NOTE: This accessory is designed exclusively for 3-vessel brewers who want to use the BrewZilla or DigiBoil as a mash tun. It is not meant to be used alongside a malt pipe, and it is not intended to be an upgrade or replacement to the BrewZilla's standard false bottom protection screen.
If you're a 3-vessel brewer and want to use the BrewZilla or DigiBoil purely as a mash tun, this is false bottom will give you more volume compared to mashing with a malt pipe. Designed for use with DigiBoil electric kettles or BrewZilla all-in-one systems. Unlike two-piece false bottoms you may find, this unit is welded together for maximum strength. It will easily withstand as much grain weight as you could possibly fit in the vessel. Features welded handles to easily remove the false bottom when cleaning.
Compatible with 65L DigiBoils and Gen 3/4 65L BrewZillas.

The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany!
5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process
Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed
Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers
2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil
The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it.
Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality.
The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best.
The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier.
Advantages of the Braumeister
First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments.
Walking Through the Brew Process
On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort.
Features:
Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space
Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort
Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle
Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller
The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance
Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module
myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister
Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller
Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com
When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp

John is at it again! Since purchasing our B3-2050 Brewing Sculpture a few years back, John Maier has created many specialty recipes just for himself. And since his I2PA was such a hit when we released it, we asked him for another one. Being the nice guy that he is, he sent over one of his private, 2050-System-only, impossible-to-taste-unless-you-live-in-Newport, Oregon brews - Blackened Brutal Bitter! John took his production beer, the wonderful Brutal Bitter, tweaked it around a bit and added some Carafa for color. The taste is out of this world! Try it and let us know. Or better yet, drop John a line and tell him!

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Rwanda – Bwishaza Kungahara (Carbonic)
This is the “wild card” version of Kungahara in the best way. The carbonic process leans into bigger aromatics and a juicier, more candy-like fruit character than the washed lot, while still keeping enough structure to feel intentional (not chaotic). Expect apricot, tart rhubarb-like sparkle, melon sweetness, and a lemon-lime pop that lifts the finish and keeps it from going heavy. Last year this exceptional green scored 95 points from Coffee Review and was chosen. One of the 12 best coffee of 2025!
Selection Note: Selected through direct sourcing and rigorous cupping, then released as distinct process lots from the same foundation. If you try more than one version, you’ll taste how much the process alone can change the cup.
Origin: Rwanda
Process: Carbonic
Variety: Bourbon
Elevation: 1,650–1,800 m (5,413–5,906 ft)
Tasting notes: Apricot • Rhubarb • Melon • Lemon-lime
What we love about this lot is how high-impact it is without being a total science project. Carbonic coffees can go “funk-first” fast, but this one stays surprisingly polished—sweet, bright, and loud in the aromatics, without getting overly boozy or weird.
A true anchor coffee (just a different kind of anchor): This is an awesome “anchor” when you want a blend to feel more alive it can bring sweetness and explosive aromatics while still holding the cup together. And if you’re playing with funkier coffees, this one can be the fun part without taking over the whole show. It also pairs especially well with a clean, fully washed coffee as a way to keep the final cup pretty and structured.
This one tends to reward a careful, lighter roast. Keep it clean and you get that bright fruit + citrus lift; push it too far and you’ll start trading those high notes for heavier, muted flavors.
Bwishaza washing station + women-led impact: Kungahara is a women’s group within the Bwishaza cooperative, formed with outside support to help women producers strengthen quality, consistency, and market access. Their coffee is processed through Bwishaza’s quality infrastructure (including the washing station for washed lots), where careful sorting and controlled processing support the clean, consistent profiles Rwanda is known for. Just as important, premiums tied to women-grown lots are designed to flow back into the group and the community—supporting training, ongoing quality improvements, and shared projects like collectively managed coffee land, including paying down the loan on a shared plot the women planted and farm together.
Track your beverages stats right on the keg or fermenter. These reusable tags will adhere to any smooth surface and have a white board finish so you can write on them with dry erase markers. Great for keeping notes and following the development of your brew from grain to glass.
If you like serving out of commercial kegs but prefer the ease of using ball lock fittings in your draft system, this adapter is for you. Instead of buying additional keg couplers and beer thread to ball lock adapters, you can use this tapping head to go straight from sanke keg to ball lock. To install, remove the keg spear, place the gasket on the keg ferrule with the beaded side facing up, attach the silicone dip tube and place the tapping head on the ferrule, then secure with the 2" tri-clamp.
Be sure to always depressurize the keg before removing the tapping head.

