while using Transparent Red for your gas lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. LightShield Black also works perfectly for hydroponic systems as it will block UV and discourage algae growth. If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. The 4 mm (5/32") ID size is perfect for homebrew draft applications where only a short beer line is needed. We recommend using 5-6 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 4 mm (5/32") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42765

  • Low stock! Stainless Ball Valve - PCO 1881 Stainless Ball Valve - PCO 1881

Stainless Ball Valve | PCO 1881 | FermZilla Dry Hopping Valve

Use this valve with a standard soda bottle as an inexpensive and effective dry hopping solution Attaches to the PCO 1881 threaded port on the FermZilla fermenter's lid Carbonation Cap and Tee Piece can be added to allow for purging the hops with CO2 This really handy stainless adapter ball valve will enable you to connect two PCO 1881 threads with a valve in between. Each side has an integrated O-ring that will seal on the neck of the PCO1881 Thread. Ideally suited to making a dry hop device for FermZilla with a standard soda bottle or PET growler with PCO 1881 threaded neck. As shown in the photo, if you use this stainless ball valve in conjunction with the PCO 1881 Tee Piece and the Carbonation Cap, you will have the added advantage of being able to use CO2 to purge out oxygen from the hops before you dry hop. This assembly makes an inexpensive and very effective dry hopping tool. Please note: Dry hop pellets will require a bit of a shake to get them to fall through the 3/4" bore. Tapping the PET bottle should be enough to make the hops fall down into the fermenter through the ball valve. KegLand Part Number: KL18074

  • NukaTap Mini Faucet - Plastic - Matte Black NukaTap Mini Faucet - Plastic - Matte Black

NukaTap® Mini Beer Faucet | Matte Black | Forward Sealing

    1 review

The ultimate portable draft faucet! Compact & lightweight with all the advantages of a standard NukaTap forward sealing faucet Pair with a Flow Control Ball Lock QD & Duotight Adapter and the whole assembly fits in your pocket Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass and conductivity Perfect for mobile draft, mini kegs, sampling from fermenters, and can even be installed on your kegerator or keezer Mini Design – Ideal Flow Rate for Small Systems Most conventional beer faucets are designed with 3/8" diameter spouts so you can pour a pint in just over 10 seconds. This type of flow rate is great for high turnover bars and commercial venues but isn't necessary or even desirable for all applications. For compact portable systems and home draft systems, a slower flow rate is easier to control and further reduces foaming issues due to the low liquid volume stored in the body of the faucet. The NukaTap Mini is also more ideal for pouring smaller doses. For example, cocktails where 5-8 oz of liquid is dispensed is difficult to control with a high flow rate tap. For portable systems, the NukaTap Mini with the Flow Control Ball Lock QD & Duotight Adapter assembly is small enough to literally put in your pocket, making it ideal for mini keg setups that you want to be portable or that you want to easily fit inside a domestic fridge where space is tight. Forward Sealing Forward sealing faucets are absolutely the way to go when it comes to beer taps. Old legacy taps still exist in the industry that are simply poorly designed. The issue with rear sealing faucets is that beer dries up on the internal piston. Aside from being unsanitary, as more and more beer dries up in these components the faucet can almost glue completely shut causing damaged seals or broken handles (this is particularly the case if it's left for some time to dry out with beer inside). These older legacy designs still exist probably due to poor education. The forward sealing designs do not have this problem and the tap drains out completely with no beer drying up on the mechanical moving parts in the same way. This makes the tap more sanitary and reduces maintenance. In many instances the price is similar so there is no reason to use a poorly designed rear sealing faucet. All NukaTap faucets are forward sealing. Laminar Flow Just like the NukaTap SS and NukaTap FC, the NukaTap Mini has been designed with laminar flow in mind. Laminar flow is critical for a beer tap as it means you will pour the beer with minimal foaming and a substantial reduction in wastage. Think about how many times a beer faucet opens and closes in its lifetime. 1,000 or maybe 10,000 times? Laminar flow saves wasted beer in excessive foam and the better laminar flow easily pays for itself in a reduction in lost beer. To use poorer designed faucets is essentially flushing money down the sink. Extensive modeling has been done on the NukaTap design to improve laminar flow. Integrated Seals That Are Indestructible and More Sanitary Unlike other designs, the NukaTap Mini body is made from Polyketone (POK) making it strong, robust, and able to be autoclaved. The seals are also over-molded from Santoprene® making them hard wearing so they will literally last for the lifetime of the tap without the need for replacement. Santoprene® and POK both have excellent resistance to chemicals such as caustic soda, peroxide, phosphoric acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, and all common chemicals sold and used in the beverage industry. The seals internally are over-molded meaning no fissures or cracks exist for bacteria, crud, or yeast to hide. Superior First Pour Foam Due to Low Thermal Mass and Conductivity First pour foam is an issue caused by a warm tap body. For most faucets to pour well it's important to dispense enough beer to cool the tap body down to reach maximum performance. In addition to this the conductivity of the tab body also makes this worse so insulative materials simply work better than conductive materials. The NukaTap mini not only has very low thermal mass but is also highly insulative being made mostly from Santoprene® and POK. The combination of these two factors in conjunction with superior laminar flow makes for the lowest "first pour foam" effect out of any tap ever produced. Long Shank Alternative Most conventional beer faucets require a large 3/4" hole to be drilled through the side of your refrigerator, keezer, or cold box wall. Traditional long shanks also generally have a large volume of liquid that sits inside the wall unrefrigerated which is not ideal. New long shank alternatives developed for the NukaTap Mini are designed to suit any wall thickness and greatly reduces the stagnant beer sitting in the shank itself. For walls up to 2.7" thick, these wall mount shank kits include three screws, however if the wall is thicker, you can also use 6 small wood screws or something similar and attach three screws from the front and 3 from the back allowing you to go into any wall type. Another advantage of this new design is the tap will never accidentally rotate. Typically, other long shank beer taps rely on the hex nut on the shank to be done up tight enough to prevent rotation but if the wall compresses (often the case with foam walls) the tap is allowed to rotate. This new design has three fixing points making it impossible for the tap to rotate accidentally as the interlocking teeth behind the collet allow you to set the angle and then do up the collet to fix the tap permanently in that position. • DigiMash w/ Pump Kit - DigiBoil 35L, Mash Upgrade and Recirculation Pump Kit - 220V DigiMash w/ Pump Kit - DigiBoil 35L, Mash Upgrade and Recirculation Pump Kit - 220V

