Add the full contents of this pack to 5 gallons (19 L) of brewing water before mashing. Stir until dissolved. Mash in as usual — no additional acid or salt adjustments are typically required. Proceed with your normal brewing process. Note: These salts are designed to set mash pH without acid additions. Because malt acidity varies, you may wish to verify your mash pH and make small corrections if needed, though this is rarely necessary. Dextrose is used in trace amounts as a processing aid for blend consistency and flow and does not affect fermentation or flavor.
