Use your existing glycol system to cool your cellar Eliminates the need to purchase an entirely separate refrigeration system SD-S series fan units were designed specifically high-moisture environments like wine cellars Sized for well-insulated rooms up to 28,000 ft³ Made in Germany by Kreyer Good for cooling cellars up to 28,000 cubic feet Cool your cellar using your existing glycol system. Save energy and money! These units work under the same principles as standard refrigeration but use cooled glycol that you already have instead of cooled refrigerant gas, eliminating the need to have a separate refrigeration system. It is a fantastic use of your glycol system for a majority of the year when typically glycol systems are on but are being sporadically called upon. Glycol systems do need to be sized to accommodate both these fan units and peak duty during the crush to be able to accommodate all tasks at once. Glycol from your main glycol chiller is recirculated through these fan units. Aluminum fins act as heat exchangers drawing heat out of your room as the fins are cooled by the glycol. If you have a Kreyer chiller/heater you can even heat a space in cold weather environments. The heat exchangers inside the units are made from corrugated aluminum fins and internally grooved copper tubes. The white ABS casing looks great. Because of its rounded corners it has no water retaining areas favorable to germ development. Both series are fitted with stainless steel screws and show no sharp, cutting edges. Built in defrosters help ensure the system is working at optimum efficiency The SD-S series has been designed especially for problematic environments such as wine-cellars with high moisture. The high-performance fans on the SD-S unit are lubricated for life. Fan Unit Temp Control Upgrades: 3/4 in. Solenoid Valve - Allows or blocks flow of glycol through the fan unit. Needs to be connected to a Controller to function. A filter is recommended to protect the solenoid. 3/4 in. Solenoid Filter- protects the solenoid valve from any particulate or sediment. Glycol Fan Control Unit - Set a specific temperature on this controller and it will open and close the solenoid valve. Solenoid Connection Cable - This 2 meter long cable is required to connect the Solenoid Valve & Control unit. Inlet and Outlet: 3/4" Male BSP The SD-S 73 is sized to: Cool a room up to 28,000 cubic feet when the ceiling and walls are well insulated. Will use approximately 2.5 tons of cooling power from your chilling system. If the room is half insulated you will need to move up to SD-S 110. Please be sure to consult with our Wine team for proper sizing of a fan unit.

Put the Delta Zero to the task and stop removing pits by hand! Working with stone fruit can be a daunting task for any winery, brewery, or cidery simply due to the labor-intensive, time-consuming process of removing the pit from each fruit by hand. The Delta Zero makes this process incredibly easy and efficient, with the ability to process up to 1,200 lbs of fruit per hour. As fruit feeds through the unit, the stone is removed and the fruit is broken down into a puree that is ready to use. Say goodbye to canned purees and extracts! Now you can work with fresh fruit without the headache.
The Delta Zero Destoner is made from 304 stainless steel and suitable for most small productions. The machine completely separates the pulp from the inner stone and simultaneously crushes the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation or making fruit juices and jams. Furthermore, the inner blades are adjustable to maximize the efficiency of the particular fruit you are processing. The standard basket has 6 mm diameter holes, which is perfect for most plums, apricots and smaller peaches.
Alternate baskets with different hole sizes are also available, allowing it to be used with multiple food products including cherries, plums, apricots, elderberries, aronia, etc. See the chart below basket recommendations.

Control the humidity of your cellar to prevent wine barrels from drying out Dry, non-humidified barrels will draw liquid to the outer surface where it evaporates, leading to significant product loss Can operate in environments as low as 34°F, making it ideal for cold rooms and storage halls Compact, stand-alone unit can be suspended from or mounted to a wall 9,900 cubic feet per hour air flow Made in Germany by Kreyer Humidity control in wine cellars plays a major role during the production, maturation and storage of wine and other beverages in wooden barrels. Wine barrels safe-guard the main asset of a winery – the wine itself. The wooden walls of dry, non-humidified barrels will draw liquid from inside it up through the small crevices to the outer surface where it evaporates. Over time, this leads to a significant amount of product loss. For example, a 225L wine barrel can lose 10-15% of the wine volume over one year. A professional humidification of the barrel room allows the barrel wood to absorb water-vapor, the crevices fill out and loss of wine is prevented. A well-kept barrel room is therefore cool, usually around 57-60°F and humidified at about 75% - 80% rH. As with every aspect of winemaking, attention and professional equipment are required. Low humidification may allow the wood to dehydrate and wine will evaporate through it, while overly high humidity can lead to mold and fungus. The centrifugal humidifier HumiFix is equipped with a spinning disk that vaporizes water into very fine droplets that can be easily absorbed by the surrounding air, humidifying and cooling a room at the same time. The unit can work either connected to your main water supply with inline cartridge filtration or more ideally to an RO unit. The HumiFix can work at low temperatures (down to 34°F), which is ideal for installation in cold rooms and storage halls. Features:

32"L x 22"W x 32"H, 19.84 lbs
FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

Constant Monitoring & Alerts: Early warning notifications for equipment issues like solenoid valves or heating elements ensure smooth operation and protect your brewing investment. This version of the FCS Kit includes the Density/Temp Sensor which replaces the temperature-only sensor in the basic FCS Starter Kit. FCS is a modular control system designed, developed and manufactured by Brewtools in Norway. The vision behind the system is to take industrial technology and make that available for microbreweries and homebrewers. Using the latest electronic component technology and clever software engineering, Brewtools is able to make features that used to be very expensive and complicated available for everyone. The system can measure temperature, pressure, density/gravity, level* and power consumption and based on that — control cooling, heating, pressure/CO2 in, pressure/CO2 out, agitation*, automatic hop additions* under pressure and more! Fermentation profiles will automate the whole process and give you ultimate control of your fermentation process. (*Not available at first launch.) The system will also constantly monitor the process and notify you if something isn't right. For example, the system will measure the current draw of solenoid valves and heating elements, and will notify you if these components aren't working as they should. Please Note: The software is currently in a state of early adopter beta, and should not be used for critical production. Brewtools will continue to develop software and new sensors/actuators based on customer feedback and requests. If you cannot find a sensor or actuator that fits your setup, please reach out to us and let us know. Note that we do not take responsibility for any lost/destroyed beer or raw materials. Brewtools FCS Starter Kit for Pro Tanks This kit includes everything you would normally need to install the system on a "standard" tank. It comes with two TC 1.5" tees (short) and parts needed to connect your existing solenoids for cooling. The solenoid for gas out is also made for larger tanks. FCS Display Module and FCS I/O Module with power supply Density sensor (300mm) 1 pressure sensor with gas out pro solenoid Tiny Relay Module for wiring your cooling solenoid 2x TC Tees, clamps and gaskets All cables and adapters needed (3m length) The kit does not include a valve/pump for cooling as these are tank dependent, and you may already have a solenoid for your existing glycol loop. For non-Brewtools tanks, you also may need an adapter and/or tee to connect the spunding valve/pressure sensor assembly. Accessories To complete your FCS kit setup, some accessories are needed. A solenoid for cooling (Ø4.5mm - 34mm or 1.5") with 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter or a submersible pump (comes with cable). A blowoff for the pressure out solenoid valve is recommended. You will need a 1.5" TC adapter to connect to your preferred blowoff tubing. Tri-Clamps and gaskets. Based on your tank and setup, you may need some extra tri-clamps or gaskets. Setting Up the FCS for Your Tank Solenoid Valve & Related Connection Hardware for Cooling For Brewtools tanks that use 34mm connection you will need a Ø4.5mm - 34mm solenoid valve. For Commercial tanks you will need a TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter and 1.5" TC Solenoid Valve. Either way, you will need a 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter to connect the solenoid valve to the Brewtools FCS I/O Module. Would You Like a Visible Air Lock on the Spunding Valve? The Brewtools pressure relief solenoid spunding valve releases CO2 at the set point you choose on your controller. Aromatic refinement: Reduces vegetal or reductive notes while enhancing fruit and floral aromas.
Structure enhancement: Builds roundness and mouthfeel without adding astringency
Color stability: Promotes anthocyanin-tannin binding to stabilize color in red wines
Antioxidant protection: Inhibits oxidation and improves shelf-life during aging and pre-bottling
Fully soluble: Dissolves easily in water or wine for reliable application and consistent performance
EnartisTan Max is a proprietary blend of ellagic and condensed tannins derived from exotic hardwoods, specifically designed for use in both red and white winemaking. It is typically used during the aging or pre-bottling phase to address reductive or herbaceous characters, bringing clarity to a wine’s aromatic profile while also enhancing body and balance. It is fantastic to treat reductive wines. In red wines, it aids in stabilizing color through polymerization of anthocyanins, while in whites and rosés it softens bitterness and elevates freshness. Unlike harsher tannins, EnartisTan Max contributes finesse, rounding out the palate and extending the wine’s aging potential without adding bitterness or dryness.
Protocol:
Dissolve EnartisTan Max in 10 parts warm water or wine before addition. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved. Add directly to tank or barrel, ensuring homogenous distribution. It is best used during aging or at least 3 weeks before bottling to allow for full integration. Bench trials are strongly recommended to determine the optimal dose for each wine.
Usage rates:
Recommended dosage: 3–15 g/hL
— 0.03–0.15 g/L
— 0.11–0.57 g/gal
