Who doesn't like a faster brew day? This neoprene sleeve will help your 20L Braumeister get up to strike temp and to a boil faster, use less energy to maintain the boil.
Ready to dive into distilling, but unsure how to piece together your home still? Check out these complete systems that will set you on the path to producing high quality spirits. This kit comes with the 65L DigiBoil Electric Kettle and the Copper Pot Still Condenser. The Copper Pot Still is perfect when you want the flavor of the wash to come through, whereas a reflux still is more favorable for producing pure, unflavored spirits. If you want to make whiskeys and gins, this pot still top is a great way to start! The classic "V" shape captures the vital esters, aldehydes, and phenolic compounds that are necessary for the complex spirits such as whiskeys and gins. Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit. Kit Includes: 65L DigiBoil (220V) Copper Pot Still w/ Barb Connections Distillation Lid w/ Gasket Warning: Distilling alcohol without permits or licensing is illegal in many countries, including the United States. It is the customer's responsibility to research their local, state, and federal laws and abide by those laws. MoreBeer! is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by either misuse or unlawful use. Stills can also be used to produce essential oils, vinegar, purified water and engine fuel (requires permit in USA). NOTE: Due to the size of this item, it is not eligible for international shipping.
Counter pressure bottle filler for carbonated beverages
Flow stops automatically at the perfect height in the bottle neck every time, regardless of bottle variations
Accommodate bottles up to 13.5" tall and up to 4" in diameter
Made to order in the United States
The Carbonated Beverage Filler is a counter-pressure machine that fills bottles with pre-carbonated beverages without losing carbonation; The XpressFill Carbonated Beverage Filler uses a high-tech sensor probe that shuts off the fill at the perfect height in the bottle neck every time, regardless of bottle variations.
Even though this machine is designed for carbonated beverages, it can also be used for still products as long as they are fed to the filler using a lightly pressurized keg or pump. That means that you can use this for your normal bottling as well as for those special bottle-conditioned beers too!
The Carbonated Beverage Filler is also suitable for filling Charmat-style sparkling wines, at a maximum operating pressure of 60 psi. The XF4500 requires that you also have an air compressor, which is used to hold the bottle rest in place, a canister of CO2, to pressurize and carbonate your tank or keg, and a pressurized container, to allow your product to flow from high to low pressure, through the machine.
The filler will accommodate bottles up to 4 inches in diameter and up to 13.5 inches tall. This covers most standard sized 12 oz, 22 oz and 750 mL bottles.
Each bottle filler is hand built to order in the California factory. Lead times average about 3 weeks.

Maximum Bottle Dimensions: 4" D x 13.5" H
Maximum Operating Pressure: 60 psi
Weight: 40 lbs
Dimensions: 16 inches wide x 21 inches high x 15.5 inches deep

Caseinate de Potassium, formally Caseine Soluble, is a concentrated, powdered form of Potassium Caseinate produced from milk. Helps eliminate oxidized phenolic (brown colored) and bitter compounds in white wines, rose wines, fruit wines, and meads. Caseinate de Potassium can be used preemptively in the must or as a curative step on finished wine.
Recommended Dosage:
In Juice: 1.9-3.8 g/gal (500-1000 ppm)
In Wine: 0.8-3.8 g/gal (200-1000 ppm)
Preparation For Use
Add the pre-measured amount of Caseinate de Potassium to 10 times its weight of cold water (do not use juice or wine).
Allow the solution to swell for 4 hours
Stir to dissolve any lumps
When completely dissolved, add the mixture slowly to the juice or wine while stirring continuously (for juice, add Caseinate de Potassium before settling).
Once added, strongly stir the entire wine volume to get the Caseinate de Potassium to integrate with the wine.
Once Caseinate de Potassium has been dissolved, use the preparation within 2 hours.
Minimum contact is 2 days, maximum 15 days.
The amount needed for your specific wine is best determined by a bench trial.
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 2.3 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.
Our FE390A is just like the FE390, except we took off the barbs and left the fittings up to you. So many of our customers wanted this option, we decided to make it a kit and allow other people to get creative! Works well with our polysuphone QD's. The unit features a stainless thermometer, stainless tee, and a stainless oxygenation stone. The barb on the stone is 3/8".
How long should I apply oxygen while transferring to the fermenter? — We recommend you transfer half of your wort to your fermenter before applying inline oxygen (O2) to your wort transfer. If you apply O2 the whole time while transferring you are wasting O2.
Who doesn't like a faster brew day? Help your 50L Braumeister get up to strike temp and to a boil faster; and use less energy to maintain the boil with this neoprene sleeve from Speidel. Fits both new models as well as pre-2015 models.
This temperature control unit controls room/cooler/cave/cellar temperature when used in conjunction with a Kreyer fan unit. Kreyer fan units are plumbed to a Kreyer Glycol cooling unit. This unit turns on and off an optional solenoid placed at the inlet of the fan unit, which allows chilled glycol to enter the coils on the fan unit, while also turning on the fan(s) that blow cold air out into the room. Requires a fan unit, solenoid valve, & connection cable to function. Fan unit must be plumbed to a glycol machine. For a fan unit temperature controller to be used below freezing temperatures, see our GLY950.

