Considered to be Spain’s noble grape, Tempranillo is a black grape variety known for producing an assortment of delicious wines that can range from complex and refined to dense and assertive. Although it can be found around the world, from Argentina to California, its most esteemed examples of Tempranillo still hail from its native country of Spain.
The VineCo Tempranillo is an elaborate medium-bodied red wine with flavors of red cherry and strawberry intermingled with hints of smoke and a moderate oakiness. This dry red wine boasts a relatively strong alcohol content at 13% by volume. The Tempranillo wine kit includes medium toast oak chips. Medium toast oak is the most popular toast level used in red wines as it imparts a complex balance of vanillin and spice along with a subtle oakiness. The oak chips also help build body and mouthfeel.

This handy kit contains all the seals needed for the standard NukaTap stainless beer faucet. Regardless of which generation of seals your faucet came with, you can replace or upgrade them with the Gen 3 POK cup seal washers. For the NukaTap Flow Control seal kit, see here. Most of the seals in this kit are durable and won't require frequent replacement. However, if you experience a leak, accidentally lose a seal, or use the tap in a demanding commercial environment, this kit has you covered. When replacing seals, we recommend applying a food-grade lubricant to ensure a long-lasting and secure fit. As you take the tap apart, it can also be helpful to take a picture or make a note of where each seal is located to make reassembly easier. Includes: The Nuke! For you, The Discerning Kegger, these Perlick beer faucets are a thing of beauty. When you draw off a pint, they look good, operate smoothly, and don’t gum up. They are a breeze to take apart for sanitizing. These design benefits will have you sold on the lifetime value of these taps.
#1 Design Benefit - Forward Sealing
The #1 feature of the Perlick faucet is its forward sealing design. Why is that so important? In an ordinary, rear-sealing faucet, the entire faucet must drain out of beer. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain out. Because beer drains from the entire faucet the faucet remains sticky and is prone to contamination from the left over residue. The Perlick faucet, with its forward sealing design, only has beer drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination.
#2 Design Benefit - Stainless Steel
Standard old school faucets are made of brass that is plated in chrome. The chrome plating wears off and the Brass can pit. This can result in flavor contamination when your beer runs over exposed brass and pits which usually harbor bacteria.
In the late 90's, when the first stainless faucet was released, it cost close to $100. Wow. Now you can choose to get a traditional style faucet made out of stainless, but why would you bother when you can get this unique forward sealing design and stainless construction all in the same Perlick faucet?
Sure it costs a little more but you will never regret making the upgrade now.

Ready to dive into distilling, but unsure how to piece together your home still? Check out these complete systems that will set you on the path to producing high quality spirits. This kit comes with the 35L DigiBoil Electric Kettle and the Copper Reflux Still Condenser.
The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0mm hole and 0.6mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit.
If you want to make whiskeys and gins we recommend checking out the pot still kit!
Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit.
Kit Includes:
35L DigiBoil Gen 2 (110V or 220V)
Copper Reflux Still Condenser w/ Barb Connections

20cm x 20cm filter pads made for 20x20 plate filters. 1.5 micron pads are for fine polishing of the wine, or for preparing wines to go through a sterile cartridge filter. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.

Draw up 5 mL of titrant into the syringe and place 25 mL of wine in beaker. Add ~2 mL of the acidifier and ~2 mL of the reactant to wine. Place and hold the SO2 electrode in the wine sample and swirl beaker. Add titrant from syringe dropwise until 15 second long endpoint signal reached. Multiply the titration volume by 20, the SO2 conversion factor, results in ppm Free SO2. Simple pH Test Attach the pH electrode, set aside storage solution, rinse with DI water and blot gently with a paper towel. Press the power button then press the ‘Mode’ button and switch the SC-200 into ‘Cal’ mode. Calibrate using the pH 4 and pH 7 reference standards provided. Put the SC-200 in pH mode. Take 5 mL sample of wine, place in a beaker. Take a pH reading. Accurate TA Test For TA test, withdraw 5 mL of the TA Titrant with the syringe. Take 5 mL wine sample and add ~15 mL of deionized water. Put SC-200 into TA mode, place clean pH electrode gently in solution. Add TA Titrant from the syringe dropwise until the endpoint is reached indicated with the visual and audible signals. Record the volume (in mL) of titrant used. Multiply the titrantion volume by 2, the TA conversion factor, results in g/L Tartaric Acid. Vinmetrica Troubleshooting Guide

