40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. 5-7 micron pads are considered to be a "rough" filtration and are typically used to prepare the wine to be filtered by finer pads, usually either 2-3 micron or 1.5 micron depending on the winemaker's tastes and objectives. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.

Glycol Chillers for cooling fermentations of beer and wine, and also used for maintaining temperature for draft beer dispensing. These glycol packs are perfect for controlling temperature during fermentations. They can be used with cooling plates and snakes for macro bin fermentation, as well as connected to tanks via cooling jackets. If you desire to do cold stabilization with this small chiller you will need to insulate your tanks very well and have sufficient cooling surface area in contact with the wine. A better machine for cold stabilization is our Chilly45 made by Kreyer, featuring 4x the power.

Use this soft candi sugar in all of your Belgian beers to impart a wonderfully soft and well-rounded flavor that you have never had in your beers before! A by-product of the rock candi and candi syrup making processes, soft sugar is made up of tiny crystals of beet sugar that have been removed from the syrup by way of a centrifuge. These crystals have a more intense flavor than the traditional sugar rocks American brewers are used to seeing. Use this sugar as a direct replacement for those out-dated rocks! This is the same candi sugar used by the famous Rochefort brewery in Belgium.

Derived from T-90 Strata® pellet hops to perfectly replicate the aroma profile while omitting undesirable compounds found in hop vegetal matter
Flavor/Aroma: Tropical, Stone Fruit, Dank
The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Citra® hops
Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm
Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops
Strata® Quantum Brite
The heir apparent to the Citra® throne, Strata® represents the future of flavors being sought out in the marketplace. Strong tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit are followed by what can only be described as robust dankness.
Optimized Hop Extracts
Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment.
Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around.
Quantum Tastes Better
The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum.
Dosage
Consider 1mL of Quantum Brite the flavor/aroma equivalent of 1 oz of T-90 pellet hops. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
Consistent from batch to batch
No yield loss from absorption
Quantum will not affect IBU test results and cannot cause lightstruck off-flavors
Zero Undesirable Plant Compounds
No Lipids
No Chlorophyll
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.

Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted Works prefectly as a fermentation chamber, or add draft tower and faucet options to deck out the kegerator as you see fit! The KOMOS Kegerator features upgraded components for faster chilling and more efficient operation. It also has a redesigned interior that fits up to four 5-gallon kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless steel door, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Rwanda – Bwishaza Kungahara (Washed)
This is a washed Rwanda that nails the “clean and sweet” lane without turning thin or sour. It’s bright up front, then gets deeper and more syrupy as it cools. Expect grape jelly, black currant, and honey sweetness, with a gentle rooibos-like finish that keeps everything crisp and tidy.
Selection Note: Selected through direct sourcing and rigorous cupping, then released as distinct process lots from the same foundation. If you try more than one version, you’ll taste how much the process alone can change the cup.
Origin: Rwanda
Process: Washed
Variety: Bourbon
Elevation: 1,650–1,800 m (5,413–5,906 ft)
Tasting Notes: Grape jelly • Sweet black tea • Black currant • Honey
What we love about this lot is how trustworthy it is. It’s an easy coffee to learn on and an easy coffee to love, the kind that rewards a careful, lighter roast with extra clarity, but still holds together without getting fussy. If you’re experimenting with Rwanda this season, this is the one I’d start with.
An “anchor” Rwanda (and why that matters): This is the coffee you can build a lineup around. It’s clean enough to showcase nuance as a single origin, but structured enough to work as an anchor component in blends adding sweetness, clarity, and a tidy finish without hijacking the cup. It also plays especially well alongside funkier lots (like carbonic/anaerobic styles) when you want the blend to feel more “pretty” than chaotic.
Bwishaza washing station + women-led impact: Kungahara is a women’s group within the Bwishaza cooperative, formed with outside support to help women producers strengthen quality, consistency, and market access. Their coffee is processed through Bwishaza’s quality infrastructure (including the washing station for washed lots), where careful sorting and controlled processing support the clean, consistent profiles Rwanda is known for. Just as important, premiums tied to women-grown lots are designed to flow back into the group and the community—supporting training, ongoing quality improvements, and shared projects like collectively managed coffee land, including paying down the loan on a shared plot the women planted and farm together.
Easily identify gas and beverage lines with color-coded options—LightShield Black for beverages, Transparent Red for gas EVABarrier's double-walled design with a proprietary inner polymer significantly reduces oxidation and CO2 loss, keeping your beer fresher for longer The ultra-smooth, nearly impermeable inner surface of the tubing prevents bacteria and microbes from adhering, ensuring cleaner beer lines The stiff yet pliable EVA outer barrier makes the tubing kink-resistant and ideal for use with push-in fittings like Duotight and John Guest 3 mm ID size is perfect for mobile draft applications where only a short 3.2 ft. beverage line is needed Easily identify your gas and beverage lines with color-coded draft tubing. LightShield Black EVABarrier is recommended for beverage lines while using Transparent Red for your gas lines, saving you a headache when your draft lines inevitably get tangled up in your draft system. LightShield Black also works perfectly for hydroponic systems as it will block UV and discourage algae growth. If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. The 3 mm (5/32") ID size is perfect for mobile draft applications or home draft systems where only a short beverage line is needed. Lengths of 3.2 ft. per line are all that you'll need for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 3 mm (1/8") Outer Diameter - 6.35 mm (1/4") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. KegLand Part Number: KL42789

FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

Hard Seltzer Flash Brewing® Kit
Flash Seltzer is a simplified system for producing clean, low-calorie hard seltzer with a strong focus on clean fermentation and minimal off-flavors. Sugar-based fermentations lack the natural nutrients found in beer and wine. This kit pairs Flash Yeast with CellarScience Dynamo 800, a nutrient formulated specifically for seltzer fermentation.
Dynamo 800 supplies the nitrogen yeast need to ferment efficiently in sugar-only environments, supporting a clean-fermenting process that helps minimize the risk of sulfur, fusel alcohols, and other off-flavors. Fermentation can finish in as few as 5 days.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Pure: High-purity potassium metabisulfite with over 99% active content, free from heavy metals and impurities
Low-odor: Virtually odorless formulation ensures a more pleasant working environment for cellar staff
Easy to use: Fine, free-flowing granules that dissolve easily without forming clumps or “rocks”
Anti-oxidation: Effectively scavenges oxygen, binds acetaldehyde, and protects color and aroma compounds
Winemaker-trusted: Preferred by premium producers for its consistency, performance, and purity
Winy potassium metabisulfite is the highest quality product of its kind on the market. Thanks to Enartis’ production expertise, Winy offers a purity level exceeding 99% metabisulfite with virtually no odor—avoiding the harsh sensory impact and poor solubility common in generic sulfite powders. It’s engineered to dissolve cleanly without forming lumps, ensuring even distribution and accurate dosing. Many winemakers choose Winy for its superior oxidative protection and microbial control without altering the wine’s aroma or mouthfeel. Whether you're working with delicate whites, fruit-forward rosés, or structured reds, Winy preserves freshness, color, and varietal integrity.
Protocol:
Dissolve Winy in cold, chlorine-free water or juice at a 1:10 ratio before adding to must or wine. Stir until fully dissolved, then add to the tank, barrel, or fermenter while mixing to ensure complete dispersion. Use at crush or pressing for juice protection, or post-fermentation and pre-bottling for stabilization.
Usage rates:
Each gram of Winy provides approximately 0.56 g of SO₂. Suggested rates:
– To achieve 5 mg/L SO₂: 0.009 g/L (0.034 g/gal)
– To achieve 10 mg/L SO₂: 0.017 g/L (0.064 g/gal)
– To achieve 30 mg/L SO₂: 0.052 g/L (0.197 g/gal)
– To achieve 50 mg/L SO₂: 0.086 g/L (0.325 g/gal)
– To achieve 60 mg/L SO₂: 0.103 g/L (0.390 g/gal)
Adjust based on must or wine pH, and always confirm with analytical testing to maintain proper free SO₂ levels during aging and bottling.

