These Fan Control Kits contain the necessary hardware to upgrade your Kreyer MR75 or MR135 to a temperature controlled unit. Without this system, your fan would constantly be on, cooling the room beyond your desired temperature. This system combines a temperature controller with a Solenoid valve, so that you can set a specific temperature for the room, which will be maintained automatically.
Includes:
1/2" Solenoid Valve
Filter for 1/2" Solenoid Valve
Tubing & hardware to connect fan unit to Solenoid Valve
Solenoid/Temperature Controller Connection Cable
Single Fan Temperature Controller
Plumbers Tape
This system assumes you already have a glycol chiller and fan unit, as well as all the plumbing. You will still need an electrician to complete the wiring of your system.
Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping

We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!

WineStix are a new form of oak integration for wine, designed to give new barrel flavors with an extraction time similar to cubes. The combination of Short and Long grains result in amazing gradience of flavor similar to barrels, while extracting significantly quicker! These are Medium Plus toast French Oak Tank Staves from the Allier forest, and depending on the wine, will impart roasted toasty aromas, with flavors of coffee and caramel sweetness the length of the palate. The French Oak Tank Staves are sized to provide New Barrel flavor to a 60 gallon lot of wine. Doing more than 60 gallons? Simply toss in another stave! Another advantage of the WineStix over traditional staves is that these will not stick together like flat staves would, the cross-hatch pattern will result in consistent extraction throughout the life of these. These can also be cut down if necessary to dose a smaller batch of wine.

Replacement female threaded brass piece which mounts into the fixed stainless plate (non-pump side) on an OMAC 20x20 plate and frame filter. This is the part of the filter that the spindle threads through in order to push the floating plate inward and close the filter once the pads have been installed. They occasionally strip out due to the force applied when sealing the filter for operation.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF260 volume-based filling system
Wine is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump
Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically with an accuracy within +/- 1.5mL
Optional gas flush system
Made to order in the United States
Help eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using XpressFill volume-based filling system. Gravity-based systems usually involve wine being transferred to a holding tank, and unless the your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. Xpresfill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles.
To use, place four bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at additional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the wine from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of wine to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. Realistically with bottle movement (and talking and drinking!) expect to fill about 200 bottles per hour with the 2 spout and 400 bottles per hour with the 4 spout.
There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles (connect tubing and fill magnums for example.) You my have seen this system for sale before as the Vigneron. Xpressfill purchased Vigneron and redesigned the unit to be driven by a digital controller. The result is a unit that works much better. MoreWine! has tested the unit and we are happy with the performance.
The XpressFill is a volume based system that fills each bottle with a set volume of wine (usually 750ml per bottle.) The fill is accurate to within +/- 1.5ml. However, bottles themselves can vary in volume by a couple percent and when you are filling by volume this can result in different fill heights, especially if you fill into the bottle neck, where differences are exaggerated by the small diameter of the neck. Fill heights will therefore vary from bottle to bottle but differences are usually 1/2" or less.
Further protect your wine from oxidation when using an XpressFill by adding the Gas Flush option to your filler. Push the gas flush button for as long as you like prior to each fill cycle. Inert gas will be forced into the bottle displacing most air, greatly reducing oxidation during the bottling process. You will need to supply an Argon or Nitrogen tank, regulator, and section of 1/4 " tubing to connect an inert gas source to the machine.

Do you have specific wine making questions you need answered? Would you like to see several hundred of the most frequently asked questions submitted to WineMaker Magazine over the past few years?
If you answered yes to either of the above questions you will love this new book from Alison Crowe, the Columnist for WineMaker's monthly FAQ section. We think it is a must have for the new winemaker's library and a fun short read book for airline trips, swinging in a hammock in Belize, reading in the John, or even while you make a batch of wine.
Plastic tank insert from the WE399 Bleeder System kit. Sold individually for those who need a replacement part or are planning to build their own version of our WE399 kit.
Protect your wine from oxidation!
If you store wine in a variable volume tank in an environment that is not perfectly temperature controlled and the temperature drops, the wine in the tank will contract. As the wine contracts it creates a vacuum and pulls air into the tank. Even in a temperature controlled environment sampling will pull in small amounts of air. The traditional airlocks used in variable volume lids allow air to enter. If air does not enter the tank through the airlock (say if you had a solid stopper in place of the airlock), the internal vacuum pulls on the entire lid, which often causes a gasket failure. The solution is to replace your airlock with our MoreWine Inert Gas Bleeder.
What's Included
Our system comes with a tank lid connection, and diaphragm bleeder regulator. Not included is the stainless variable volume tank, high-pressure gas tank, regulator, or tubing to connect to a high-pressure regulator.
How to Use
As you can see in the picture, the traditional white airlock (on Italian Tanks) or the black screw plastic screw fitting (on our Speidel tanks) is replaced with our white tank connection fitting.
The Diaphragm Bleeder Regulator allows for inert gas to be pulled through a one way valve on demand without putting actual pressure on the tank. If the temperature increase and the wine expands the excess pressure also vents out of this Bleeder Regulator.
If you plan to use Variable Volume tanks for long term storage we strongly recommend these systems as a safety guard against oxidation. Tips:
The correct pressure to set the tank regulator to for use with the WE399 is 2-5 psi. The bleeder valve that is part of this kit has an auto blow off at 10 psi, so having the regulator any higher than that will cause the bleeder valve to vent to the atmosphere and thus drain your gas tank.
Note: The inlet is noted with a molded text "CO2" next to the barb fitting.

Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
Configurations
The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place.
The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer.
The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer.
Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.

Experience a fruit-driven Ethiopian natural that offers both depth and approachability. Mehbuba’s Guji Uraga G1 Natural brings vibrant berries, citrus lift, chocolate sweetness, and smooth structure yet remains forgiving for home roasters. This lot comes from Mehbuba Seid, a respected woman producer and community leader in the Guji Zone’s Uraga district. Her family-run farms and producer-owned drying station sit at approximately 2300 meters (about 7546 feet), where cool highland temperatures and rich volcanic soils create the perfect environment for dense, slow-matured cherries. Women play essential roles across harvesting, sorting, and processing, and Mehbuba’s operation provides stable employment and skill development for local families reinforcing a sustainable model of community uplift.
Unlike broader regional blends, this offering is constructed from individually cupped nano-lots, each selected at harvest for sweetness, cleanliness, and exceptional character. These nano-lots are then combined to form a traceable micro-lot with refined structure and standout clarity.
Coffees from Mehbuba’s farms are known for their exceptional performance on the global stage. Natural lots like this one have earned scores around 87 points in professional cupping, while her washed coffees have reached 97 points and ranked among the top coffees in the world a testament to the uncompromising quality and precision behind this micro-lot.