    DigiMash Electric Brewing System | Recirculation Pump Kit | Gen 2 DigiBoil | 35L | 9.25G | 220V

    1 review

The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel External pump kit for recirculating mash will improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 2400W of power The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. With the Recirculation Pump Kit, you can recirculate sweet wort during the mash to improve starch conversion, maintain a consistent temperature throughout the mash, and improve the clarity. The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day. This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. One element is 1900w and the other is 500w for a combined 2400 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 9-gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 220V / 15A power NEMA 6-30R plug (5 ft. cord) Dual heating element control (1900w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Stainless lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs External Dimensions: 29" H x 15" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 19.5" H x 11.75" W DigiMash Stainless Steel Accessory Pack Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen Recirculation Pump Kit Includes: High temp magnetic drive pump Recirculation arm with male camlock Female camlock with barb fitting 1/2" FPT x 1/2" barb fitting 1/2" MPT x 5/8" barb fitting 1/2" ball valve 5 ft. length of silicone tubing 4 x hose clamps Plumber's tape

  • 1.5 in. T.C. Clamp Gasket - Flanged - EPDM

    Flanged Tri-Clamp Gasket | EPDM | 1.5"

Flanged tri-clamp gaskets extend over the ferrule, holding them securely in place for easy, frustration-free connections EPDM gaskets are more resistant to acids and caustic chemicals, and don't show signs of wear as quickly as silicone For 1.5" tri-clamp connections A flanged tri-clamp gasket differs from a standard gasket or seal because one half of the flanged gasket extends over the edge of the T.C. ferrule, which holds it more securely in place. This makes the gaskets extremely easy to work with while clamping down connections, and helps you avoid the frustration of fumbling a freshly sanitized gasket onto the floor at the worst possible time. Available in both EPDM and Silicone. EPDM gaskets have a more narrow temperature range than silicone gaskets, but they are more resistant to acids and caustic chemicals. 1 review

If you are an experienced single vessel brewer and don't use the overflow pipe. This malt pipe screen is the perfect upgrade for just that! The Gen 4 BrewZilla nixed the overflow pipe, so this is a direct replacement part for that unit. But this screen can also be used with the Gen 3 BrewZilla if you don't use the overflow pipe. BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.   35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge     FermZilla Tri-Conical Easy-Grip Fermenter A best seller for a reason! When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years. Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads. Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.   KegLand Part number: KL47296 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.   FermZilla Tri-Conical 27L & 55L | User Guide