Enables the production of gluten-free/gluten-reduced beer from barley malt depending on the legislation of each country
Is Clarizyme™ a genetically modified organism?
Clarizyme™ does not contain any genetically modified material. The host organism is self-cloned which may or may not be considered a GMO depending on the legislation of each country.
How is Clarizyme™ used in the brewing process?
Clarizyme™ can be used with all kinds of malts and other raw materials. Simply add to the cooled wort at the beginning of fermentation. Please check our TDS / best practice for dosage guidelines when using alternative adjuncts to barley.
Can Clarizyme™ be used to make gluten-free beer?

Achieve faster, more consistent fermentations and reduce the risk of off-flavors, even when brewing high-gravity or with adjuncts
Formulated with essential nitrogen, amino acids, minerals like zinc, and vitamins to ensure robust yeast vitality and prevent sluggish fermentation
Simple to use, just add at the end of the boil to support healthy yeast and balanced fermentation across all beer styles
Are you looking to improve your fermentation speed, flavor, and yeast vitality, even under stressful brewing conditions? Yeast Life Extra™ can help you achieve consistent quality and prevent off-flavors, even for challenging wort conditions.
Yeast Life Extra™ is a yeast nutrient formulated with easily accessible nitrogen sources and essential amino acids, minerals, including zinc and vitamins. Designed to support healthy yeast and promote balanced fermentation. It is suitable for all types of brewing, particularly high-gravity and adjunct brewing, where yeast health can be significantly compromised.
Principle:
The two main requirements for consistent, predictable fermentations are healthy yeast and a nutrient balanced wort. It is generally recognized that only wort produced from a well modified, all malt grist approaches these needs, and even this requires supplementation with oxygen and zinc.
The common practice of high gravity, adjunct brewing has introduced two fermentation problems: nutrient deficiency and conditions of high stress for yeast.
Yeast generated under these difficult conditions typically show symptoms of reduced vigor, which can be compounded at each regeneration.
Problems associated with reduced vigor include slow or sticking fermentation, off-flavors associated with sulphur containing compounds, slow diacetyl reduction, and autolysis.
Benefits:
Faster and Consistent Fermentation
Reduces off flavors
Supports high gravity brewing
How do I use Yeast Life Extra™?
Yeast Life Extra™ is added at the end of the boil, making it a versatile addition to any brewing process.
What is the ideal amount of Yeast Life Extra™ to use?
The ideal amount of Yeast Life Extra™ depends on your specific brewing application. Always refer to the product guidelines for the best results tailored to your fermentation needs.
How to store Yeast Life Extra™?
To maintain its effectiveness, store Yeast Life Extra™ in a dry environment at room temperature. Proper storage ensures that the nutrient retains its quality and potency for optimal brewing performance.
Will Yeast Life Extra™ affect the flavor of my beer?
No, Yeast Life Extra™ will not impact the flavor of your beer, provided you stay within the recommended addition rates. This ensures your brew maintains its intended taste profile while benefiting from improved yeast health.
Can Yeast Life Extra™ be combined with other process aids in my brew?
Absolutely! Yeast Life Extra™ can be used alongside other processing aids. Just be sure not to exceed the recommended dosage and avoid combining it with other nutrients that contain zinc to ensure optimal yeast performance.

Ontario Pinot Grigios are characteristically lively with a lingering finish due to ample hours of sunshine throughout the seasons. The Pinot Grigio grape grown in Ontario is typically an early ripening grape (an evolution of the Pinot Noir grape), allowing for the longer development of delicate floral and honey-like characteristics.
Pinot Grigio grapes are often harvested earlier to retain the fresh acidity, giving the wine its fresher and lighter style. Ontario Pinot Grigios are usually described as “vibrant”, pale straw in color and dry. This grape varietal can be best enjoyed in warmer weather as a refreshing beverage.
The Italian Pinot Grigio we currently carry in our Cru International portfolio is a more complex, old-world style of Pinot Grigio, whereas our new Ontario grape offering is a more easy-going, light, and refreshing Pinot Grigio characteristic of a new world style Pinot Grigio.
