  • Enolandia - Bottle Filler with Removable Spring (3/8 in.)

Bottle Filler with Removable Spring - 3/8 in.

    96 reviews

Add convenience and reduce the mess of bottling with this bottling wand! Say goodbye to the days of just running a tube from your bottling bucket's spigot into the bottom of the bottle. A bottling wand starts its flow when you press the wand tip against the bottom of the bottle, and stops when you lower the bottle away from it. No more having to fiddle with the spigot during bottling, and no more mess from the dripping hose between bottles! What does this bottle filler have that the rest don't? A removable tip and spring that make this model easy to sanitize. Plus, the nozzle spring can be removed if you prefer the action of a springless bottle filler. The actual "wand" on the filler is 12 inches long. The plastic end fits nicely into our FE346spigot, or it can be removed to attach 3/8" ID tubing.

  • Corks - Belgian Corks - PLACEHOLDER

    Belgian Corks for Bottles

    42 reviews

Give your homebrewed Belgians an authentic finishing touch!    You will love the old world look you get when you seal your Belgian beer bottles with corks and a wire hood. These corks are made specifically for use with Belgian beer bottles. Our corks are brewery-grade. They are also very dense and give a great seal. They work well with our Floor Corker (W410). A hand corker will not work with these corks.    A long-time customer - John Francisco - told us a tip that he uses when he corks his Belgian beers - put a #7 stopper (FE440) over the plunger rod of the corker so that only 1 3/4" of the rod is exposed. This will stop the cork from going into the bottle too far. A wire hood can then be fastened over the remaining 6/8" - 7/8" of cork sticking out of the bottle. We have tried this and it works great!    Attention: These corks come sanitary in the bag ready to be corked into a bottle. Do not sanitize or boil these or you will ruin the integrity of the cork.  1 5/8" L x 1" D

  • Wine Corks - #8 X 1-3/4 in Agglomerated - PLACEHOLDER Wine Corks - #8 X 1-3/4 in Agglomerated - PLACEHOLDER

    Wine Corks - #8 X 1-3/4 in Agglomerated

    7 reviews

#8 agglomerated corks are slightly smaller than the standard #9 corks. They are often used with hand corkers that cannot compress the standard #9's, or for bottles with smaller necks. Agglomerated corks are made from small cork pieces held together with a food grade binder. Corks are treated with a food grade wax and silicone coating before being packaged by the manufacturer. To use, corks may be dipped briefly in a sanitizer solution and then corked immediately. Do not soak or boil corks as this can remove the silicone coating, making them difficult to remove from the bottles.

Wine Corks - 1 3/4 in. Acquamark Corks

    28 reviews

The Acquamark cork line is a high quality colmated cork.  These corks have the ageable lifespan of Natural Cork, but are closer to the price of an agglomerated or overrun cork. Colmated corks are Natural Corks that were not quite flawless enough to make a grade, but are then filled in with agglomerated pieces, resulting in an ageable, but economical cork. Dimensions: 45mm x 24mm

  • Corks -1 3/4 Grade 3 - PLACEHOLDER

    Wine Corks - 1 3/4 in. Grade 3

    25 reviews

A standard length and diameter single punch cork in a high quality grading at a reasonable price. Corks are typically graded on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the best score, based on the degree of porousness that the actual punch of cork exhibits. Cork trees that show a higher population of worms or fungi tend to yield cork crops which are more porous. The Grade 3 corks show less than average porousness and are on par with the quality of cork used in many commercial facilities. Grade 1 & 2 corks are almost completely solid and sell at very high prices. These corks are harvested and punched in Portugal, like the majority of the rest of the corks available today. They are processed, sorted, prepped and packaged here in Northern California.

  • Cannular - Can and Bottle Filler - RAPT Enabled - 110-120V Cannular - Can and Bottle Filler - RAPT Enabled - 110-120V

Cannular Can and Bottle Filler | WiFi Enabled | RAPT Portal Compatible | Programmable Fill Profiles | Automatic CO2 Purge

