Powerful Gas Burners. Whether you choose Propane or Natural Gas as your fuel source, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control
The Ultimate Sparge Arm. Eliminate hot side aeration with this fully adjustable sparge arm
Built to order in the USA. Every system features a custom-welded stainless steel frame manufactured in the BrewBuilt metal shop
Brew like a pro with the BrewBuilt Low Rider BrewSculpture. Our brewing systems were first introduced in the 1990’s and now have over two decades worth of R&D and customer feedback built into their design. There’s a reason why top level breweries like Sierra Nevada and Russian River use a BrewBuilt BrewSculpture for training, ingredient testing and pilot batches.
Touchscreen Control Panel
From heating strike water to whirlpooling hop additions, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day from our custom designed 7” touchscreen control panel. The HLT burner and pumps can be controlled from a single touchscreen controller. Program your mash steps and the controller will do the rest—igniting burners and kicking on pumps to recirculate wort as needed. It also offers boil addition timers to remind you when to add hops or clarifiers, as well as manual control of your pumps.
Control Panel Key Features:
Programmable HERMS Mash Steps - choose from 3 preset mash schedules or custom design your own with up to 5 steps. From there the control panel guides your mash through the temp raises and time rests automatically.
Always Hot - Controller maintains the Hot-Liquor tank temperature you choose by turning the burner off and on automatically.
Auto Sparging - Sparge water flow is controlled automatically with integrated Mash Tun float switch.
Timer Alarms - Built in boil timers remind you when to add hops, finings, or anything else.
Manual Mode - allows you to control pumps for anything you want such as cleaning.
Automatic HERMS Mashing
Mash temps are maintained via the HERMS coil made from convoluted copper tubing. This top-of-the-line coil design offers unparalleled efficiency while gently heating your wort. Choose from your saved mash schedules or program one on the fly. When the mash begins, the controller will automatically maintain the temperature of the hot liquor bath that the HERMS coil rests in. When the wort temp drops below your set point, the controller will turn on the pump to circulate wort through the coil. You can also set the pump to continuously circulate wort for the whole mash if you prefer, and the HLT will continue to maintain your mash temp automatically. When each mash step is complete, the controller will turn on the burner to raise the temperature of the HLT and begin the next step.
Powerful Gas Burners
Choose your fuel source! Natural Gas is a nice option for the brewer whose home is already supplied with natural gas. This is a convenient option since you will never have to refill propane tanks, and you will never run out of gas mid batch. However, you do lose the freedom to move your BrewSculpture™ once it has been hard plumbed to your gas line. Whether you prefer the mobility of using propane or the reliable supply of natural gas, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control.
The Ultimate Sparge Arm
No other system protects against hot side aeration quite like the BrewSculpture. While other systems simply pump wort back to the top of the mash tun and let it splash back down over the grain bed, the Ultimate Sparge Arm will make sure your wort circulates with virtually zero aeration. The Ultimate Sparge Arm features adjustable height and adjustable flow. Depending on what beer you’re brewing, the surface of the mash will be at different heights. Simply lower the sparge arm to just below the surface of the mash and your recirculation will be splash-free. The ball valve at the inlet of the sparge arm allows you to dial in the flow and reduce turbulence as you see fit.
Custom Welded Frame Made in the USA
Every BrewBuilt BrewSculpture is made to order and built around a custom TIG welded 304 stainless steel stand. While other companies cut corners by using generic stainless steel tables for their systems, our extra beefy stand is fabricated in our California-based metal shop and designed to outlive even you. Every stand comes with rolling casters and folding handlebar so you can easily move your system whenever needed.
What Sets the Digital BrewSculpture Apart?

Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.

Due to the integrated PT100 thermo probe, our RIMS units are only compatible with Ss Brewtech eControllers
Our Recirculating InfuSsion Mash System (RIMS) features a 3500w Incoloy 800 helical element with a thermoprobe integrated into the base which is designed to read wort temperature as it leaves the RIMS housing. When used with an InfuSsion Mash Tun, the system is designed to provide the brewer the temperature gradient between mash and recirculating wort, allowing the perfect pump speed to be dialed in.
The RIMs kit includes a fully welded housing with TC connections, silicone base, and neoprene insulating jacket. For stabilization and control in a multi-step mash process there is simply not a better system on the market.
Connectivity was an important consideration for our eBrewing Systems, we wanted the flexibility and familiarity of a plug that could be adapted to an existing customer setup, and the reliability of a UL approved connector type. For the 240VAC element connector, we settled on the common NEMA L6-30 standard, which is a 3-wire twist-lock plug type, capable of delivering 30 amps of current. Finally, for the PT100 temperature probes we opted for the 3.5 mm mini jack connector standard, commonly used for headphones, which is both durable and easy to use.