A portable mini-regulator with all the features of a full sized regulator! Perfect for parties and gatherings where you don’t want to haul around a large canister and hoses. A lot of great features packed into a very small package. The regulator has a range of .5-1.5 bars (7-21 psi). This means that, unlike KEG950 that shoots in CO2 at fixed pressure, the mini-reg allows you precisely dial in pressure and keep it there. It utilizes a disposable 74 gram CO2 cartridge, which is the largest size that can be shipped full. This is a two stage mini-regulator, meaning that it takes the pressure down from 800psi (cartridge pressure) to a lower pressure and then to your set pressure of around 10psi. Two stage regulators are the only way to have consistent pressure. One 74 gram cartridge will typically dispense one 5 gallon keg. Comes with regulator, one gas-in quick disconnect and the associated hardware. 74 gram CO2 cartridges (KEG962) are available separately. KEG969 cartridges are not compatible with this regulator.
These premium Sansone tanks undergo a special pickling and polishing process to enhance their corrosion resistance, making them ideal for continuous use in both home and commercial settings
Crafted from high-quality stainless steel with welded handles for long-lasting performance and easy transport
La Nuova Sansone has been crafting high-quality stainless steel containers in Italy for over 40 years, earning a reputation for exceptional design and quality
Stand and NSF-approved stainless steel spigot included
The Sansone Europa-AQ model Fusti tank is made from 304 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish and welded handles. Compared to the standard Europa model, the AQ model undergoes an additional pickling and polishing process. This process improves corrosion resistance, which is key for continuous use, especially in commercial settings like wine bars, taprooms, and coffee shops that might use the tank as a self-service water station.
Pickling
Specialized acids are used to remove any surface impurities, scale, rust, and weld heat-tinted layers. This crucial step eliminates potential corrosion initiation points and ensures a uniformly clean and reactive surface. Furthermore, pickling promotes the formation of a passive chromium oxide layer, an invisible shield that protects the stainless steel from oxidation and enhances its inherent corrosion resistance.
Polishing
The pickling process is followed by a thorough polishing treatment. This creates an exceptionally smooth surface finish, minimizing microscopic imperfections where moisture and contaminants could become trapped and initiate corrosion. Polishing also refines the passive layer, making it denser and more uniform for superior protection. Beyond its practical benefits, polishing enhances the aesthetic appeal, making them suitable for even the most visible applications.
Benefits
The combined pickling and polishing treatments Sansone employs offer a multitude of benefits. The Europa-AQ model Fusti tanks exhibit significantly increased durability and longevity, withstanding harsh environments and frequent use. This enhanced corrosion resistance ensures the quality and taste of stored liquids are preserved, eliminating the risk of contamination from corrosion byproducts. The smooth, clean surfaces created by these processes also facilitate easy cleaning and sanitization, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

All the benefits of Sur Lie aging without the risks
Luxurious, soft mouthfeel
Perfect for your big body whites
Helps reduce browning
Produced from yeast cells and considered an SIY (especially inactivated yeast)
CellarScience Easy Sur Lie offers all the benefits of doing a sur lie aging without the risk. Sur lie aging, often also referred to by the French term Battonage, is the process where wine is left on the original lees. or yeast, at the end of fermentation. Battonage specifically refers to the process of stirring lees back into solution over a few weeks to add body and richness to the wine. Exactly how it is done depends on the winemaker. Some choose to leave the wine on the gross lees while some choose to remove the wine quickly from the gross less and then stir up a clean version of the remaining yeast that settles out. Either way, there is some risk in this process of extracting some flavors you don't want while also potentially adding unwanted oxygen into the wine.
During Sur lie the yeast cells are breaking down, releasing peptides, mannoproteins, and anti-oxidant amino acid proteins, and other yeast cell compounds. These compounds add that luxurious, soft mouthfeel to wine that is so desired. CellarScience Easy Sur Lie adds these compounds into the wine without having to take the risk and time/cost of doing an actual Sur Lie aging and stirring protocol.
Easy Sur Lie also has some extra benefits. It helps prevent the formation of mercaptans, reducing potential sulfur compounds that can mask the full potential of your wine. It also functions as an antioxidant. Yeast at the bottom of naturally carbonated beer bottles is long known as an antioxidant that helps keep packaged beer fresher longer. Easy Sur Lie in your wine works in a similar way, supporting SO2 to help ensure freshness and reduce browning reactions.
Can be added at the end of fermentation and throughout the aging process.
Use:
Mix 1.5 g per gal (0.4 g per liter) for best results. Add at the last stages of fermentation or early in aging for the furthest integration and best results.