    4 reviews

This Duotight fitting with 1/2" male thread is perfect for attaching to the Copper Counterflow Chiller (WC130) and using with 1/2" female threaded Camlock and QD fittings. Compatible with EVABarrier 9.5 mm OD tubing (D1719). Duotight fittings are high-quality push-in fittings that seal tight and offer superior sealing capacity due to the double O-ring sealing design. High Performance Double O-Ring Design: The secret to Duotight’s superior sealing performance comes from the fact that they use not one, but two high-quality EPDM O-rings. The double O-ring means they have literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push-in fittings. This makes them more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage. The double O-ring system also means that tubing can be bent at a much tighter radius without causing leaking issues, which can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight the most reliable push-in fittings on the market. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance for a longer life span. When compared with silicone and vinyl, EPDM has much better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, and is BPA-free. No Clamps Necessary! We recommend cutting your tubing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line forms a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. Duotight Push-In Fitting | 8 mm (5/16") Male Stem x 6.35 mm (1/4") Female Reducer

Seamless Conversion: Easily adapts 6.35mm EVABarrier tubing to any 8mm female Duotight fitting. Manifold Ready: Optimized for Duotight Gas Manifolds to facilitate quick-disconnect gas line setups. Leak-Free Connection: Precision-engineered for a secure, airtight seal using standard Duotight push-fit technology. This reducer allows you to attach 6.35mm EVABarrier tubing to any 8mm female Duotight fitting. This fitting is recommended for use with the Duotight Gas Manifold, allowing you to connect a Red Ball Lock QD Cap to the manifold for a convenient quick disconnect install on your Gas-In line. KegLand Part Numbers: KL42642

  • Low stock! Kegmenter - Hop Bong Pressure Pack - 2 in. Kegmenter - Hop Bong Pressure Pack - 2 in.

Hop Bong Pressure Pack for Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs | 4" Tri-Clamp

    1 review

Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping: Designed to allow dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen. Customizable with Accessories: Features undrilled ports for optional accessories such as the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and Thermowell, enhancing functionality and convenience. Improved WiFi Reading: The plastic lid improves KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading, ensuring better connectivity. Compatible with all Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs with 4" Tri-Clamp ferrule. The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. This kit includes the 4" T.C. Pressure Lid to fit the tri-clamp ferule on Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" tri-clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking. Therefore we suggest using this up to 21 psi. The included Yellow PRV for the Pressure Lid is rated to 17 psi. The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack: Pressure Kit The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps for Gas & Liquid. The Liquid cap can be paired with the optional Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the Kegmenter. Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid Replacing the standard lid with the Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil. Hop Bong Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets. Hop Pellet Capacity: 150–180g (5.2–6.3 oz) Kit Includes: Kegmenter 4" T.C. Heavy Duty False Bottom | BrewZilla | DigiBoil | 35L

    1 review

NOTE: This accessory is designed exclusively for 3-vessel brewers who want to use the BrewZilla or DigiBoil as a mash tun. It is not meant to be used alongside a malt pipe, and it is not intended to be an upgrade or replacement to the BrewZilla's standard false bottom protection screen. If you're a 3-vessel brewer and want to use the BrewZilla or DigiBoil purely as a mash tun, this is false bottom will give you more volume compared to mashing with a malt pipe. • FermZilla Tri-Conical - 55 L - Replacement Tank - Gen 3 FermZilla Tri-Conical - 55 L - Replacement Tank - Gen 3

Replacement PET Tank for 55L Tri-Conical FermZilla | Gen 3

Replacement PET Tank for the 55L Tri-Conical FermZilla with tri-clamp bottom port. Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! KegLand Part Number: KL28257 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

  • SodaStream Regulator Adapter - TR21-4 x CGA320 SodaStream Regulator Adapter - TR21-4 x CGA320

KegLand Deluxe Sodastream Cylinder Adapter w/ Pin Adjustment | CGA320 Male Thread x TR21-4 Female Thread | KL24662

If you're tired of losing gas every time you connect or disconnect your Sodastream cylinder to your normal Sodastream cylinder adapter, this new design is what you need. Unlike cheaper Sodastream cylinder adapters, this unit has the added advantage that you can use the side thumb screw to depress the pin in the middle of the adapter. This pin adjustment makes the Sodastream cylinder adapter significantly easier to use. Some adapters require an Alan Key wrench to adjust the pin height, and depending on how worn out your seal is, you may need to adjust this pin periodically. Conventional, cheaper Sodastream adapters also tend to leak gas every time you connect and disconnect them from your regulator or the adapter itself. If you have a Sodastream Cylinder, you can use this adapter to connect it to a CGA320 CO2 Regulator. This is a great choice for mobile draft applications when you don't want to carry around your home draft system's 5 lb or larger CO2 tank. CGA320 Male Thread x TR21-4 Female Thread NOTE: Does not include CO2 regulator or Sodastream Cylinder seen in the example photos. KegLand Part Number: KL24662

  • Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Female Bulkhead w/ Lock Nut Duotight - 8mm (5/16) Female Bulkhead w/ Lock Nut