Designing every piece of our electric brewing equipment from scratch has enabled us to introduce a new level of process control, flexibility, and performance. Every detail has been carefully thought through and refined.
Beginning with control, our eControllers include a fully proportional PID output, which doesn't rely on SSR's or high speed switching to modulate heat. Instead, voltage is modulated, this means element wattage is proportional, and can be fine-tuned from 0-100% for holding temps steady during a mash rest, or dialing in a perfect rolling boil. The eController quickly finds equilibrium with environmental heat loss characteristics, and can maintain a high degree of accuracy.
Next, we thought about the best way to maintain a high level of flexibility. One such method was using a common interconnect throughout our line of eControllers and eKettles, in an attempt to minimize proprietary connectors, and leverage trusted UL approved connector types. The modularity of our eBrewing system allows a user to splice an HLT or Boil Kettle into their system for instance, without having to purchase an entirely new 3 vessel brewhouse.
In addition, flexibility is realized through the use of our custom-designed element and eKettle element port, which allows for easy removal of the element for cleaning. In addition, we didn't settle for a common, off the shelf straight or ripple element. Instead, we designed a low watt density halo element, specifically sized to the corresponding kettle volume. This design is better suited to distributing heat evenly throughout the kettle, in addition to fostering an effective whirlpool and trub cone formation. Crafted from Incoloy 800 alloy, our element carries a higher resistance to heat and oxidation than standard stainless.
Lastly, performance is deeply important to everything we design. We sized the element and controller in both 10 and 20 gallon sizes to maximize a standard 240 VAC, 30 amp residential circuit. As a result ramp times are quick, which work to shorten the brew day. We also wanted to blend some of our latest product enhancements alongside some of our classic tech. So we decided on a kettle with fully welded TC fittings, alongside our venerable trub dam, which is now paired with a TC ball valve. Even small aesthetic details were not overlooked, such as a front to back handle orientation for a more compact horizontal brewhouse layout. Or integrating a PT100 temperature probe into the heating element base, which alleviates the need for a dedicated thermowell port.
For the 3V eBrewing system, we are combining an eController 3V along with a pair of eKettles (one as an HLT and one as a Boil Kettle) and an InfuSsion Mashtun paired with our RIMS.
This system includes the following:

Designing every piece of our electric brewing equipment from scratch has enabled us to introduce a new level of process control, flexibility, and performance. Every detail has been carefully thought through and refined.
Every component of our new eControllers were designed in house or selected to enhance the ebrewing experience. Beginning with the custom extruded 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum housing, which is CNC machined, and then coated in a durable black anodized finish. Using this approach allowed us to keep the system compact, portable, and functional. The housing includes an integrated carry handle for easy setup and take down, a tee-slot for alternative mounting options, along with a heatsink to keep the internal electrical components cool.
The boilkettle output on the eController is driven by a fully proportional PID controller, which doesn't rely on high speed switching to modulate heat. Instead, voltage is modulated through an internal SSVR, this means element wattage is proportional. A switch located just above the PID allows the user to operate the controller in manual or automatic modes.
In manual mode, the proportional output can be fine-tuned on a scale of 0-100% of total element output which is ideal for dialing in a perfect rolling boil. Alternatively, in automatic mode, the PID algorithm manages the proportional output relative to process temperature, to hold a steady HLT or mash temp for instance. The eController quickly finds equilibrium with environmental heat loss characteristics, and can maintain a high degree of accuracy during each brewing process.
The heater button allows the user to cycle the element on or off without shutting down the power to the entire unit, or adjusting the PID output setting, which is especially helpful during the occasional boil-over. This feature also allows the controller to be used to monitor a process temperature, such as during runoff or latter stages of the sparge process without the risk of dry firing the element. Lastly, the controller features two accessory outputs, which would commonly be used for pumps, but could also be used for a mill, lighting, or even a phone charger.

For 240VAC main power and element connectors, we settled on the common NEMA L6-30 standard, which is a 3-wire twist-lock plug type, capable of delivering 30 amps of current. For the accessory connections, we settled on using a NEMA 5-15 standard, which is just a standard residential 120 VAC outlet. Finally, for the PT100 temperature probes we opted for the 3.5 mm mini jack connector standard, commonly used for headphones, which is both durable and easy to use.

Connectivity was an important consideration for our eControllers, we wanted the flexibility and familiarity of a plug that could be adapted to an existing customer supplied kettle or element, and the reliability of a UL approved connector type.

