Brew like a pro with the BrewBuilt Low Rider BrewSculpture. Our brewing systems were first introduced in the 1990’s and now have over two decades worth of R&D and customer feedback built into their design. There’s a reason why top level breweries like Sierra Nevada and Russian River use a BrewBuilt BrewSculpture for training, ingredient testing and pilot batches.
Touchscreen Control Panel
From heating strike water to whirlpooling hop additions, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day from our custom designed 7” touchscreen control panel. The HLT burner and pumps can be controlled from a single touchscreen controller. Program your mash steps and the controller will do the rest—igniting burners and kicking on pumps to recirculate wort as needed. It also offers boil addition timers to remind you when to add hops or clarifiers, as well as manual control of your pumps.
Control Panel Key Features:
Programmable HERMS Mash Steps - choose from 3 preset mash schedules or custom design your own with up to 5 steps. From there the control panel guides your mash through the temp raises and time rests automatically.
Always Hot - Controller maintains the Hot-Liquor tank temperature you choose by turning the burner off and on automatically.
Auto Sparging - Sparge water flow is controlled automatically with integrated Mash Tun float switch.
Timer Alarms - Built in boil timers remind you when to add hops, finings, or anything else.
Manual Mode - allows you to control pumps for anything you want such as cleaning.
Automatic HERMS Mashing
Mash temps are maintained via the HERMS coil made from convoluted copper tubing. This top-of-the-line coil design offers unparalleled efficiency while gently heating your wort. Choose from your saved mash schedules or program one on the fly. When the mash begins, the controller will automatically maintain the temperature of the hot liquor bath that the HERMS coil rests in. When the wort temp drops below your set point, the controller will turn on the pump to circulate wort through the coil. You can also set the pump to continuously circulate wort for the whole mash if you prefer, and the HLT will continue to maintain your mash temp automatically. When each mash step is complete, the controller will turn on the burner to raise the temperature of the HLT and begin the next step.
Powerful Gas Burners
Choose your fuel source! Natural Gas is a nice option for the brewer whose home is already supplied with natural gas. This is a convenient option since you will never have to refill propane tanks, and you will never run out of gas mid batch. However, you do lose the freedom to move your BrewSculpture™ once it has been hard plumbed to your gas line. Whether you prefer the mobility of using propane or the reliable supply of natural gas, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control.
The Ultimate Sparge Arm
No other system protects against hot side aeration quite like the BrewSculpture. While other systems simply pump wort back to the top of the mash tun and let it splash back down over the grain bed, the Ultimate Sparge Arm will make sure your wort circulates with virtually zero aeration. The Ultimate Sparge Arm features adjustable height and adjustable flow. Depending on what beer you’re brewing, the surface of the mash will be at different heights. Simply lower the sparge arm to just below the surface of the mash and your recirculation will be splash-free. The ball valve at the inlet of the sparge arm allows you to dial in the flow and reduce turbulence as you see fit.
Custom Welded Frame Made in the USA
Every BrewBuilt BrewSculpture is made to order and built around a custom TIG welded 304 stainless steel stand. While other companies cut corners by using generic stainless steel tables for their systems, our extra beefy stand is fabricated in our California-based metal shop and designed to outlive even you. Every stand comes with rolling casters and folding handlebar so you can easily move your system whenever needed.

The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it.
Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality.
The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best.
The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier.
Advantages of the Braumeister
First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments.
Walking Through the Brew Process
On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort.