A properly controlled fermentation temperature is critical to producing quality beer. The now-iconic original Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System (FTSs) resulted from many napkin sketches that applied advanced thermodynamics to traditional brewing practices. The system is elegant in its simplicity and incredibly efficient, yet it was the third product we ever designed at Ss Brewtech, just after the Brew Bucket and Chronical. For an encore performance to the classic FTSs, we wanted to reimagine what homebrewing temperature control could be.
Your chill source can be as simple as a cooler with ice or as sophisticated as the Ss Glycol Chiller. If your setup requires temperatures to be corrected both up and down, check out the optional FTSs Touch | Heating Pad.
The FTSs Touch is designed to be paired with systems like the Unitank, Chronical BME, and Brite Tank BME, which already have a cooling coil and neoprene jacket.

If you want to use the absolute best style of valve available to homebrewers, the butterfly valve is the clear choice. Brewers love butterfly valves because they are far and away the most sanitary option. Regular ball valves can trap small amounts of wort inside them, which inevitably leads to an infection that can sour your beer. That's why we always recommend breaking down your ball valves and cleaning them between uses. Butterfly valves have virtually nowhere for contaminants to hide and are easily cleaned in place. They also can be taken apart for a deeper cleaning if desired, although it's rarely necessary.
This 2" Tri-Clamp Butterfly Valve features stainless steel construction and 7-position handle. The stainless steel handle can be rotated 180° for right or left hand operation.

Produce even tastier beers with your Speidel Braumeister by limiting oxygen exposure during the brewing process. Exposure to oxygen in the brewing process can impact the flavor of the final beer and negatively affect the flavor retention and shelf life. This is especially crucial for lighter, malt-forward beers that have less hops, such as lagers, pilsners and wheat beers. With the Low Oxygen kit you can minimize oxygen exposure during mashing, cooling, and transferring to your fermenter. Make the malt character in your beers shine brighter and last longer!

This product is a direct replacement for our FIN74 - Ichtyocolle.
Recommended for whites, roses and fruit wines, Cristaline Plus is a blend of isinglass (fish-derived protein) and citric acid stabilized with SO2. Cristaline Plus has a strong positive charge which makes it very effective at improving the clarity of a wine (even those that are made from botrytised grapes). As an added benefit, Cristaline Plus can help improve the filterability of a wine. Cristaline Plus is not sensitive to cold temperatures and may be slow to finish settling. The use of Gelocolle (FIN64) an hour after the addition of Cristaline Plus will help speed the settling process and create a more compact lees.
To Use: Dissolve Cristaline Plus in 150-200 times its weight (75-100 mL) of clean, warm water (59-68 F/15-20 C)
Let mixture swell for 3 hours
If the solution is too viscous add additional warm water
Add the solution quickly into the whole volume of wine to be treated while stirring and mix well to distribute the Cristaline Plus evenly throughout the wine
Rack as soon as the lees are well settled (wait 72 hours before filtering or allow 8-10 days settling before racking)
Dosage Range: 15-30ppm (mg/L)

"Preparing for a homebrew competition helps you make better beer because it causes you to focus on what the judges will evaluate. So you have to optimize your brewing for the best consumer experience. If you can present a beer that will wow the judges, you can certainly have good beer on tap all the time at home."
"I really appreciate a good American Pale Ale. I think it's a good mark as to the brewer's skill since it's so straight-forward. It also can have a wide range of interpretations, so it does allow for some brewer creativity."
"I'm a Grand Master beer judge and the current president of the BJCP (www.bjcp.org). I firmly believe that becoming a beer judge is the single best thing a brewer can do to improve their beer since it helps you understand and evaluate your own products. It causes you to think about how the ingredients and processes result in what's in your glass, and to diagnose potential problems."