This unique kettle with four tri-clamp ports was developed for the BrewBuilt electric kettle line as it requires two ports for two electric heating elements. The kettle is offered without fittings so you can rig it up with whatever accessories you see fit.
Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use
304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish
Front and back located handles with silicone grips
Induction burner compatible
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third and fourth tri-clamp port are offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are four welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
This kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it with whatever tri-clamp accessories best suit your needs.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!

A synthetic cork with the ability to last 4 years plus. Supercorks are manufactured in Italy by Enolandia. One of the very first companies to make a synthetic cork, they have a history of quality since the 1980's. Supercorks have been tested to keep their elasticity and sealing integrity for at least four years. This makes them a nice alternative for winemakers who want to eliminate the potential issues of porosity or TCA contamination inherent in cheaper natural corks but also want the ability to age wine more than a few years. This cork measures 23x43mm.
Product Specifications:
Construction: Manufactured from recyclable thermoplastic high-tech materials
Chemical details: Polietilene, Food pigments, Food expanders.
Lubrication: Silico-paraffinic solution. No solvents.

Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Unique shuttle design greatly improves laminar flow, improving the pour of carbonated beverages Compatible with all Intertap faucet accessories and shanks First Pour Foam Reduction Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. The NukaTap Stealth Bomber beer faucet drops to beer serving temperature much faster thanks to its lower thermal mass. Simply put, the bulkier the faucet is, the more beer is needed to flow through and chill the tap. The NukaTap is over 20% lighter than its Intertap predecessor, and even lighter still compared to other brands of faucets. Improved Laminar Flow The inspiration for the NukaTap name comes from its uniquely designed "nuke-shaped" shuttle that resides on the inside of the faucet. The NukaShuttle went through numerous rounds of redesigns and countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that liquid passes by the shuttle with very little resistance, allowing highly carbonated beers or hard seltzers to pour like a dream. Sanitary Design The NukaShuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps feature an o-ring seated on a stainless steel shuttle, which can cause a couple of issues. After many pours, the stainless shuttle rubbing against the internal body of the faucet will create small fissures that become potential infection sites, and the seated o-ring can be difficult to clean in place, making your draft cleaning and sanitizing process less effective than you realize. The NukaShuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that has been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design eliminates the pitfalls of older manufacturing methods, making it one of the most sanitary faucets on the market. Forward Sealing vs. Rear Sealing From tap rooms to home bars, forward-sealing faucets are the ideal choice for any draft setup. In traditional rear-sealing taps, beer will drain out of the entire faucet when it's in the closed position. This means the internal mechanism is coated in beer, which then dries and becomes a sticky residue. Forward-sealing faucets, on the other hand, keep the tap full of beer so it never has a chance to dry and gunk up the internal parts. This makes the faucet much easier to clean and also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. NOTE: The Punisher Edition faucet features a matte black body with stainless spout. Other models are pictured as example photos. For the all black NukaTap faucet, see the Stealth Bomber Edition. Faucet body & lever made from stainless steel Shuttle made from TPV O-rings made from EPDM Lever collar & friction bonnet made from brass Matte black finish / brushed stainless spout NSF approved Kegland Part Number: KL26482 Please note: this is a painted faucet and as such needs to be used, cleaned, and handled with care. Clean the faucet gently by hand and avoid tossing it into a bucket with other draft parts. Excessive soaking in caustic cleaners will damage the finish. For these reasons, we do not recommend the Punisher Edition faucets for professional settings.

Nothing looks quite as nice as beer pouring out of a sleek, matte black draft tower. These are the same tower kits included with the KOMOS Kegerator. Includes EVABarrier draft tubing and Duotight push-to-connect fittings for easy assembly. These towers can be purchased without faucets, or you can choose your preferred faucets from the add-on options above. The tower is made from 304 brushed stainless steel, making them corrosion resistant while also looking great!
Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our tower kits come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each tower comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.
EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.