The B150pro – the largest Brewtools pro-series system, is a brewing system without compromise. Built for enthusiasts, nano breweries and brewpubs.
170-liter (44 gal) tank volume and 35kg (77 lb) malt capacity
6.6kW heating power (2x3.3kW) utilizing two mains inputs
High accuracy with 2 digital sensors
Conical bottom with center draining for fast and easy cleaning
Powerful control system with 7" touch-screen, Wifi and Bluetooth 4.2
The B150pro has an 150 liter (40 gal) boil capacity and about 35 kg (77 lb) malt capacity. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch-screen. The wort is circulated up through the center-pipe and the pump is fitted using Tri-Clamps making it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full.
The malt pipe has latches that folds out when you hoist it to secure it for draining. To lift the malt pipe on this system you require a lifting system. This is being developed with a custom brewing table and will be ready in the near future.
Sparging is done without tubes or pipes outside the tank. A sparge tube installed on the outside of the centerpipe follows the malt pipe when lifted also lifting the wort spreading device. This makes it very easy to sparge from a separate tank without making a mess.
After brewing with the B150pro, cleaning is fast and easy. The centerpipe is removed easily, and you can easily clean the unit, and all the trub will be drained directly to a bucket or the drains. Use the included circulation device as a CIP solution to save time and cleaning chemicals.
The system has two digital temperature sensors - one in the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maxium static offset is ±0,5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It's also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort returning from the counterflow cooler, so you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is right.
All ports are 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. As standard the system is shipped with one 3-way valve. All silicone tubes are 16x25mm food grade silicone.
The control system is custom developed and features high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi.
Note that with the added capacity of this system, heating to strike temperature and boiling will take more time compared to our other Pro systems.

Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha.
Considerations for Winemaking
When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage.
Marchisio
We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation.

Gen 4 BrewZilla All-in-One Brewing System
WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal
The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench
Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter
Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.
Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

Diameter in Stand - 15.3"
Lid & Collection Container Ports - 28 mm PCO 1881 threads
Temperature Rating:
When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F
When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F*
*Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years.
Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads.
Pressure Stress
If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple:
Fill the tank to the brim with water
Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher
Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi)
Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished
If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla.
General Care
Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.
KegLand Part number: KL47296
NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
Do you have a world class wine that deserves a world class barrel? This is the best 30 Gallon French barrel we have used ... let us tell you why!
It starts with the oak... these smaller barrels are made from the same premium-quality French Oak used to produce all of the world class Saint Martin barrels. Tight grain and high in phenolic extractives that add body and texture to your wine.
The toast... fire toasted to a unique Medium Long toast that is between a medium and medium plus toasting level. If we took a 30 gallon barrel and a 60 gallon barrel and toasted them to identical levels you would find that the 30 gallon barrel had more toast impact on your wine. It many cases the medium plus level in a 30 gallon barrel is too much for most wines. The unique Medium Long toast is a great solution. The toasting fire is kept at a lower intensity but the barrel actually stays on the fire longer than a medium plus toasted barrel would. This results in very rich flavors that will taste very similar to wine aged in a 60 gallon Medium Plus toasted barrel. Your fruit is respected and not stepped on and you impart great structure and rich toast flavors... ideal? Yes!
Francois Saint-Martin, third generation cooper, crafts Bordeaux style barrels for winemakers throughout the world. His emphasis has always been a profound respect of the fruit notes in his low-impact and elegant barrels. Francois Saint-Martin personally inspects the wood in the forests of Vosges and Allier. As a traditional Bordeaux cooper, Francois Saint-Martin likes to find the tightest grain possible and blend the forest origins to combine their qualities. The barrel exteriors have been sanded to a smooth finish.