The History of MoreBeer! & March Many years ago MoreBeer! worked with March Pumps to release what is now the standard pump in the homebrewing community, their model 809 (our H315) with a polysulfone head and 6' cord with plug. Thousands and thousands of these pumps have been sold to homebrewers. The New Design Now, with a slight design modification, the new model nearly eliminates past cavitation issues (where the impeller spins in an air pocket and no liquid moves). We've been testing/using the pump with our BrewSculptures for several years now and are extremely happy with the results, so much so that we are completely replacing the H315 with the high flow model. Still Works the Same The new model comes with all the great features of the original - magnetic drive, handles flow restriction, okay for boiling temperatures, 6' cord with plug, food-grade materials in contact with the liquid, 1/2" ports, etc. - but now features a different slightly higher flow rate with less issues of cavitation. The magnetic drive in a March pump acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back pressure on the pump to slow down flow. Since it is magnetic drive, it is not self-priming, you must put the pump below the level of the liquid source. This pump cannot be run dry. Additional Notes To restrict flow place a ball valve on the out flow of this pump. This is the pump we install and use on all of our BrewSculpture brewing systems. We stock polysulfone replacement heads, H317, in case the threads are damaged. If you are looking for a pump for a larger home brewery or small nano brewery you can also look at our H325 Nano Brewery pump from March. Features List Included bracket for mounting 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use 115V - 50/60Hz Maximum flow of just over 7 gpm (at zero head) Maximum head of 18 feet (at zero flow) 1/2" mpt fittings on both inlet and outlet. Materials in contact with solution: Polysulfone, 316 stainless steel, silicone rubber, Ryton and Teflon 1/25 hp, continuous-duty, thermal overload protected, single phase 1.4 Amp motor Motor is fan cooled Will handle internal pressures to 50 psi. Max temp rating: 250F Face unscrews and rotates at 90 degree intervals to adjust to your application. Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommending using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

Nose Goblin from Ghost Town Brewing in Oakland, CA is their infamous West Coast-style Imperial IPA with big honking notes of white grapes, melons, berries, and uncouth levels of dankness. This dangerously smooth double IPA is all about the hops with very little malt character. Almost exclusively comprised of Pilsner with just a dash if acidulated malt, Nose Goblin is a beautiful clear straw color in the glass. Your nose if free to pick up all of the incredible flavor and aroma contributed from ample whirlpool and dry hop additions.
Ghost Town Brewing's Nose Goblin took Gold at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival, besting 170 other beers submitted in the Imperial IPA category. Although Ghost Town will switch up the hops on every edition of Nose Goblin, this kit is modeled after the same recipe that took 1st at GABF, featuring additions of Nelson, Strata, and Mosaic® CRYO HOPS®.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Mosaic® and CRYO HOPS® are registered trademarks owned by Yakima Chief Hops, LLC.

