Filtering Wine is a key step for some specific styles and can lead to a brilliantly clear & bright finished glass of wine. We carry absolutely everything you need to filter wine and home! Whether you’re looking for wine pumps, plate filters or wine filter pads and More! we got you covered. Take advantage of our excellent customer service and fast & free shipping today!
The Buon Vino 6-Pad Wine Filter offers twice the filtering capacity of the Buon Vino 3-pad wine filter. One of the major bummers of filtering is when you are all set up and everything is flowing along nicely and then your filter clogs. You have to stop your operation and change pads. If you are homewinemaker filtering 60 or more gallons we recommend you step up to the Buon Vino 6 from the Buon Vino 3.
Filter package includes 8' of 1/2 ID tubing on the input side and 4' of 1/2" ID tubing on the output side. Input side includes sediment tip but we recommend our 1/2" Racking set up (R310 or R315). The output side comes with a hook for hanging to the side of the carboy. You may also want a racking cane (R373 or R376) on this output side so your receiving vessel fills from the bottom instead of the top (to reduce oxidation.)

Filter wine and fill bottles in one pass by pairing the Tandem Filter Housing with the Enolmaster Bottle Filler
Installs in-line with the Enolmaster. The vacuum will draw wine from the storage tank, through the filters, and into the bottle
Includes tubing to connect to Enolmaster Filling Machine
Alcohol tolerance up to 18% ABV
Filter Cartridges sold separately and listed at the bottom of the page
The Enolmaster Tandem Professional Filter Housing is designed to operate in conjunction with the Enolmaster Bottle Filling Machine. Enolmaster Tandem helps you save time by filtering and bottling at the same time.
Place the filters in the housing and attach the hoses, then open the bypass valve on top of the filter housing. Place the Tandem Filter Housing inline between the product and the Enolmaster Filler. The Enolmaster Filling Machine draws the product from your tank and will pull the liquid through your filter housing, into the bottle.
Easy to Use
The Tandem professional filter housing in conjunction with the Enolmaster professional vacuum filler. The machine creates the vacuum inside the bottle by sucking the liquid from the main container. Then the liquid is easily filtered and bottled in a single operation.
Preserves the Product
The filtering system is designed to preserve the integrity of the product. The filtering cartridges retain only the unwanted particles without altering the organoleptic qualities of the product.
Easy to Clean
The Tandem professional filter housing is easily cleaned after each use. In this way you will always have maximum hygiene in the bottling process.
Please note: Recommended for use with wine and beer only. Use with spirits and liqueurs above 18% ABV may result in damage to the filter housing.
This pressurizable tank is a great accessory for the FIL45 Plate Filter. Pushing beer/wine through the filter using pressure is much more consistent and faster process than using gravity alone. And with this tank you can use pressure to filter without needing a whole CO2 or Nitrogen/Argon setup. Comes with a funnel top and stable base maintaining an excellent balance. Please refer to the manual below for complete instructions.
BPA Free
Made from high density polyethylene
Max Temp Rating: 167°F (75°C)
Includes 35" length of 5/16" ID x 7/16" OD tubing.

40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. 9-10 micron pads are considered to be a "very rough" filtration and are typically used to prepare the wine to be filtered by finer pads, usually either 5-7 micron; or also to pre-filter white musts prior to fermentation. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.

Replacement female threaded brass piece which mounts into the fixed stainless plate (non-pump side) on an OMAC 20x20 plate and frame filter. This is the part of the filter that the spindle threads through in order to push the floating plate inward and close the filter once the pads have been installed. They occasionally strip out due to the force applied when sealing the filter for operation.
This pump is a direct replacement for the standard stainless centrifugal pump that comes included with our 20x20cm plate and frame filters. 110v Single Phase. Please note that while this pump is physically very similar to our PMP100 Stainless Centrifugal Pump, the electric motor is not as powerful and this is not meant to be a substitute for the PMP100.

20cm x 20cm filter pads made for 20x20 plate filters. Pads rated 0.5 micron remove 99.999% of bacteria. This pad is the right choice when you want to promote sterility in the bottle, although do please note that the pad does not remove 100% of bacteria - only a cartridge filter can do so.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded.

20cm x 20cm filter pads made for 20x20 plate filters. 4 micron pads are for general polishing of wines that do not need to be sterile filtered. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