Hard Seltzer Flash Brewing® Kit
Flash Seltzer is a simplified system for producing clean, low-calorie hard seltzer with a strong focus on clean fermentation and minimal off-flavors. Sugar-based fermentations lack the natural nutrients found in beer and wine. This kit pairs Flash Yeast with CellarScience Dynamo 800, a nutrient formulated specifically for seltzer fermentation.
Dynamo 800 supplies the nitrogen yeast need to ferment efficiently in sugar-only environments, supporting a clean-fermenting process that helps minimize the risk of sulfur, fusel alcohols, and other off-flavors. Fermentation can finish in as few as 5 days.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

A delicious, dark blend of Californian juices, the VineCo Original Trilogy is a medium-bodied red wine with notes of toasty black cherry and blackberry matched by a medium oak presence. What's also toasty is this dry red's stout alcohol level at 13% by volume. The Trilogy blend includes medium toast French oak chips. Medium toast French oak is subtle and provides refined flavors of custard, chocolate, and spice. French oak in general is often used by winemakers when they want to increase the mouthfeel and complexity of a wine without stepping on or suppressing the fruit.

The BrewLab Pro kit is made to order. The manufacturer's lead time is 40-60 days from when the order is placed. Nail down your water adjustments with the Lamotte BrewLab Pro water analysis kit. Developed with pro brewers in mind, this kit measures 11 of the most important factors in the brewing process. Knowing what's in your water and how to adjust the mineral profile will take your brews to the next level. After all, water is the main ingredient in beer! Test for 11 Essential Factors Chloride Sulfate Alkalinity Total Hardness Calcium Hardness Magnesium Hardness Sodium pH Temperature Total Dissolved Solids Dissolved Oxygen This kit was developed in cooperation with John Palmer, author of Water, A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers. Check out Palmer's Brewing Water Adjustment App, currently available for iOS devices and coming soon to Android. Alkalinity:
Alkalinity is generally a problem in brewing water. Alkalinity is the carbonate and bicarbonate content of the water, and acts to raise the pH of the mash and beer. Water hardness can offset the alkalinity, and for that reason both parameters are typically measured as “Calcium Carbonate” in order to determine the net effect. Chloride:
The chloride ion acts to bring out the sweetness and fullness of the malt flavor, much like table salt does for food. Craft brewers often add calcium chloride to brewing water for Pilsner and other lagers. Dissolved Oxygen:
Dissolved oxygen can have both a positive and negative impact on beer, depending on the brewing stage. While fermentation itself is an anaerobic process (occurs in the absence of air), yeast cells do require oxygen for growth. Excessive DO can lead to rapid fermentations and excessive yeast growth, resulting in higher ester production, giving fruitier flavors. It can also lead to permanent chill haze, increased beer astringency, and an increase in color intensity, largely due to the oxidation of polyphenols. Hardness:
Water hardness is a brewer’s friend because calcium and magnesium are important ions in many biochemical reactions during mashing and fermentation. Calcium: Helps prevent enzymes from denaturing and extends their activity in the mash, promoting clarity, flavor, and stability in the finished beer. Magnesium: In small amounts Mg is an important yeast nutrient. The better the “yeast ferment”, the cleaner the alcohol produced. pH:
The chemistry of brewing and cooking is complex, and while knowing the mineral content of the water is a critical first step to predicting the impact of the water to the beer, the best way is to measure it, and that is where pH comes into the picture. The mineral content of the water directly affects the pH of the mash, and the pH of the mash affects the entire brewing process—both in process performance and beer flavor. In order to consistently brew great beer, the pH of the mash, wort, and beer should be monitored at every step. Sodium:
Sodium acts in concert with chloride to enhance the sweetness and fullness of the malt, but just as in food and cooking, too much can oversalt the beer and result in salty or metallic flavors. Sodium is ubiquitous in water supplies and mineral additions, so it is important for the brewer to know how much the water has before any treatments are planned. Sodium can be easily determined by calculation from the results of the other tests. Sulfate:
Sulfate and chloride ions in water affect the flavor balance of the beer, from hoppy to malty. The sulfate ion acts to accentuate the hoppiness and dryness of the beer, making it more crisp tasting. Craft brewers often add calcium sulfate to their brewing water for pale ales and IPAs. Total Dissolved Solids:
The measurement of total dissolved solids allows the brewer to quickly determine if there has been a shift or change in a water source or brewing process by measuring all solids in solution. It can also provide a valuable quality assurance check on demineralization processes and waste treatment effectiveness.

Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping
Estimated ABV: 5%
Estimated IBUs: 35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!
Estimated Original Gravity:1.049-54
SRM (Color Range): 7-8
IBU's: 35
Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5%
Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All grains will come milled, unless you select unmilled base malts.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