What sets the BrewBuilt X2 Series apart:
Highest quality mirror finish.
Welded, ground and polished interior welds are the very highest quality and the ultimate for sanitation.
Four crossbar reinforced legs are superior for stability, mimicking Pro Uni Tanks.
Horizontal ports on the cone, just like pro tanks, allowing your racking arm, carbstone, and thermometer to have a horizontal placement in your tank. This allows for smaller minimum batch sizes, better carbonation, and more.
Pressure Relief Valve with pull ring built into the lid.
2" oversized bottom port and Butterfly Valve.
Coolest accessory upgrades like Pressure Pack with Floating Dip Tube, clear Flex Chamber trub collector, Coolstix, Kit for Pressure Fermentation etc. Read more Below!
The BrewBuilt X2 Uni Conical was born of thousands of hours of research, contemplation, and development. The engineers and critical minds behind its realization scoured years of feedback from home and professional brewers alike to determine the ideal feature set of a stainless steel conical fermenter. And where standard features fell short, we pushed the boundaries into new territory never before seen on a premium conical fermenter. The end result is a unit purpose-built to advance your fermentation process, improve the quality of your finished beer, and look good doing it. This is the brewing sidekick that you’ll brag to your friends about.
We guarantee that you will love the fit and finish of the X2 Uni Conical. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, the quality exceeds what has previously been done in brewing applications and approaches the level of pharmaceutical-grade finish. With flawless welds and a dazzling mirror-polish finish inside and out, the BrewBuilt X2 Uni is easy to sanitize and even easier on the eyes. You’ll probably wanna snap a pic. #BrewBuilt
Extra Large 2” T.C. Dump Valve
Dry hop to your heart's desire. Try as they might, hopheads will have a hard time clogging this conical. With an oversized 2" bottom port, you’ll have all the clearance you need (and even more than some pro brewers) to drop out your dry hop additions with ease. The slick mirror-polish finish on the inside allows flocculating yeast to collect neatly at the bottom of the cone as they slide right down the smooth interior walls. The butterfly dump valve integrates perfectly with the optional Flex Chamber Trub Separator and Yeast Harvester.
Reinforced Four-Leg Foundation
There’s a common complaint seen in the feedback for other conicals on the market—the tippiness of three-legged units. Three legs may be fine when the fermenter is sitting still on an even surface, but users are often forced to purchase a bracing shelf for more stability if they add casters or leg extensions. A conical is only as worthy as its foundation, so BrewBuilt modeled the X2 after professional-level brewery tanks with a four-leg, reinforced base. This seemingly small design feature is more expensive to produce, but it's what makes the X2 conical exceedingly stable when compared to other models. When you fill up your fermenter with delicious fresh wort, you want to trust the vessel that’s holding your latest creation. Brewers shouted from the mountaintop that they wanted stronger, sturdier legs right out of the box that don’t require an additional bracing shelf. The four-leg, welded-bar reinforced system is absolutely rock solid. This is an especially critical feature if you plan to add rolling casters so can easily glide the fermenter around your brewery.
The reinforced four-leg design not only increased the stability and strength of the conical, it also allowed the unit to stand taller, thereby eliminating the need for extensions in almost every situation. An elbow, a sight glass, or the Flex Chamber can be mounted under the unit with room to spare.
Adjustable Feet
The X2 Uni comes standard with reinforced thread-in adjustable feet. If your home brewery has uneven flooring, you can quickly and easily level out the fermenter. The feet can be swapped out with high-quality casters at any time.
Other Features You’ll Love:
Downward-facing Blowoff U Barb prevents blow off tubing from kinking and is much easier to remove and clean than a fixed stainless blow off
Internally etched volume markers in gallons and liters
Stainless steel lid clamp with single-piece molded silicone gasket
In our X2 redesign we've added two more 1.5" T.C. ports to the cone and body for additional flexibility with current and upcoming product add-ons
Optional Upgrades
The base model X2 Uni allows you to purchase the conical at the most affordable price and upgrade as you go. All of the accessories included with the X2 Uni+ can be purchased separately, so you can start fermenting now and come back later to add features and improve your process.
Flex Chamber - Trub Separator & Yeast Harvester
The pressurizable Flex Chamber attaches directly to the butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Ball lock adapters can be attached to the threaded ports on either side, allowing you to connect oxygenation or carbonation stones, or flush the Flex Chamber with CO2 and use it to inject hops or other ingredients into your conical.
Pressure Pack with Clear Float Technology
The Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened.
Glycol-ready X-Series CoolStix™
Drop in the X-Series CoolStix for an easy-to-use, innovative solution for maintaining fermentation temps. Fits perfectly with the Pressure Pack's 1.5" T.C. port, or you can replace the Uni's 4" T.C. port with a 4" to 1.5" T.C. reducer. Cycle cooling solution through the CoolStix using either an IceMaster Glycol Chiller or a BrewBuilt Chiller Pump Kit placed in ice water. We highly recommend adding the Neoprene Jacket to help keep the conical insulated and improve cooling performance. CoolStix are designed for fermentation temperature control.
Glycol-ready Ludicrous Coil
The Ludicrous Coil offers unparalleled performance for an in-solution cooling apparatus and is highly recommended for brewers that want the top-shelf option with the highest cooling capacity. Aside from normal temperature control, when paired with a glycol unit, the Ludicrous Coil has the ability to chill beer down to cold crash temperatures. Pair with an IceMaster Max 2 and Neoprene Jacket to unlock the Ludicrous Coil's cold crashing capabilities. Not necessary for all brewers, but a significant upgrade over the CoolStix!
BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure (Required to ferment or seal/cap an X2 with an active fermentation)
The Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that comes with the conical is not sufficient for fermentation as it can become clogged with Krausen. To ferment or seal/cap an active fermentation requires the use and safety of the Pressure Fermentation Kit. This no-compromises kit includes the same hardware you will find on a commercial unitank, including a dedicated pro level spunding valve, a sealed pressure gauge, and a dedicated commercial PRV. Read more about these key hardware features in the kit copy. Also included is liquid Foam-Axe which helps reduce Krausen. Please read and follow all special instructions that come with the kit as well as your instruction manual.
Hop Bong Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping Device
The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.
High Roller Caster Set
Go mobile with this heavy-duty caster set. Your fermenter moves around the brewery a lot, so why not give it some glide? Roll from sanitizing to kettle transfer to keg transfer to cleaning with minimal effort. Moving a stainless conical around can be taxing. Give your back a break and upgrade your conical with a set of rolling casters.

