A dry wine with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish
Light-bodied and dry, 11.5% ABV
Compliments the flavors of herbed butter seared scallops, feta and grilled asparagus pizza, or even a pasta al olio
Yields 6 gallons (2 cases) of finished wine in approximately 5 weeks
A dry wine with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs combined with aromas of clove, nutmeg, and butterscotch from the addition of oak, completes the experience of this perennially favorite white.
Ontario Pinot Grigios are characteristically lively with a lingering finish due to ample hours of sunshine throughout the seasons. The Pinot Grigio grape grown in Ontario is typically an early ripening grape (an evolution of the Pinot Noir grape), allowing for the longer development of delicate floral and honey-like characteristics.
Pinot Grigio grapes are often harvested earlier to retain the fresh acidity, giving the wine its fresher and lighter style. Ontario Pinot Grigios are usually described as “vibrant”, pale straw in color and dry. This grape varietal can be best enjoyed in warmer weather as a refreshing beverage.
The Italian Pinot Grigio we currently carry in our Cru International portfolio is a more complex, old-world style of Pinot Grigio, whereas our new Ontario grape offering is a more easy-going, light, and refreshing Pinot Grigio characteristic of a new world style Pinot Grigio.
Food Pairings
The delicate aromas and crisp acidity of this light and refreshing Pinot Grigio compliments the flavors of herbed butter seared scallops, feta and grilled asparagus pizza, or even a pasta al olio (olive oil, chili, garlic).

The Canadian Okanagan is a beautiful and expansive valley stretching over 250km, where mother nature has created the ideal climate for viticulture. The lake that spans the valley helps to temper the summer heat, alongside the Cascade and Coast Mountains which create a rain shadow effect, resulting in the perfect growing conditions for grapes. The Okanagan is known for its wineries and fruit orchards and is surrounded by pine forests and provincial parks.
Includes 125 g of Genuwine Dried Grape Skins. Genuwine grape skins are crushed, whole grape skins, gently dried in a proprietary process that preserves their original color and fresh vineyard flavor. Fermentation on Genuwine dried grape skins enhances the color, flavor profile and bouquet of wine. Genuwine grape skins are easy to work with and consistently provide excellent results.

Advanced Modular Control System: Designed for homebrewers and microbreweries, the Brewtools FCS brings industrial-level precision with features like temperature, pressure, and gravity monitoring for ultimate brewing control. Comprehensive Starter Kit: Includes essential components such as FCS Display and I/O Modules, temperature and pressure sensors, and all necessary cables and adapters to start customizing your fluid control setup. Automated Fermentation Profiles: Automate cooling, heating, and pressure management with software-driven profiles, simplifying complex processes while ensuring consistency in your brews. Expandable & Customizable: Add solenoids, pumps, airlocks, and adapters to fit your specific brewing needs, compatible with both Brewtools and non-Brewtools tanks. Constant Monitoring & Alerts: Early warning notifications for equipment issues like solenoid valves or heating elements ensure smooth operation and protect your brewing investment. An upgraded version of the FCS Starter Kit w/ Density Sensor is also available. FCS is a modular control system designed, developed and manufactured by Brewtools in Norway. The vision behind the system is to take industrial technology and make that available for microbreweries and homebrewers. Using the latest electronic component technology and clever software engineering, Brewtools is able to make features that used to be very expensive and complicated available for everyone. The system can measure temperature, pressure, density/gravity*, level* and power consumption and based on that — control cooling, heating, pressure/CO2 in, pressure/CO2 out, agitation*, automatic hop additions* under pressure and more! Fermentation profiles will automate the whole process and give you ultimate control of your fermentation process. (*Not available at first launch.) The system will also constantly monitor the process and notify you if something isn't right. For example, the system will measure the current draw of solenoid valves and heating elements, and will notify you if these components aren't working as they should. Please Note: The software is currently in a state of early adopter beta, and should not be used for critical production. Brewtools will continue to develop software and new sensors/actuators based on customer feedback and requests. If you cannot find a sensor or actuator that fits your setup, please reach out to us and let us know. Note that we do not take responsibility for any lost/destroyed beer or raw materials. Brewtools FCS Starter Kit The Brewtools FCS Starter Kit includes all the essential parts to get you started setting up your own custom-designed Fluid Control System. FCS Display Module and FCS I/O Module with power supply 1 temperature sensor (TC 1.5" 160mm) 1 pressure sensor with gas out solenoid All cables and adapters needed (3m length) The kit does not include a valve/pump for cooling as these are tank dependent, and you may already have a solenoid for your existing glycol loop. For non-Brewtools tanks, you also may need an adapter and/or tee to connect the spunding valve/pressure sensor assembly. Accessories To complete your FCS kit setup, some accessories are needed. A solenoid for cooling (Ø4.5mm - 34mm or 1.5") with 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter or a submersible pump (comes with cable). A ball clamp and a connecting rod. An airlock for the pressure out solenoid valve is recommended. For smaller tanks we recommend our polycarbonate airlock. For larger tanks (300l+) you should use a TC34mm to 12mm barb and a 10x16mm silicone tube or equivalent. Tri-Clamps and gaskets. Based on your tank and setup, you may need some extra tri-clamps or gaskets. For MiniUni+, you need to replace the Mini Spunding valve with an M24 to Tri Clamp adapter and a 90 degree TC34mm elbow to fit your spunding assembly (if you want to use our TC air lock. No need for elbow if you use tubing as airlock). Rembember clamps/gaskets. If you don't have a Brewtools Unitank, we recommend getting TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter for the spunding setup. You will also need a 34mm Tri-Clamp and 34mm gasket. Tees and crosses are also available in multiple sizes to give you more ports. Starter Kit Included Parts: FCS Display Module, 5" FCS I/O Module 2x RTD, 5x CAN, 4x Relay Power Supply, 24V 40W, LP12-pin Pressure Sensor, CAN BUS 24V, M12 Solenoid valve, TC34mm + M12, DC24V Ø2.0 Temp Sensor, PT100, TC 1.5", 160mm Cable, LP12 6-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 5-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 3-pin, 3m Cable, LP12-pin, 3m Adapter, LP12-pin to DIN 43650 Type B Recommended Separate Parts: Solenoid valve for cooling with adapters/cables or submersible pump Ball Mount connector and pipe clamp etc. Airlock (Top mounted or barb with silicone tube) Adapters and fittings to fit your tank Brewtools Product Number: 7713567