(General AA range 6-7%) A brand new hop with crisp flavors of lemon, mixed berry, and tropical fruit. The really unique thing about this hop that commercial brewers are reporting, is that when used with other hops Meridian pushes and complements the flavor of those hops in unique and interesting ways. We've learned from many brewers, hop specialists, and our own palates that blending hops is like blending wine - the final blended flavor is definitely different than the individual flavors. So try it ala carte in your next Belgian Pale or Blonde Ale and use it with your favorite IPA hops in your next hop bomb!
Our Meridian is grown by Gayle Goschie on her family's century old farm in the Willamette Valley and processed nearby by Indie Hops. Indie Hops has installed a new pellet mill with craft brewing in mind. Their pellets have more particulate matter left in place and are processed at a lower temperature to retain more of the oils. MoreBeer! has been following their progress for years and we are very excited to be working with them to release this brand new hop to homebrewers.
Besides amazing flavor, Meridian has a great story. Indie was working with a local Hop Breeding Program to select a unique hop they thought was Columbia, a long lost and close sister of Willamette. After planting and harvesting the aromas and flavors were so radically different than Willamette that they had it tested. The results came back... and it was not Columiba, but a new unknown hop which they named Meridian.

The boil kettle output on the eController is driven by a fully proportional PID controller, which doesn't rely on high speed switching to modulate heat.
Connectivity was an important consideration for our eControllers, we wanted the flexibility and familiarity of a plug that could be adapted to an existing customer supplied kettle or element, and the reliability of a UL approved connector type.
For the 2V eBrewing system, we are combining an eController 2V along with a pair of eKettles (one as an HLT and one as a Boil Kettle). This system can also be optioned with our popular InfuSsion Mash Tun to complete your setup.
This System includes the following:

Portable, Inline, Keg Dispensing unit that can be powered via 110V outlet Replaces a traditional Draft Box/Jockey Box with no ice required Differs from the regular Komos Kryo Inline Chiller in that there is no glycol reservoir / The Nomad is liquid-free and easier to transport Can chill up to 2 gallons of room temperature beer, inline, per hour NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Mobile draft dispensing has never been easier with the KRYO Nomad electric keg dispenser. As with a jockey box, beer is chilled inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils which are chilled by the electrically powered solid carbon based heat sink. With a standard 110V outlet, you can serve ice cold beers from an unchilled keg, and unlike the KRYO glycol unit, this model is absolutely liquid-free, making it the ideal choice for mobile draft dispensing. No need to wait an hour for glycol solution to chill, once you power on the Nomad, you'll be ready to go in as little as 15 minutes! Carbon Heat Sink The secret to the KRYO Nomad's incredible chilling capacity and portability is the solid carbon based heat sink. This heat exchange technology requires no liquid whatsoever, so you'll never run into issues with emptying or spilling coolant when you transport this chiller from place to place. It provides roughly 300 watts of cooling power which allows you to chill about 2 gallons of beer per hour. Just be sure to give the unit about 2 minutes to recover for each 16 oz pour. The Nomad is very power efficient, drawing only 60 watts of power when the compressor is running. When idling, the chiller uses only 1.6 watts of power, meaning it it averages only 15 watts of power draw when turned on and periodically cycling the compressor. NukaTap Flow Control Faucets These stainless steel forward sealing faucets allow you to make instant adjustments to the beverage flow as you pour. A perfect faucet for those who often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Adjust the flow control level to dial in the flow rate and pour perfect pints every time! They also have the lowest thermal mass and best laminar flow design to further reduce foaming issues. Duotight Bulkheads Draft lines connect directly to 8 mm Duotight bulkheads located at the rear of the unit. To hook up your kegs to the KRYO Nomad, we highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. 8 mm OD EVABarrier plugs directly into the bulkheads, then depending on what type of kegs you'll be pouring, you can use these Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters for sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs, or for homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. Includes: (2) NukaTap Stainless Flow Control Faucets (2) Tap Handles Stainless Countertop Drip Tray w/ Removable Grill Features: Chill 2 gallons of beer per hour (based on 68°F ambient) Duotight bulkheads compatible with 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing AC Voltage via IEC Plug: 110-120V Max Power Draw: 300W Dimensions: 9.25" x 13.7" x 18.1" (not including faucets / drip tray) CE Certified Temp Controller: Follow these steps to adjust the SET temperature on the controller. Press and release the 'SET' button to enter into the user menu. Press 'SET' will display the value of the target temperature setting. Press the 'Up' or 'Down' button to increase or decrease the set temperature. Press the snowflake icon button or wait 30 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.