    Duotight Push-In Fitting - 8mm (5/16 in.) Female Bulkhead

This Duotight fitting is designed to go through the wall of a tank, housing, or wall, similar to a pass through shank, so you can run EVABarrier tubing from one side to the other. Compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 / D1718). With the lock nuts in place, there is approximately 1" of pass through threading. • Ball Lock Bev Out (Black) - with Integrated Tap Shank & Collar Ball Lock Bev Out (Black) - with Integrated Tap Shank & Collar

KegLand Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) | Beverage Out | Integrated Tap Shank & Collar

    3 reviews

An ideal quick disconnect option for mobile draft dispensing! No fussing with adapters, adding multiple points of failure. Simply attach your draft faucet! Pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Flow Control faucet so you can adjust beverage flow when you're on the go When you're serving beer out in the wild, it's best to keep things simple. This ball lock quick disconnect does just that by allowing you to connect your beer faucet directly without the need for a separate adapter. Leave the draft line and picnic tap at home and pour beer directly from your ball lock keg! Compatible with NukaTap, Intertap and standard beer faucets. We highly recommend the NukaTap Flow Control faucet for use with this ball lock QD. Being able to dial in the flow on a portable draft setup can be a huge advantage and means less fussing with the gas pressure. As the FC model uses the hard plastic flow control shuttle to form a seal, it's best to use a collar pin wrench to firmly tighten the connection. For a little extra insurance, pair the faucet with the Self-Closing Spring to keep the tap closed when not in use. KegLand Part Number: KL22859

12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge

  • Temp Twister Stainless Steel Lid with Thermowell Port for 35L Bucket Buddy Temp Twister Stainless Steel Lid with Thermowell Port for 35L Bucket Buddy

Temp Twister Lid for Bucket Buddy Fermenters | 35L

This flat lid with pre-drilled holes allows you to easily add a Temp Twister Cooling Coil to your 35L Bucket Buddy fermenter. It also has holes for your stopper & airlock (included with the Bucket Buddy) as well as a Thermowell so you can control the circulation of cooling solution with a Temperature Controller. The lid is also compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils. If you're fermenting in the Bucket Buddy with built-in heating element, we recommend plugging the unit into the heating outlet of your temperature controller and leaving the power switch turned on. This will allow the temp controller to provide power to the unit only when heating is needed and it will cut the power as soon as you're back to your set temperature. Using the Bucket Buddy's controller to maintain the heating set temp and using a separate controller to maintain the cooling may result in heating and cooling cycling at the same time. NOTE: The pre-drilled holes are meant for specific sizes of Duotight bulkheads and the stopper included with the Bucket Buddy fermenter. All holes need to be occupied in order to protect your fermentation from outside contaminants. Depending on the placement of the Temp Twister, you might need to shorten the inlet/outlet tubes on the outside of the fermenter using a Pipe Cutter. Lid only. Other accessories must be purchased separately. You Will Also Need: Temp Twister Cooling Coil FermZilla Thermowell Temperature Controller KegLand Part Number: KL28103

  • KegLand Stainless Steel Bladder Press - 40L KegLand Stainless Steel Bladder Press - 40L

KegLand Fruit Press | Wine Press | Hydro Press | Stainless Steel | 40L

This 40 Liter Hydropress provides a simple, highly effective method of extracting juice from apples, pears, berries or grapes for juice, wine or cider making. It can also be used as a cheese press or for honeycomb. Primarily targeted at the Apple Mead and Cider makers, as this press is hard to beat on a budget. Make the best possible sparkling cider with the Electric Apple Grinder and 40L Hydropress. Bladder presses work by expanding a rubber bladder using household water pressure via a garden hose. Since the bladder is situated in the center of the press, the grapes/fruit are squeezed from the inside out in a uniform fashion even if the basket is only partially filled. This is a much more effective way of pressing fruit pulp as it allows a wider surface area for the juice to be extracted. Compared to traditional hydraulic top down presses, large amounts of streaming and blockages would be trapped within the bulk matter. The hydropress is also used on a mammoth scale in wineries as it is by far the most effective means of extraction without electrical power. When pressing normal mains water pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar it will generate around 20 tonnes of pressing power. The pressure applied and the duration of pressing can be regulated simply by opening or closing the water tap. High-Quality Material This water-powered press is made of food-grade stainless steel, resistant to rust and corrosion, easy to wash, and wipe clean after use. With three stable steel legs. Best suited to be used outdoors where you can hose away any accidental spills of fruit and juice. Electricity-Free: Bladder presses use water to produce pressure for natural juice making, winemaking and cheese making. It’s energy-saving and space-saving. If the pressure gets too high, it will be released automatically, making this unit safe and easy to operate. Important: Keep the gray bladder out of direct sunlight for storage. A black garbage bag makes an excellent cover that will protect your gear for years to come.