Use lower doses to refine aromatics and reduce off-notes in delicate wines. Higher doses can improve mid-palate texture and provide antioxidant protection in more structured reds. Always confirm impact through tasting trials before final application.
EnartisStab Micro offers reliable, fast-acting microbial protection with no compromise to wine clarity, aroma, or purity
It's the smart tool for today’s quality-focused, low-intervention winemaker
The clean, modern solution for microbial stability
EnartisStab Micro M is the only pre-activated chitosan-based microbial stabilizer on the market, providing rapid, broad-spectrum microbial control without the use of SO₂ or lysozyme. It is a clean-label, allergen-free, and vegan-friendly tool for winemakers seeking reliable protection against spoilage organisms—while preserving wine quality, color, and aroma.
Key Advantages:
Rapid microbial action
Inhibits lactic acid bacteria and spoilage yeasts like Brettanomyces within 24–48 hours.
Eliminates the need for lysozyme or high SO₂
Offers broad protection in wines where reduced intervention is desired.
Clarification & filterability
Helps settle microorganisms and fine particles, improving wine stability and reducing filtration burden.
Color and aroma preservation
Particularly effective in reds, where early microbial control helps retain vibrant fruit character and structure.
Exclusive pre-activated formulation
Ready to use without extended hydration or solubilization—faster and more effective than standard chitosan.
Versatile timing
Can be used in must, post-MLF, during élevage, or before bottling.
Recommended Usage Rates:
White / Rosé: 10–30 g/hL
Red Wine: 20–40 g/hL
High-risk wines: Up to 50 g/hL (max)
Sample Protocol for Use:
Determine dosage based on wine style, spoilage risk, and timing.
Prepare suspension:
Dissolve EnartisStab Micro in 10x its weight in clean, chlorine-free water (e.g., 100 g product into 1 L water).
Mix well until fully dispersed (typically within 5–10 minutes).
Add to wine via pump-over, mixing tank, or direct addition during transfer. Ensure thorough distribution.
Contact time: Allow 3–5 days of contact before filtration or bottling. Do not rack off before full settling is complete.
Compatibility: Do not combine with products containing bentonite, silica sol, or tannins in the same tank. Allow time between additions.
When to Use:
After crushing (to reduce native spoilage flora)
After MLF (to prevent VA or Brett growth)
Prior to bottling (for unfiltered wines or low-SO₂ programs)
In natural and minimal-intervention wines (vegan- and allergen-compliant)
Reduces total acidity in musts and wines with precision and stability
Blended formulation of potassium bicarbonate and potassium tartrate minimizes pH overshoot
Preserves sensory quality while softening harsh acidity
Safer and more predictable than using raw deacidification salts individually
Improves conditions for malolactic fermentation by moderating acid stress
Deacid is a ready-to-use deacidification agent developed to safely and effectively lower acidity in musts and wines. It combines the acid-neutralizing power of potassium bicarbonate with the buffering and stabilizing action of potassium tartrate. This dual-action formula reduces the sharpness of excessive tartaric acid while avoiding the risks of using raw bicarbonate alone, such as overcorrection, CO₂ volatility, or sensory imbalance. Deacid works gently and predictably, preserving freshness and avoiding chalky or soapy off-notes. It also promotes a more favorable environment for malolactic fermentation to proceed by reducing overall acid stress. Winemakers choose Deacid not only for its effectiveness, but for its convenience, safety, and wine-friendly balance compared to standalone chemical treatments.
Protocol
Gradually add the calculated dose directly into the must or wine, ideally during pumping-over to ensure even distribution. If preferred, pre-dissolve in warm, chlorine-free water before addition. Monitor CO₂ release and volume increase during application. Rack or filter after salt precipitation settles fully.
Usage Rates
The manufacturer specifies 130 g/hL per 1 g/L reduction in total acidity. We’ve converted to more easily used dosage rates.

Diminishes harsh alcohol perception in young wines, simulating aged characteristics
Arabinol Dolce is a liquid gum arabic product specifically formulated to elevate the sensory profile of finished wines. By amplifying the perception of sweetness without residual sugar, it brings balance and mouthfeel to dry wines and reduces the need for sweetening. In red wines, it refines tannin structure, smoothing out harsh edges and improving mid-palate integration. In whites, it extends aromatic persistence and enhances complexity, while in fortified or liqueur-style wines it softens alcohol harshness and accelerates maturation-like roundness. Its highly soluble formulation disperses instantly, making it ideal for final polishing before bottling.
Protocol
Measure the correct dose of Arabinol Dolce, then dilute in ten times its weight with clean, chlorine-free water or wine. Add slowly into the wine tank or barrel during final polishing or pre-bottling operations, ensuring thorough mixing. Allow 1–2 days for full sensory integration before final filtration or bottling. No further clarification or filtration should follow to preserve colloidal effects.
Dosage
0.20–1.50g/l or 0.76–5.68 g/gal. Perform bench trials to fine-tune for varietal character, desired sweetness perception, and mouthfeel enhancement.
Activated carbon micro-pellets designed for powerful decolorization