Made from high-quality Slavonian oak sustainably sourced from Hungarian forests
Superior in long term storage due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds
Equivalent or superior quality compared to French Oak barrels at a much more affordable cost
Zinc-plated steel barrel hoops for corrosion resistance
Coopered by the world-renowned Balazs Nagy
Balazs barrels is a long-trusted brand of Hungarian oak barrels coopered by the famous Balazs Nagy. These barrels are equal or better in quality to French Oak barrels but available at a fraction of the cost of their more famous counterparts. Renowned for respecting fruit, Hungarian barrels offer winemakers a great option to impact the mouthfeel, structure and flavor of wine without stepping on the terroir of your grapes.
Due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds, you can feel secure storing your wine in Hungarian barrels longer than you can with other barrels. The slow process of micro oxygenation rounds the wine while various compounds in the wood such hemicellulose, lipids, and lignins are slowly integrated.
As most barrel makers know, the best source of wood for wine barrels is the oak grown in the territory of old-time Hungary, known as Slavonian oak. This rare, high-quality oak can be found in the Zemplén Mountains and in the Tokaj oak woods. The specific type of oak in those territories, and what is used in Balazs barrels, is the Quercus Petrea. This oak is characterised by a dense, hard structure combined with extra flavor. Forestry workers look after these forests with considerable expertise, and the forest density ratio in Hungary is 20–24%, with selective logging taking place between November and April. Once the wood is sourced, it is air dried and aged for 24-28 months before cooperage.
Balázs Barrels is establishing a direct cooperation with the forestry workers, ensuring the continuous supply of the best quality oak, allowing them to source and work with the most excellent oak for wine barrel manufacturing from the foremost Hungarian forests.

Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV!
Each case contains 300 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer
Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103)
BPA free liner
Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues
Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass!
To use these cans with the Cannular Can Seamer you will also need the CAN103 table spacer.
330ml/11.1 oz aluminum cans
Each case contains 300 cans and lids
202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids
One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer
Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamer when used with 330ml table spacer (CAN103)
BPA free liner
Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive.

What's cooler than being cool? Ice Cold. And that's just what your beer will be when stored in the KOMOS Rubicon Cooler. With durable rotomolded body, high density polyurethane insulation, and compression seal lid, the Rubicon will hold ice for days on end, even in the hottest of climates. Rotomolding is a procedure that ensures every part of the cooler is made with a continuous thick wall with minimal imperfections. This makes the cooler extremely tough, and is one of the features that have made YETI® coolers such a hit. The Rubicon is the ideal sidekick for camping trips, tailgaters, beach days, or wherever else you want to enjoy a cold beverage that tastes like it came straight out of the fridge.
If you're designing your own jockey box, we highly recommend the Rubicon Cooler. High density polyurethane foam walls offer superior insulation compared to cheaper ice chest options, which means ice will hold for far longer and ensure your draft box doesn't warm up before you're done pouring beers. We love this cooler paired with the KOMOS Slimline Cold Plate, which will allow you to chill the beverage you're serving while still having plenty of room to store other food and drinks.