Molinas Cork has been sustainability harvesting from the cork forests of Sardinia for over 100 years
Bark is aged an additional year prior to harvest, leading to less porous, higher quality cork
A quality agglomerated cork capped with natural cork on either end. This gives corkscrews a solid piece to grab and the wine is in contact with natural cork. These corks are recommended for wines aged less than 3 years. Not intended for hand corkers that don't compress the cork. 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75". Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles.
Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests.
Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA.
The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. And with the included filter attachment, any floating vegetal matter will be blocked from ever entering the dip tube. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened. Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind. Installs on the 4" T.C. port welded into the lid of the BrewBuilt X-Series Uni Conical. The 1.5" T.C. port on the pressure lid can be used for adding dry hops, installing the CoolStix™ for temperature control, or attaching a T.C. pressure relief valve during pressure fermentations. The welded hook underneath the pressure lid can be used to hang bagged hops or other additions. If you're interested in fermenting under pressure with the X-Series Uni, we recommend pairing the Pressure Pack with the Pressure Fermentation Kit. 4" T.C. Lid w/ 1.5" T.C. Port Gas In & Bev Out ball lock posts Clear Float dip tube Floating Dip Tube Filter Attachment included Welded hook for hanging drawstring bags 1.5" tri-clamp, gasket and end cap included Made from 304 stainless steel Warning! The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack is only designed to be used with BrewBuilt conicals that feature a pressure relief valve built into the lid. Failure to release pressure in the conical before remove fittings or the band clamp could result in injury or death.
Asco Root™ is a granular slow release extract of cold water seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum). It greatly helps to aid in root growth and set, stress tolerance, and overall plant health while providing a strong potassium source. It has shown exceptional yield increases in field trials, and provides a great head start to help first year rhizome planting. You will receive a bag to cover the volume need of 5 rhizomes, and it should be planted in the hole with your rhizomes when planting.
Compatible with the new T.C. model and the original InfuSsion Mash Tun.
This kit is designed to include all the necessary components to use the recirculation bulkhead included with the InfuSsion Mash Tun for vorlauf and mash recirculation processes. To install the kit on a standard mashtun begin by installing the included 1/2" FPT x 1/2" Barb on the exterior of your mash tun's recirculation bulkhead. Be sure to use PTFE tape for a liquid-tight seal. If using the supplied kit on a TC mashtun, begin installation with included 3/4" TC to 1/2" 90 Barb, 3/4" TC gasket and clamp.
Next, locate the 3/8" knurled locknut, 3/8" silicone tubing, and recirculation manifold. Trim the tubing to your desired length, and then use the hose clamps to secure the two ends of the tubing to the manifold and locknut.
As a best practice, begin the mash recirculation for the first 5-10 mins using the vorlauf attachment to clear any small grain particulate and to set the mash bed, then swap the vorlauf attachment for the recirculation manifold for the remainder of the mash rest. Please keep in mind this kit is designed to use with a wort pump and an external heat source, such as a RIMS tube to maintain mash temps, which is not supplied.

A must-have accessory for the BrewRO System! The TDS Monitor hooks up to the incoming and outgoing lines of the BrewRO to measure total dissolved solids. By flipping the switch back and forth you'll be able to see the level of total dissolved solids present in the water entering the system and how pure the water is coming out. Under normal conditions, the Brew RO System will output water that measures between 0 - 2 ppm TDS (99.9998% purity). The best part of the TDS Monitor is that it removes the guesswork of when to change your filters. When the outgoing measurement reads 3 ppm or higher, it's time to order a new set.
If you bought a 3" TC dome lid for your standard Chronical this covers up that large 3" tri clamp opening. 1/2" tubing or an airlock and #2 stopper fit nicely in the 17mm hole. This cap comes standard with Brewmaster Chronicals and only fits on a 3" tri clamp flange. Comes with a 1/2" hose barb and pressure relief valve. 3" tri clamp gasket and clamp not included.

Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. How
long should I apply oxygen while transferring to the fermenter?
We recommend you
transfer half of your wort to your fermenter before applying inline
oxygen (O2) to your wort transfer. If you apply O2 the whole
time while transferring you are wasting O2.

River Beer Flash Brewing® Kit
River Beer is designed to bridge the gap between ultra-light beers and more flavorful everyday styles. Built on a bespoke Flash Malt base featuring pilsner malt, rice, and a touch of dextrin malt, it delivers a smooth, rounded malt profile with a little more body and character than expected, while still finishing clean and refreshing.
A restrained addition of Cascade Cryo Hops adds gentle citrus notes and slightly elevated hop flavor compared to classic light beers, giving River Beer a bit more personality without sacrificing drinkability. The result is a clean, crisp beer that drinks easy but never feels thin.
Like all Flash Brewing kits, River Beer ferments cleanly across a wide temperature range, from typical room temperatures into warmer fermentation conditions. This makes it well suited for fast, straightforward fermentations without the need for strict temperature control.
Perfect for floating the river, fishing, sitting on the front porch, mowing the lawn, or relaxing with friends, River Beer is built for long days and easy company. Approachable, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. Flash Brewing® offers a streamlined process that not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

German Huell Melon or Hüll Melon, is a relatively new hop varietal developed by the Hop Research Institute in Hüll. This hop has very distinct flavors of honeydew melon and strawberry. Many people find the aromas associated with this hop to be entirely unique to the lupulin family. Hüll Melon has quickly become one of Germany's most popular hops and is rapidly taking over noble-hop acreage. Due to it's unique flavor profile, feel free to toss this into whatever you see fit. Many craftbrewers are making single hop pale ales and IPAs with it, but the possibilities are endless.
Hop Statistics:
Alpha Acids: 6.9 – 7.5%
Beta Acids: 7.3 – 7.9%
Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 25 – 30%
Total Oils in mls per 100 grams dried: 0.7 – 0.9