20 cm x 20 cm filter pads fit all standard 20x20 plate filters, which are typically used by home winemakers
6 Micron rating provides a rough filtration that removes large particulates, often followed by a finer filtration
Rough filtration is necessary on wines with heavy sedimentation as the finer pads will clog without prefiltering
Easily sterilizable via heat or steam
Manufactured by Filtrox, the world's leading producer of high-quality filtration media
20cm x 20cm filter pads made for 20x20 plate filters. 6 micron pads are considered to be a "rough" filtration and are typically used to prepare the wine to be filtered by finer pads, usually either 2-3 micron or 1.5 micron depending on the winemaker's tastes and objectives. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.
Filtrox Group is a producer of filter sheets for applications in the food and beverage industry as well as in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. These filter sheets are manufactured of specially selected raw materials and conform to FDA and FCC regulations.

Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests.
Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA.
Manufactured thanks to a high technological process, MP ECO is a natural colmated cork stopper, coated with particles of selected cork.
An exclusive productive process, in which are used adjuvants with aqueous base, allowing to obtain the manufacturing a cork stoppers offering remarkable technical and organoleptic performances, with a guarantee of an optimal bottle sealing, as there is a total absence of migrations into the wine. Once closed the lenticels with the cork particles, the cork stoppers gain also an esthetical improvement. The MP ECO is the ideal solution for the wineries that want to bottle their wines using a traditional closure looking also at an attractive rate.
Manufactured following the strictest production processes implemented at Molinas cork factory, it offers a complete traceability and it is submitted to continuous organoleptic control during its different processing steps, the best guarantee for the wines.

This false bottom is specifically designed for the Gen 4 65L BrewZilla. On this model the ball valve tap was relocated underneath the unit, allowing for a super low profile false bottom that molds itself to the concave bottom of the BrewZilla. This also allowed for a larger malt pipe for bigger grain bills and provides a filter for protecting the easy access pump.
It is not suitable for DigiBoils or Gen 3.1.1 or older BrewZillas, as those models do not have a concave bottom.
Please Note: These are slightly looser in fit for ease of use. These only come with one eyebolt as the spec change means that the additional eyebolt is no longer required.

All of our brite tanks are pressured tested at the factory, feature 100% sanitary welds, and are backed by our one year warranty. Every brite tank features an average 15% headspace not stated in the volume, so for example, a 10 bbl brite really has 11.5 bbl of volume.
The standard 1 & 2 bbl MB Brites feature a single shell design, sealed pressure gauge, and plunger-style sample valve to protect against infection. They also feature full length site gauges that extend below the bottom of the tank. This allows you to see when the tank is down to its last couple of pints, rather than its last couple of gallons.
Please note: these units do not have a built-in cooling jacket and are intended to be used in a walk-in cold room for temperature control.