If you're ready to step up to all grain brewing, this converted insulated cooler works wonders as a mash tun! The 14-gallon size can hold upwards of 25 lbs of grain, so there's plenty of room for even the strongest 5-gallon beer recipes and is perfect for most 10 gallon batches up to 1.070 SG. Comes pre-assembled with stainless steel perforated false bottom, high temperature silicone tubing, and 1/2" female threaded ball valve. Pair the valve with the male threaded fitting (plus a little plumber's tape) that best suits your setup and you'll off and running.
The cooler also works perfectly as a Hot Liquor Tank. Use with the false bottom in place, or simply remove it and keep it on hand in case you decide to use the cooler as a Mash Tun down the road. Two of these coolers plus the Fermentap Sparge Arm Assembly work perfectly as a gravity fed all-grain setup. To connect the cooler's ball valve to the sparge arm assembly, we recommend a 1/2" MPT x 3/8" Barb fitting and 3/8" ID silicone tubing. Plumber's tape will ensure you have a leak-proof connection between the barb fitting and the ball valve.
Includes:
Insulated beverage cooler
Max Volume: 14.7 Gal (56 L)
Stainless dome-shaped perforated false bottom
High temperature silicone tubing
Stainless 1/2" BSP ball valve
External Dimensions: Approx. 19" L x 19" W x 22" H
KegLand Part Number: KL04671
Please note: the mash tun may come with a little extra silicone tubing than what's needed. Check that your false bottom is sitting flat and in the middle of the cooler and cut off excess tubing if needed.

The Alembic Copper Domed lid will help you achieve a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit by helping to remove unwanted sulfur compounds. The large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with distilling vapor to enhance and concentrate flavors and aromas during the distilling process. Primarily intended for use with the Copper Pot Still, but it can also be used with the Copper Reflux still if desired.
Note: This lid uses a 6mm gasket to better fit the Gen 4 BrewZilla and Gen 2 DigiBoil. It is also backwards compatible with Gen 3 and older BrewZillas and Gen 1 DigiBoils. To improve the seal further, we highly recommend using the Adjustable Lid Clamps with the Distillation Lid if your unit does not have them.

A standard length and diameter single punch cork in a high quality grading at a reasonable price. Corks are typically graded on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the best score, based on the degree of porousness that the actual punch of cork exhibits. Cork trees that show a higher population of worms or fungi tend to yield cork crops which are more porous. The Grade 3 corks show less than average porousness and are on par with the quality of cork used in many commercial facilities. Grade 1 & 2 corks are almost completely solid and sell at very high prices.
These corks are harvested and punched in Portugal, like the majority of the rest of the corks available today. They are processed, sorted, prepped and packaged here in Northern California.
Wide mouth carboys are the easiest glass fermenter to clean with plenty of room to get your arm inside to scrub
Add bagged flavoring additions and remove them freely when finished—this can be nearly impossible with traditional narrow neck glass carboys
Watch fermentation activity as it's happening! The ultimate advantage of translucent glass or plastic fermenters
Ported lid with removable cap sized for a #5 stopper & airlock
Carrying harness included for easier handling
Glass carboys have been a staple of the brewing and winemaking world for generations, but traditional tight neck carboys aren't without their limitations. Standard glass carboys can be difficult to clean after fermentation and require a siphon or racking cane to transfer liquid out. The wide mouth carboy is extremely easy to clean—simply removing the lid allows you to get your hand or arm all the way inside to scrub away stubborn sediment. And with a convenient spigot at the bottom, you can transfer liquid out of the vessel with ease.
Each carboy comes with a carrying harness. See below for optional stainless steel spigots.
Features:
Gasketed lid for tight seal
Included carrying harness
Ported lid ready for #5 stopper & airlock
Plastic spigot with 3/8" OD barb (tapers from 10-12mm)
20mm (0.78") diameter spigot hole
165mm (6.5") lid opening
Continuous thread, 5mm pitch
Please note: The carrying harness should not be used to move the vessel when full. The airlock lid is primarily recommended for short fermentations.