Automated Filling System: Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled Cannular Can and Bottle Filler, offering a more sanitary and user-friendly experience than competitors. Integrated Pinch Valve and Regulator: The pinch valve allows easy removal of the beer line for cleaning, while the integrated regulator eliminates the need for an external regulator, preventing damage from high-pressure gas sources. OLED Digital Display and WiFi Connectivity: The OLED display simplifies calibration and allows real-time adjustments, while WiFi connectivity to the RAPT.io portal logs usage data and enables remote management of settings and profiles. Versatile and Multi-Purpose: With adjustable stainless steel tubes and a height range suitable for bottles up to 11.8" and cans up to 10.6", this filler can handle still or carbonated beverages, making it ideal for various containers including wine bottles, beer cans, and more. Low Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Pickup: The filler effectively purges oxygen from the container, ensuring substantially lower dissolved oxygen levels, which enhances the quality and longevity of your beverage. Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar, or glass automatically with this internet-connected, RAPT-enabled, Cannular Can and Bottle Filler. Featuring two adjustable stainless steel tubes, the Cannular Filler will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor. OLED Digital Display The OLED display makes calibration super easy. It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height, and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling. Integrated Ball Lock Connectors The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects in Gas and Liquid to connect to these inputs and outputs. Integrated Pinch Valve The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose, and yellow ball lock cap removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It simply pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces foaming. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate, and a piece of cake to clean. Integrated Regulator Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispensing pressure. Unlike these other fillers, this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup costs. This integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it. Multi-Purpose The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 11.8" (30cm) high or cans up to 10.6" (27cm) high. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages, so this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles, and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 0.59" (15mm). It can also be used for filling glasses, jars, or other vessels. Fill Profiles Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 12 oz cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750mL wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge times and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy them to several other devices. RAPT.io Connected (via WiFi) As well as all the features above, this filler connects to your WiFi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed, and even temperature (if you purchase the external Instant Read Temperature Probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of your staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles, and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch. Low DO Pickup The quality and longevity of your beverage are often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen. Wall Mounted Design This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall-mounting configuration. This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit. To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template. 24V DC Power Supply KegLand Part Number: KL37785

    Wine Corks - 1 3/4 in Agglomerated 1+1

    12 reviews

This is a high quality agglomerated cork with solid end caps. An agglomerated cork is a cork that is composed of many small pieces that are pressed and adhered together. As the quality of cork has declined many wineries have begun to use alternative corks, such as synthetics or these agglomerated corks to insure a good seal in their wine. These corks offer the assurance of a good seal while at the same time allowing the breathing properties that solid corks offer. Agglomerated corks work best with floor corkers as they are hard to put in with hand corkers (they do not compress as much.)

Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests. Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. • Bottle Filler - Buon Vino Super Auto Bottle Filler - Buon Vino Super Auto

Bottle Filler - Buon Vino Super Auto

    26 reviews

The Buon Vino Super filler for winemaking is a gravity fed bottle filler that shuts off automatically when the proper fill height is reached in each bottle. Very easy to use and perfect for small quantities.  A great choice when you want something more sophisticated than the tube style bottle fillers, but don't need to upgrade to a more expensive electric wine bottle filler.  Usage: To use the filler, place the device on top of the bottle to be filled, insert the intake tube into your vessel containing the liquid, and the small overflow tube into an empty bottle. To begin the siphon, start by pressing down on the center plunger on the flow regulator to open the valve.  Suck on the end of the overflow tube until the liquid begins to flow into the bottle. When liquid is flowing into the bottle, put the overflow tube back into the empty bottle. When the liquid reaches the top of the bottle, the valve will shut the flow off automatically.  After the first bottle, check the level of the fill and adjust the level up or down if necessary by moving the rubber bottle seal up or down. Please note that the fill level can be affected by excessive foaming. After one bottle is filled, move the bottle filler to another empty bottle, push down on the plunger lever, and repeat. Comes with 6 ft. of tubing.

The entry level natural cork. This is the lowest grade natural cork we recommend. Corks are typically graded on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the best, based on the degree of porousness that the actual punch of cork exhibits. The Grade 4 corks show average porousness and is a little below the quality of cork used in many commercial facilities. They will normally seal perfectly, however if you are looking for a cork for extended aging of 5-7+ years, consider a grade 3.

  • Wax Beads - Black - PLACEHOLDER Wax Beads - Black - PLACEHOLDER

Bottle Sealing Wax - Black Beads

Bottle Sealing Wax is a sealing wax for any type of wine, liquor or bottled liquid. In all applications, Bottle Sealing Wax provides a tough, moisture resistant coating, which preserves freshness, flavor and fragrance. Bottle Sealing Wax adheres on both natural and synthetic corks. It provides tamper evident protection for your product. Bottle Sealing Wax can be applied by capping the top of the recessed cork or by dipping the corked bottle into the wax. Wax beads are easier to measure and melt than wax blocks. Sold in 1 pound bags and 50 pound boxes. 1 pound will cover approximately 30 bottles, depending on usage. DIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: The wax should be melted in a double boiled or crock pot. Maintain wax temperature at 180°F to 190°F. The ideal temperature may vary, depending on ambient temperature and humidity as well as the temperature of the bottle and cork. Invert the bottle and carefully lower the cork end into the melted wax to the desired depth. Leave the top immersed for 10 to 15 seconds. Carefully lift bottle straight up and allow the excess wax to run off the inverted bottle top. When excess wax slows or stops, turn bottle upright and allow to cool.