Stainless steel coupler or "reducing socket". 1" BSPP x 3/4" BSPP. Made from stainless steel.
BSP vs. BSPP
BSP (or BSPT) fittings have a tapered thread and require teflon tape to form a seal between the male and female fitting. BSP fittings are generally intended to be used with their counterpart of the same thread type. ONLY 1/2" BSP fittings are compatible with US-standard NPT fittings of the same size. BSPP fittings, on the other hand, have a straight thread, require a gasket seated inside the female fitting to form a seal, and are not compatible with NPT.

Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping
Estimated ABV: 5%
Estimated IBUs: 35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!
Estimated Original Gravity:1.049-54
SRM (Color Range): 7-8
IBU's: 35
Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5%
Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All grains will come milled, unless you select unmilled base malts.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

BeerStix Tank Staves are basically oversized Carboy Stix that are designed to treat larger volumes of beer stored in tanks. These are TSS-60 Tank Staves, which are sized for 60 gal batches of beer. Thanks to careful selection of oak, followed by precise aging and seasoning, and exact toasting, these will provide a round and rich oak character specific to the toast level and origin. American Oak toasted to a Medium + with the beerstix milling will give you flavors and aromas of roasted coffee, light chocolate and honey, as well as some spice notes and hints of leather. Every beer will accentuate, or mask different flavors from the oak, so expect some variation between beers!
The Beerstix miling gives 60% more surface area compared to the Winestix, speeding up the extraction process, and getting you a beer that has a rich oak character, in less time. The Beer Stix are also milled thinner than the WineStix, allowing for denser toasting.
Features:
Oak Origin - North American New York Alba
Toast Level - Medium Plus
Oak Form - Tank Stave, TSS-60
Volume Treated - 60 gal Beer
Extraction Time - 2 Months (see note below)
Flavors & Aromas - Roast Coffee, Light Chocolate, Spice, Honey, Nutmeg, Leather Hints.
Please Note - Allow 2 months minimum extraction time to balance the extraction of short and long grain from the Stix. Removal of the wood early only allows certain extractions of flavors and primarily from the short grain in the BeerStix® milling.
.30M KCl (potassium chloride) solution for refillable pH/ORP electrodes. Fresh electrolyte solution ensures accurate calibration and measurement with your pH meter. For best results, electrolyte should be replenished or completely replaced every 3-6 months.
To Use:
Wearing Gloves, Drain existing electrolyte solution from the electrode by shaking upside down over the sink. You may need to use the tip of a small pipette or a syringe to break the surface tension of the liquid. Using the same pipette or syringe, replace the solution you just drained with a fresh lot from the bottle.
Store capped and refrigerated and out of the reach of children.

Abstrax® Skyfarm Series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma
Add high-amplitude, recognizable fruit flavor to your beer, cider, or seltzer without the hassle and potential downsides of using whole fruit or puree
Flavor/Aroma: Berry, Floral, Sweet
Built with terpenes for consistent results every time. Absolutely no variance or guesswork that comes with fresh fruit products
Zero added sugar guarantees there's no risk of refermentation after you add it to your beverage
Strawberry
Finally, taste Strawberry’s authentic multicolored flavor. Scarlet ripples of lush, ripe berries float across your nose, opening your eyes to everything craft beverages were always meant to be.
Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.
Dosage
Dosing rate greatly depends on your recipe and desired flavor intensity. We recommend starting with 2.5 mL for a 5-gallon batch and increasing to 5-15 mL for high-intensity flavor impact. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
No added mouthfeel. Won't impart sweetness or body
Contains no sugar. Zero risk of refermentation
Increases yield by avoiding product absorption
TTB Approved
Powered by Terpenes

Care and Use
All pH sensors have a limited life and response time gets longer with age. Properly maintaining your pH pen tester will give you fast, accurate results for longer. So, be sure to order the Milwaukee pH Maintenance Kit code PH-Main at checkout time! This will be needed to help clean and condition the pH electrode before use!
Store the pH probe in storage solution MA9015. Only use tap water short-term if MA9015 is not immediately available and NEVER store in distilled Water (DI) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) water. This will damage the sensitivity of the probe.
Here are our top four tips.
Always store upright with the cap full of MA9015 Storage solution for BEST RESULTS.
Clean your Tester regularly by soaking in cleaning solution MA9016. Cleaning Solution for about 20 minutes.
Calibrate after cleaning and/or storage before testing to adjust for changes in the pH sensor.
Gently stir the Tester in the sample for a faster result.
